In a process of building our house we have done something research regarding insulation options and decided that we want to go with a foam insulation of all exterior facing walls. After having contacted 5 different contractors we decided to go with USA Spray Me and we’re extremely happy we did. Knowing very minimal about the insulation, Alex has explained everything in detail, completed the work even sooner than promised and charged way less than the lowest bid we got. After drywall was installed, few electrical issues were discovered so we had to re-open few walls and cut the foam out to rewire . Alex was on too of his game again, having sent his crew to perform spraying within a day notice. Excellent service, excellent price, very highly recommended.

I wanted to hire an insulation company to remove original insulation, air seal my attic, install baffles on all the eave vents (to keep the new insulation from blowing away) and blow in fresh cellulose. I had three companies come out and bid the job, all three bids came in within 5% of each other. The sales rep at USA Spray Me was the most professional and had a detailed bid in my inbox same day, so I decided to move forward with them. The project is a little tricky given access is tight near the roof eaves, so perimeter air sealing and baffle installation is challenging. We discussed this aspect specifically during the bidding phase and all three contractors assured me they would be able to handle it and included this in writing in the bids. The insulation removal phase was relatively uneventful, however things took a bad turn during the install phase. I asked the foreman how the perimeter air sealing was going and was told that they are making good progress but a few of the places were out of reach, which seemed reasonable. I explicitly asked to inspect the work prior to blowing in the cellulose, so was surprised to hear the insulation blower turned on. At this point I asked them to pause and went into the attic for inspection. I asked the foreman to show me the perimeter air sealing and he was not able to show me a single drop of foam, when pressed he admitted that his foam nozzle is too short (4") and he couldn't reach it, he did not have the long nozzle with him. Furthermore, the baffles were installed incorrectly (picture attached) and did not block any of the wind that would be entering through the rafter vents, rendering the baffles completely useless. I was told the crew would come back tomorrow with long reach foam guns to fix their work. I spoke to the sales rep as soon as the crew left and was informed the job has been canceled and they would not be returning. TLDR: They tried to pull a fast one by not fulfilling the challenging parts of the bid and immediately blow in the cellulose before I could inspect thee work. When asked to rectify the situation they walked out on the job. This is a substandard and dishonest company I subsequently hired Eco Attic Systems, that did the job perfectly for the exact same price

Loyal customer for life... here's why... 4 years ago I hired a different foam company to foam our flat roof. Last week I noticed minor cracking in several areas around the perimeter of the house. After multiple calls and emails to this other foam company (I wont name them) I was fed up and did a Google search that led me to USA Spray Me. I wanted to get this issue resolved since rainy season is here. On my first call to USA Spray Me they picked up and I spoke with Max. Max was great, despite my foam roof not being done by them he still offered to come out and inspect it. He was an incredible communicator and arrived when he said he would. He did a thorough inspection of my entire roof. He assured me my roof was in good shape despite the cracks and gave me several of options of how to fix it. After years of dealing with home repairs and the people who I hired... Max is among the few that left a solid impression as someone who is transparent, cares about his work, generous with his time and willing to openly share the knowledge he has of roofing with you. My attic was full of debris from putting on a new roof and heating system as well as old insulation. They cleaned it up beautifully and quickly and disinfected the whole attic before laying down the new insulation. The installers were also very good. They were clean, all wore masks, and worked efficiently to get the job done. Also very pleasant to deal with. Same goes with all the office staff I talked to. They work within my budget and did everything professionally. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Crew was friendly but unprepared. One of them had to borrow a respirator from me and they did not have power tools like foam saws or a CI cutter to trim the foam, just hand tools, leaving me with a bunch of work to trim corners square. It also took them several rounds of spraying and checking to get the cavities properly filled flush within a half inch, instead of just checking themselves and calling me to check when it was done right. Final price was the high end of the original quote even though the job was smaller than what was first quoted. At the end of the day I have insulation and the crew was friendly but I still have work to do to finish the job. I'm not mad, just disappointed.
