Johnny and Logan thoroughly cleaned out our crawl space under our 1956 house of old 2x4s, construction trash, rusted old discarded sewer pipes, and rat and animal poop. They also meshed our house vents, sealed the pipes and vacuumed and sanitized. Jesse, the owner, was available on the phone right away, answered all my questions, quickly provided an estimate of services needed and scheduled us amazingly fast. The work was completed quickly and effectively and they hauled everything off to the dump. We are going to use this service to clean out our attic and replace our rat infested insulation with a better product. We will be recommending My Insulation Guy to our friends and family since their services are so comprehensive and prices fair. Attic update: Johnny and Dallas came to our house today and thoroughly cleaned out our attic of old rat poop infested insulation from three previous owners, fully rat proofed with mesh and substance and then installed new cellulose insulation. It turned out we had an incredible amount of old degraded and poop filled insulation, enough to fill 4 enormous black balloon like bags on our driveway. It was an amazing thing to see how much bad stuff came out of our attic. Johnny and Dallas worked tirelessly for hours just to empty our attic, then they moved right into repairs and then new insulation. They arrived at 9am and worked solidly through to 3:30pm; even vacuuming our house and blowing our porch and driveway afterwards. They took great care taping off a plastic corridor to work within and also were careful to remove the corridor without damaging our walls. Johnny took pictures of our attic so we could see what was going on and both answered our questions and kept us appraised of their work. Jesse, the owner, was professional and knowledgeable about the work and forwarded instructive pictures and accommodated our schedule. We have already referred My Insulation Guy to our daughter and friends since they do such a thorough and professional job. All their employees we've met so far go above and beyond to make sure they provide excellent service and get the job done right.

Jesse and the crew were very professional and responsive. While I haven’t “toured” my attic, the before and after photos that they provided give me great comfort that the attic has been cleaned, secured, sanitized and insulated well. They did what they said they would and when they said they would, and they were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.

Just had my Insulation guy out to insulate my attic. What a great, easy and professional experience (shout out to Jesse, Johnny and Dallas). Was a great/fair price/competitive. I don't think you can do better !!

Rock Stars! Jesse and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. Easy, no-nonsense quote, great pricing and excellent communication. The crews showed up on time and were professional and thorough. When they left for the day it was like they were never here - which is pretty impressive when you consider the stuff they're removing and installing! Jesse gets customer service and so do his field crews. During cleanout, there was some minor accidental damage to the ceiling drywall. Skyler came down immediately, took ownership, and assured me that they would make it right ASAP. Jesse followed up with a call about 15 minutes after I spoke with Skyler about the damage. 30 minutes later he texted confirmation that the drywaller would be here first thing in the morning following install. Ceiling was fixed this morning and now looks like it never happened! It's easy to provide great service when everything goes great. What separates the rock stars from the groupies is the service you get when things don't go so great. The team at My Insulation Guy are definitely Rockstars! I'll be recommending them to all my friends.

Jesse and his crew have cleaned out two parts of our home. A renovation from the 70’s and the original house from 1913. It had tons of rodent droppings and old insulation. His crew showed up on time, and did a thorough job. They did some rodent proofing and blew in some insulation on part of the house. They are very responsive, reasonably priced and show up on time.
