I contacted Attic Pros because they are listed in "Diamond Certified". I needed a company that could construct an alternate attic access, repair a damaged heater vent pipe, and clean our home's attic space and renew the attic insulation. Jeremy met with me, we discussed our requirements, and he presented a plan. He arranged for a handyman for the access, a plumber for the pipe, and a crew to clean the attic and install the insulation. All called to let us know they were on the way and arrived on time as planned. They conducted them selves professionally and with practiced competence, with the minimum disruption possible. They left everything within our home as clean as when they arrived. Then they sent another handyman to follow up with any minor details that needed attention. We are pleased with the results, and I am be happy to recommend their services. They clearly demonstrated how they earned the "Diamond Certified" rating.

Overall very happy with work and outcome and I strongly recommend Attic Pros as they handled the entire scope of a fairly large project. Scope was to remove fiberglass insulation from storage area and crawl space, install rigid foam insulation, and seal off the space from rodents requiring two doors and some carpentry work. Samim, who estimated the job, was an excellent liason through the entire project lasting 5+ days spanning three weeks, much longer than anticipated. I was personally actively engaged throughout and the working team did all they could to meet my expectations including items that were not explicitly stated in the contract. It was an expensive project but the price was fair given the scope and complexity and there were no surprises at the end. It did take longer than anticipated and we wont know if the rodents are gone and cannot return for a few months but the quality of the workmanship was excellent. My only request that was not met was to have an experienced rigid insulation installer come inspect the final work as my team indicated they have much experience working with rigid insulation. Update January 29 2026 Jose O. Did an inspection today and found evidence rodents could enter the crawl space and storage areas that were not identified previously. He repaired and blocked these entry points, place new traps and confirmed a revisit in two weeks to confirm no more rodents. Also rehung a lose heater duct. Appreciate his thorough approach and attention to detail. Hoping this will be the last visit for years of rodent free living! Highly recommend Attic Pro team to deliver on their promise.

Carlos Jiminez and his crew did a great job cleaning out the shredded insulation and rodent droppings in my crawlspace. They were punctual and courteous and did an excellent job protecting my floors and cleaning up after themselves. After rodent proofing the crawl space and sealing any holes and entry points they put in brand new insulation. Carlos sent me pictures of the space before leaving. I would recommend Attic Pro also because they send someone in person to examine the area and providing a fair estimate of the job.

Alexander was very professional and did a really tidy job checking within our walls and reinstalling insulation and drywall. We appreciated how he kept the place very clean as well as he was working!

We got our Attic cleaned and new HVAC systems , insulation , vents and zoning done last year through Attic pros . Their tech Waseem was really helpful recently when after months of inoperatability, our heating system wouldn't work or start. He diagnosed and fixed issues with the system ( both ac and thermostat) and followed up to ensure the heat pump was functional. Keeping fingers crossed that this system continues to work.

DO NOT HIRE, THEY ARE OVERBOOKED, OVERPRICED AND POORLY MANAGED. Got quoted $5K for extermination and cleaning of my attic and crawl space, as well as new attic insulation and only accepted it because they said they could schedule me within that same week and do the job in one day and not only did they not finish on the day because they didn’t have the necessary materials, but they wanted to finish it until the following week. I had to coordinate that they come the following day by calling management and the person in charge of the job. Additionally, during the follow up visit two weeks after, it came up that they didn’t clean the crawl space or install rodent traps (incomplete job) and they had to yet again come another day instead of doing it on the spot.

On time and very efficient. They went beyond the original contract as they adapted to my attic to what was needed. They cleaned up well also.

Updated. Months after they supposedly rodent-proofed our attic space, despite multiple call-outs, we were still catching rats and finding obvious entrances that their 'pros' had missed. Not only that, we paid for insiulation removal in the crawlspace and just went down there to complete some other work, and it turns out they left a whole bunch of insulation there. We ended up canceling the insulation install portion of the original contract. We did, however, pay in full for the rodent proofing and insulation removal, despite the fact that neither of which were successfully completed. Maybe they will honor this under their 1-year warranty, but it's been such a disaster that I really don't want them anywhere near my property ever again.

I really like that they want to do a good job and not just for the sake of it. They were very professional both from the initial estimate to the attic cleaning and then adding the insulation back. They did the due diligence for each individual thing that plays a role in both rodent proofing and attic insulation. They sealed all gaps at the light and HVAC outlets. They sealed all the vents and then safely removed the spoiled insulation, I strongly recommend them.

Despite extremely tight and muddy conditions, Amilkar and his crew did an excellent job installing a French drain, a new sump pump, and a moisture barrier, and thoroughly cleaning the space. Amilkar was on site every day, working long hours with his team. Skilled, hardworking, and professional crew—highly recommend.

They did a great job coming in to inspect my home, gave detailed estimates, before and after pictures, plastic wrapped corridors to avoid mess. I would highly recommend Attic Pros. We have used them on several occasions for cleaning attics and crawlspaces, and installing new insulation. Today they cleaned out our 80 year old blown in insulation along with some other debris from our attic. They also vacuumed it, disinfected, sealed any holes to stop rodents, and re-insulated it. Alex and his crew were very good and completed the job in 1 days.

Our experience with Attic Pros went smoothly from end to end. Estimator came out promptly and gave us a detailed estimate including photos of our attic. Once we accepted the proposal, work started on schedule and the project was completed timely by the crew and we were provided photos of the completed project. Our heating system is working well, just in time for the winter season.

Wais Amiry from Attic Pros gave us an estimate and scheduled the job right away so we could meet the Dec. 31st deadline for the federal tax credit. Attic Pros replaced the insulation in my attic and accidentally created a problem with my heating system connection to the level of the house below. We were without heat in our bedroom area. I called Attic Pros at 7 am the next morning and they sent Waseem. He came promptly, identified and corrected the problem right away and explained it all to me using a photo he had taken. He was so knowledgeable and pleasant. You are lucky to have his services and today I was too.

The guy who came today Ochoa, Jose asked me a very stupid question asking if I was alone at home when he called me to open my main gate for him. When he came to the house o asked him why he asked me that he made a stupid answer. He was rude and confrontational. I showed him the problem which though he tried to fix it but didn’t fix it. The mice came on soon after he left. I called Syed who had come to my house earlier. He came and he at least tried to fix it. Please do not Mr Ochoa ever again to my house. He was threatening and confrontational.

Needed follow up due to new holes, and as promised they ALWAYS followed up without extra charge.

I had a new insulation installed and patch up holes in the attic, set up traps for rodent as well as securing the doors and patch up cracks here and there due to rodent problem. They started covering them with mesh and concrete and installing padding on the door frames. The work is yet finished but so far some workers are polite some are not. Customer service line is operated by AI, you can never get a real person on the phone. Fortunately, I have the phone number of Rabi, the project person. It's challenging to have someone to come back to finish the work. I hope they will complete the work soon.

Love these guys! they found multiple holes/gaps along my roof line which needed to be patched. One was large enough that a raccoon sized critter could slip through! This is a modern home, so these were shocking revelations for me. Result: No more critters in the attic!

The two guys who came to my house were great! Very fast and efficient as they crawled into every nook and cranny of my attic, and crawl space and garage, discovering and sealing openings I had no idea were there. Great job in one full day of Cleanup of Attic and installing new insulation. In addition, Rat control in Attic, crawl space in house and eliminating access via furnace, kitchen and living room.

I was able to self schedule an appointment within 2 days. Rabi was very professional and clearly communicated both the issue and the plan for resolution. They were able to complete the work within a few days. Their price was competitive. The team arrived between 10 am and worked all day to clean my attic, close all access points, and install the new insulation. They worked all day until 6 pm. They were very pleasant, answered my questions, explained things well. The process was pretty quiet so I was able to work at my remote job while they worked. They left everything clean in the crawlspace and took all garbage with them. I did not enjoy having creatures in the attic but they made the process of getting rid of them as pleasant as possible.

We went with Remove, Seal, Sanitize old insulation in effort to identify if there was a Termite swarm. We figured we’d need one day for termite inspection and a separate day for a termite treatment. The day after Attic Pros we had Bongiorno termite inspection come out and he went into the attic and there was no swarm identifiable all clean. Attic Pros did the complete removal and everything was visible and clean. It was cold at night and we didn’t wanna wait for our pre-scheduled couple of days out so I contacted Attic Pros and they came out the next day. Three guys installedR38. Bats without paper backer minimizing mold- they did an excellent job. All of our light was sealed. The hatch got new layer of bubble wrap insulation. The Attic vents had chutes installed allowing fresh air interchange. Can feel the difference- absolutely a warmer house. Thank you Attic Pros. Also Attic Prod had low cost to many other HVAC companies that just farm it out to subcontractors. Highly recommend Attic Pros.

At first, I was very concerned about some work that was done, however they sent out two guys, Erick( a handy-man)and Raonel( a supervisor) and they not only fixed the issues, but it looks better than I could have ever imagined!
