Tony did a very fine job of explaining, verbally and in writing, where the issues were in my attic, and what was the best strategy going forward. He was sincere, knowledgeable, and represented his company very well.

If you have any issues with your attic or crawl space you need to use Attic Projects! I don’t know what we would have done without the help of Matthew, their project manager. He was able to asses what was a nightmare scenario in the crawl space under our house. We thought we were in need of a simple insulation job, but he found that we’ve had a dead skunk and other animals running around under there for over a year! Through our shock, he created a plan quickly after assessing the situation, and we finally are able to fix an issue that has been causing bad smells in our house for over a year. I don’t know how we could have gotten this fixed without him. Use these people! They’re life savers!!

Richard from the Attic Projects team did a great job with managing my attic project to get it in good shape. I had the old blown-in R19 insulation removed. The attic was fully cleaned and sanitized before the air sealing process was done. Pest barriers were installed along with new R38 insulation. They also installed a new attic ladder for me to make access easier. Overall, fantastic work and excellent communication. Richard and his tean were very transparent with the expectations and their work.

Richard came out this morning to complete an inspection. He took several pictures while in the attic so I was able to fully understand my needs. Richard was not only thoughtful but highly professional. He spent a long time explaining everything to me always checking to see if I had any questions. Attic Projects just completed the work on our attic. We had infestation of rodents in the attic. The project manager was Paul Lang . Making the appt was easy and they called me the next day promptly. We had a small repair where our dryer duct needed to be reconnected. Matthew came and let us know that for something this small it was out of their scope but he could take care of it for us, which he did.

I am so happy with the work done in my home by Attic Projects (San Diego). Before reaching out, I had limited knowledge on what the project would entail. My main concern was rodent- proofing the attic due to a previous infestation, and the thought of the damage that they may have left behind was overwhelming. However, once the initial inspection was done, I felt much more confident and at ease about having it done by Attic projects. Paul did a great job at taking detailed pictures and thoroughly explaining the process that would be required to complete the project. Additionally, once the project began, Sergio and his team did a great job at getting their work done while being mindful of keeping the space clean as they worked and cleaning up at the end of the day. Aside from having the satisfaction of knowing that my attic is now a sanitized, rodent- free space, the insulation has made a huge difference in the comfort of my home. The house used to be SO cold at night and first thing in the morning, but now, it feels much more comfortable.

I contacted this company based on their great reviews. I needed help because I had heard a critter in the attic for the first time ever. I called and spoke to Phillip to set up an appointment to have someone come out and give us an estimate on our attic. Phillip was very nice and helpful and was able to get me an appointment the same week I called. I immediately received an email to confirm the upcoming appointment. The day before the appointment I received an email from Kevin the manager to confirm my appointment and to let me know the process. I knew I had a 1 hour window for which the inspector, project manager would be coming but I was also informed that I would receive a call/text when they were on their way. I LOVE being updated along the way and this company is GREAT about this. Richard was my inspector, project manager and he was AMAZING! He took his time with the inspection but also with all the details, explaining and answering questions I had....and I had many. He never rushed me and spent close to 3 hours going over the process and inspection with me. My husband was not here during Richards initial inspection and was very hesitant about everything...especially the cost. Richard offered to come back by when my husband was available to go over everything with him. The cost was a bit of a sticker shock but no other companies give a 10 year warranty on their work.....that says something about this company and how they stand behind their work. After Richard met with the husband, he was sold. We signed the contract and we were told that within 48 hours Brandon would reach out to set up scheduling. After setting up the schedule with Brandon I received an email with the details. The day before the work was to be started I received an email confirming everything and notifying me that I would be contacted by phone during the 1 hour window I was provided. Jeremiah and Carlos contacted my on their way and gave me the ETA to start work. Jeremiah and Carlos were also AMAZING! They were professional, friendly and did everything they could to make me feel a part of and to keep my home clean. They got right to work and taped off areas and put tarps on the floors. Every step of the way they kept me updated. When they were about to turn on the vacuum they let me know of the sound. Jeremiah asked me to walk around my home and pointed multiple areas out that he would be working on, installing mesh to keep out unwanted guests. These two are really great, respectful and very friendly which are qualities I appreciate especially because they are in my home for 8-9 hours at a time. I will be putting up another review when the job is complete. It is a process that will take multiple trips. So far we are very impressed!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

I called Attic Projects for rodent removal and crawl space sealing so that the squirrels and other rodents could not re-enter. Salesman Matthew was very friendly and did a great job taking many pictures under the house to show me what was going on. The work was scheduled within a week and the technicians promptly went to work and completed the job the same day. Although we have had a couple return visits from the rodent visitors, a call to the office put me in touch with Kevin (Inspection Mgr) who saved the day. He along with Matthew came to the rescue and consulted with me on a remediation plan. They both went over and above what was expected. I can not say enough about Kevin’s professionalism and helpfulness in resolving my issues. I hope that Attic Projects values his ability to take charge and do whatever is necessary to see that the customers needs are met.

Richard was prompt, friendly and thorough when he came out for an inspection. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns with photos and options. We were very thankful for his inspection and would recommend anyone with a crawl space or attic concern to get them out to have a look.

From the moment I suspected I had mold in the crawl space to the time a Paul Lang was onsite with pictures on his ipad from the inspection he’d just done, to the time a crew was under my house treating the mold and installing a vapor barrier was faster than I could have imagined. Everyone on the team was very professional and very communicative throughout the process. Financing options were also greatly appreciated. I considered doing the work myself, but only having weekends to work on it and never having done it before, it might’ve been several months before it was done and it wouldn’t have been the same quality of work.

Its unfortunate I have to write this review. We had some bumps and mistakes along the way. All on which I was trying to overlook. However after insulation was accidentally blown all down the hallway and laundry room, it took all of my frustration to have them make it a priority to finish the job. Once complete I talked to my sales rep about a little discount to assist with some further deep cleaning of the fine fibrous cellulose particles in my 5 month old’s nursery and the laundry room and was told they should be able to help me out. Well they called today for final billing and refused any discount. This company has a large learning curve when it comes to customer service. Follow up…. I added a star back in because upper management called me and refunded me a small amount for a better review.

12/31/25. Matthew came out from Attic Projects and I am SO relieved I called them because it was determined I have a serious rat issue in my attic. I have been feeling unwell & developed a very itchy rash, which my Dr. could not identify. Now I am convinced the rat urine has been blown through the vents & feces is throughout my attic. I viewed the photos; it is a terrible situation. Matthew was fantastic. He laid everything out for me. Because this situation has been making me ill, his manager was able to schedule the first tier on 1/5/26, which will clean/sanitize and remove the rats and make sure they cannot return. I am very thankful to Attic Project for making this straightforward for me and making this urgent. I would highly recommend them. They totally know what they are doing.

We worked with Richard on our project, which required rodent removal, sanitizing and insulation replacement in our attic. Richard was very easy to work with and followed up with us frequently regarding the progress. He was professional and we would recommend him and Attic Projects for your attic cleanup project. Tony was excellent in inspecting and setting up the entire project for our home. He coordinated the Attic Projects team to have a new, customized crawlspace door created in the floor of our home in addition to mold remediation and installation of a vapor barrier for moisture protection of the crawlspace to our 2000 sq ft home. This was all done over 2 days. He was extremely responsive and so was every member of his team. We are very thankful for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Attic Projects came out to work on our attic and crawl space in November, 2025 after we noticed we had a rat infestation. Paul and his team Jovani and Oscar were 100% AMAZING!! They were prompt, professional, and beyond easy to work with. They were honest about all of their work and quotes. We love that the company provides pictures of their work before, during and after the project. They were clean and thorough. Our attic and crawl spaces were clean of rat and previous home construction debris. They even went around the spaces and "critter" proofed it. We are a month out and we have not heard any unwelcome roommates. We also love their communication during and after the project. We look forward to the 10 year warranty of services to come. I recently had work done by Attic Projects, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Paul Lang, the project manager, was extremely thorough—he took detailed photos, clearly explained what needed to be done, and made sure we understood every step of the process. The work itself was completed by Angel and his crew, Eli and Raymond, who were professional, efficient, and did excellent work throughout. Andres built custom crawl space doors that fit perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I decided to buckle up and spend $$$ on insulation for our 1 story California ranch built in 1961. Im here to report that Attic projects SLAYED the job. Sprayed insulation to all the corners🎉 My energy bills have dropped drastically. I've had solar contractors in my attic telling me how incredibly well the insulation was deployed. Tony from Attic Projects was absolutely wonderful from the beginning to the end of the project. He met with me first, examined the space, took measurements, explained everything in detail and was always available and involved when the renovation began. I called attic Projects for Rodents under my manufacturer house. Richard came out and explained everything to me very well and did an inspection. Then they gave me the recommendations for the job. I’m so glad that I decided to hire them for the job. They spent two days Rodent proofing my house. Sergio and his crew were very good at there jobs. I would recommend attic Projects to anyone that has a rodent problem. I’m very confident now that the problem is solved. They just don’t trap them they fix the bigger problem so they don’t keep coming back.

Recently had Attic Projects tech Matthew Stevenson out to give us a free estimate. Matthew was thorough and professional throughout the hour visitation. Best of all, he presented us with a proposal absent any of the scare tactics we've come to expect from these presentations. We came away with what we believed to be a fair and clear picture of our situation.

I had a lot of issues with odors and excessive moisture coming in my house after having some windows replaced. I didn't realize the crawl space was causing all of this and I'm really glad I called Attic Projects. My project manager was Tony and from the quoting process to even following up post-install, my experience has been top-notch. I had a very old crawl space cleaned out, scrubbed and treated, and had a vapor barrier install. The majority of the moisture problem in the home was solved almost overnight and the smell issue is continuing to get better as the space dries out. The pictures speak for themselves. I think one mark of a professional is, backed with technical experience, knowing when you need and not need a service to solve your problem and Tony exemplified this. This is unfortunately difficult to find around SD and I really respect Attic Projects for this. Great work performed by these group of guys, Sergio, Aaron, and Andres, from Attic Projects, the kind of of work each one performed got me astonished, especially, when they were done with the work, every space they worked on, it looked like they were never there, so pristine, immaculate, I’m so happy to share this amazing experience with everyone. Job magnificently done. At last, as l always do when writing about an exceptional experience, it’s time to let the big guns out, l would love to talk about the Project Manager, Paul Lang. From the moment l reported the issues about my attic, Mr. Lang knocked on my door minutes later, and before his appearance at my home, l had consulted a couple of other contractors, but as soon as He stepped in my house, l felt a sense of security, so, when he started going around, investigating the probable cause of my attic getting wet, he suited up and climbed in the attic, l had never seen anyone in my life, being so eager and meticulous, yes, he was in that attic for at least one and a half hours, and finally, when came down, he showed me pictures of, of what was causing the problem. I highly recommend this company!!! Tony came to my house to do an initial assessment of the problem I was having with rodents/critters in my walls. He immediately showed sincere concern and assured me that I shouldn’t be having to live like this. I had already hired and fired a previous company that just took my money, set traps which I could do myself and told me that I needed to tell the Neighbor they should cut down there tree because the rats love the fruit off of it. Tony was exceptionally kind, caring and empathetic for the last 6 weeks of hell I was living in. He reassured me they can take care of the problem and sat down that same day and went over my options. Paul Lang is delightful. He was the project manager and reviewed our needs. I had rats in my house including my attic. I had tried many ways to get rid of them. I'm very excited that I have a 10-year guarantee with this company. Giovanni and Oscar were his workers and they were just wonderful to be around. I am happy that also they also screened my vents for fire prevention. They completely emptied the attic which meant I could also treat for termites without tenting. I believe my investment is well worth the cost for the upgrades I got. All my insulation was replaced and upgraded. My house will be warmer and winter and cooler in summer. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who has rodent problems.

I was experiencing illnesses that medically could be managed. But I felt that there could’ve been something environmentally in my home, causing certain illness. So I contacted Attic Project because of their advertised free inspection. A great guy named Paul to do the inspection. He inspected my attic and my crawlspace underneath my house and found mold underneath my house. The crew that showed up to do the job was Andres and Carlos they were very professional and informative and got the job done. I first hired Attic projects to take care if a rodent problem we were having in our attic choosing them due to their 10 year warranty and I have to say it was the right decision because for the past two years, I’ve had to call them back because rodents had still been getting back in. We had a very good experience from start to finish with Attic Projects. I chose this company based on significant research and was not disappointed. Paul made me feel very assured with my choices, and went above and beyond to help correct a few issues that inevitably come up through the construction process. I called Attic Projects Company for checking out my attic in general and also evaluate an existing attic fan which was installed many years ago (not by them). Richard was very professional and informative. He communicated his arrival accurately, came on time and inspected the area. Look no further. Pick this company. They made it bearable to clean up the horrific mess in my attic. They got in, got out in a short time despite the amount of work at hand. Polite and cheerful even with a bunch of dogs barking at the added activity. And punctual. They came when they were supposed to. No four hour window period where you wait and wait and maybe get a no show. Nope. You get a text they are on their way at the appointed time. A plus. We reached out to Attic Projects after we caught a mouse in our garage and were worried there might be mice in the attic. We scheduled a free inspection, expecting the worst. Richard did the inspection and provided an estimate. We really appreciated that Richard did not attempt to upsell us on anything we didn’t need and didn’t push for an immediate commitment to move forward. I was beyond impressed with him. I’m currently undecided on my project however I am beyond impressed with the interaction I had with Richard.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company, as well as the gentlemen that came to my grandmothers home to take care of the attic. Mathew, Jessie, and Eduardo have been incredible to say the least. Every individual I dealt with from ATTICS PROJECTS was wonderful with customer care. The work I had done was for the crawlspace beneath my house. The inspection was free. Paul spend time explaining the photos he took when he inspected the crawlspace, recommending clearing debri, treating mold and laying down a vapor barrier. Andres explained very well the sump pump which he installed. Brandon (in the office) was very patient to explain more details regarding the financing. Excellent customer service.

What stands out for me when doing a home improvement, is that the people at Attic Projects were all highly service motivated. Especially when changes or extras were needed, they really worked to accommodate. Kudos to Richard the project sales manager, Tony the on-site team lead and Jeremiah his assistant, Andreas the expert carpenter, Brandon handling the office support who all together got me successfully (and happily) through another major home project. Working with the same people each day is sometimes a luxury with home improvement contractors, but it seems just common sense to Attic Projects for those used to excel. I was impressed with both the efficiency and quality of the on-site work from Tony and Jeremiah, as well as their professionalism and help to explain and keep me up to date each day. Andreas was a true craftsman who did any needed interior changes. Richard does a great service for homeowners by keeping a lid on the entire cost even when changes may be needed. Attics are places to discover even after many years in a home. What stood out for me immediately after they finished, was the very significant improvement in home comfort. Almost no drafts and my same HVAC was able to hold a very consistent interior temp, night and day, with significantly less runtime. From daily and hourly tracking of my electric usage before and afterwards, I determined that the new cellulose attic insulation in my roughly 1600 sq ft ranch home, saved me about 2 kWh a day of 18 SEER2 Heat Pump usage during 80-90 degree days. This could yield me an almost 100 kWh a month reduction in energy usage during the warmest summer and perhaps more during the coolest winter months. As a homeowner with over 25 years in an 1970s era house, my improvements with Attic Projects have been one of the most impressive and I recommend them highly.

We have lived in our home for 28 years and knew it was time to address the Insulation in our attic. We recently went to the SD Home Show and Met the team from Attic Projects. From the beginning the team at Attic Project listened to our needs, and Paul Lang came over to review the status of our insulation. I just had a service from Attic Projects Company to remove the old insulation of my Attic, prepare for rodent control and new installation of cellulose and R38 fiberglass batt to my Attic. Paul Lang is a highly professional and knowledgeable project manager who did an outstanding job managing my attic insulation and rodent control project. From the very beginning, he impressed me with his detailed inspection—he took thorough pictures of the problem areas, clearly explained the issues, and offered well-thought-out recommendations along with a transparent breakdown of the costs for each phase of the project. Paul was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote. Brandon followed up promptly to coordinate Phase I and Phase II based on Paul’s assessment. The crew stuck closely to the agreed-upon schedule to complete the work. HECK YES - thank you Andres and Raul for an excellent whole house fan custom installation! I have a flat roof and did not think a whole house fan was an option. But, my neighbor got a custom fan installed by them (Andres specifically), and after seeing the product, I could not wait to get the same. I have to admit it was a little bumpy during the ordering process, but the whole time, Andres knew what was required and got us back on track. Needless to say, at this point I opted to wait longer so Andres could do my installation too. When the day of the install finally came, everything was smooth sailing. Attic Projects did an outstanding Job insulating my Home built in the late 1950s. Project Manager Richard Ellgen, was prompt in arriving and extremely professional in assessing my needs prior to presenting me with a detailed Proposal along with projected costs. It’s noteworthy that Attic Projects addressed many details that were overlooked by another contractor I had previously met on site. Richard agreed to have his people come in after my re-roofing contractor had completed tearing off my old wood shake roof. This created a massive amount of debris inside the attic. Attic Projects first gathered by hand all the big pieces of old roof and miscellaneous debris. Then they used their powerful external vacuum to remove all the small loose stuff. Attic Projects then installed R-38 insulation batts between the ceiling joists. Impressively, they completed the entire Attic Project in one day and at a very reasonable cost. Project Manager Matthew and his team were excellent! We needed to get rid of our rat infestation quickly and thoroughly. They were able to clean up, fix up and add preventative measures with minimal interference. Thank you doing such a great job!

I had been considering replacing the original blown in insulation in my 1962 built home and connected with Attic Projects at the San Diego Home Show. After talking with Paul Lang I set up an inspection for a quote. Paul did a fantastic job looking at what I had and suggesting several options. I settled on complete removal of all existing insulation (a mix of fiber glass bats and 60+ year old blown in material), sealing all the air gaps, sanitizing the entire area, installing a gable end fan and then blowing in new cellulose at a R30 rating. On the day on installation Antonio (Tony), Jeremiah and John showed up on time and got straight to work. Jeremiah reiterated what I had contracted for and then they started prepping their equipment as well as sealing off the rest of my house from the work corridor. This included flashing around corners to prevent their hoses from rubbing my walls. Then with temps rising in the attic area, they got straight to work removing all the old insulation and prepping the attic for the new insulation. Despite the high heat in the attic (Late summer in socal) they the removal, prep, installation of the gable end fan. All removed insulation was bagged up for them to haul away and the site was kept clean and assessable. Installation of the new blown in material was quick and efficient. Jeremiah even found and fixed a disconnected air duct that had come loose. After installation of the gable fan, Tony helped me setup and run the app which allows remote control and monitoring of the fan! All three gentlemen made the entire project quick and efficient! Everything was accomplished in an efficient and professional manner.

We recently had a whole house fan installed in our attic. This work was NOT done by Attic Projects. Upon turning it on we noticed air escaping from our range hood. We contacted Paul the project manager with Attic Projects because our daughter was very satisfied with the work that they performed at her home. Paul came over and went up into our attic. He diagnosed the problem and offered some solutions. In the process he did a temporary fix and did not charge us anything. We later had Attic Projects do a permanent fix and some other work in the attic. Working with Paul has been an absolute pleasure. Communication, professionalism and knowledge of his field has definitely put us at ease. The crew that performed the attic work, Tony, Jeremiah and Luis we great workers. Let me start off by saying that this is not a fun project for anyone, but I did learn some things. I learned that you need a specialist for rats. Just because a company does pest control does not necessarily mean they’re experts in handling rats; the Attic Projects Company is. They are not cheap, but then it comes down to price vs. value. They are the only one I know of who does a 10 year guarantee. The level of service I received from Richard, who is the project manager and Giovanni, who is the project lead was exemplary. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and respectful to your property. Their attention to detail was outstanding and if any of my poor neighbors ever get a rat infestation, I will refer them to Attic Projects.

Ours was a 3-day project (install ladder, new insulation and whole house fan); it was easy to schedule a few weeks out. They did everything they said they would do and within the scheduled time. Overall the communication was good; the work crews were on time each day, took good care of our property, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

We had an excellent experience working with Attic Projects! We live in a 1970s two-story townhome with vaulted ceilings and limited storage space. The Project Manager Kevin Enz was so helpful in assessing our options, he measured the space and showed us pictures of other projects to help us visualize the improvements. We knew we wanted additional storage space and, if possible, a whole house fan. His team was able to get us both! The install team was on time and very respectful of our home, covering all the areas where they were working with nylon carpeting. They vacuumed out the attic, filling multiple trash bags with all the old insulation and debris, they installed new ducting, new insulation, 200 sq ft of OSB platform decking for storage, an energy efficient radiant barrier, lighting, and of course, the attic fan! We are so happy to have the additional space. The air flow is so much better in our house and we are now able to cool the house much faster and more efficiently with the whole house fan, AND we finally have space for the many boxes of seasonal items. I highly recommend the Attic Projects Company. I've been renovating an older home, room by home. Some of the work I have done myself, but there are times when I need help from a professional. I contacted the Attic Projects Company to discuss some ceiling insulation in one room. That room was an addition to the house, and had zero insulation in the ceiling and walls. I was intending to convert it into a music room. I needed insulation, and also needed a plan. Kevin, the project manager, was great to deal with. He gave me a some great advice, and some suggestions on how to improve the space. He provided me a detailed quote a few days later, as promised. We haggled a little bit. What about this? Can you add that? I signed the contract, and made a deposit. The crew arrived on time each day, and were meticulous in the set up, and in the attention to detail. There were a few delays in the process (due to unexpected issues), but they were handled efficiently. Best of all, at the end of each day, they cleaned everything up, and left the place almost spotless. I now have a new music room. Thanks!

There happened to be a skunk, probably, living in my crawl space and they were able to get it out without anyone getting hurt or sprayed. I got a new crawl space door too. I had them out on 2/3/2025 and they did a great job. My house is almost 30 years old and I bought it new. When I had a new heat pump installed and my old gas furnace removed, the installers said they found evidence of rodents living up in the attic. So I had a couple of companies come out to inspect. One company just walked around the perimeter of the house and declared it rodent free. Hmmm... Richard actually went up in the attic and spent quite a good amount of time actually looking. He took some photos of rat poop on top of the fiberglass insulation. We discovered I had a big vent that had been covered with the paper barrier they use when building houses and never cut away. Anyway, they said they would fix that and they did. So I signed up. Expensive, but judging from how they spent a good 10 hours working on my attic they were being thorough as heck. It is a difficult attic too. Very squished. The crew reported a bunch of holes they found where rodents could gain access. It took a couple of weeks to get the final paperwork and photos, but I'm impressed.

Kevin the Project Manager was great to work with. He asked a lot of questions and helped steer us in the right direction to form a game plan for more space. Chris did a tremendous job of creating our additional storage space. Chris also gave us great input for additional ideas that we plan to implement.

I had a frustrating year long experience trying to rid a rat infestation in my attic. I was given an informative and succinct presentation/proposal from Kevin Enz addressing my concerns, and approved the project. Jovani and Sergio worked with their crewmembers José, Aaron, & Tony to complete the project as scheduled. In between the two phases of the project Jeremy inspected the job site and provided additional useful information. The two takeaways from this enterprise are: "Do it right, do it once." & "The power of good advice." Both those credos express to me the value of this project; the resultant peace of mind.

We had a problem with rodent infestation and called Attic Projects to clean/sanitize our attic and crawlspace. They replaced the attic insulation and rodent proofed both areas. Kudos to Jeremy, who did an outstanding job with building a firewall that was missing when we bought the home and should have separated the open attic from the garage. We had to have them back to extend the firewall to the ceiling as asked but overall, I am happy with the outcome.

Our house is 111 years old, situated on a canyon with lots of trees, with two stories, crawl space and attic and the rats were also making themselves very much at home in the narrow space between the upper and lower floors. Over the 25 years we've owned the house we tried every manner of rat trap, and caught dozens but they just kept coming (we don't believe in poisoning). Finally decided to bite the bullet and hire professionals, and it was the 10-year warranty that drew us to Attic Projects. It took them three trips to take care of all three areas- - crawl space, attic, and space between the two floors. This last space offered a unique challenge and was a special request. My husband actually cut portals in the drywall ceiling, and Tristan and Jake went above and beyond, squeezing themselves into this tiny space and cleaning every bit of soiled insulation and rat poop out. That was more than we had expected - - we really thought they were just going to put the vacuum hoses in there and push them around the really tight space! Amazing work was also done by the crew that did the attic and crawl space, which was also filthy work with a lot of tight spaces to crawl through. The only caution I would give potential customers is that when they give you the written quote, make absolutely sure it include everything you expect them to do. We did have a misunderstanding at first, because while we did talk extensively to the salesman about taking care of this space between the floors and showed him where my husband would cut holes to access, he neglected to actually include those hours on the quote. In the end he did recall we had discussed this work, and he added more hours on to the job without further charge. We now feel very satisfied with the work that was done and would recommend Attic Projects to anyone. Attached pictures are from the area between the floors.

Wow. This company has got it together. They provided us with incredibly smooth transition from inspection to completion. Paul was our inspector who came to figure out how we had rats enter our home. We had never had a problem before so we were really disturbed about the situation. He took his time starting in the attic and then to the living spaces of the home and the surrounding yard and garage and finally to the crawl space. After about 90 min he finished. He was friendly and easy to talk to and let us know that rats are a problem here in Coronado He knew exactly which type of rats we had and that he definitely could take care of our situation. He told us he would send us a quote by the evening, which he did very promptly. The quote was straight forward and included the details of the warranty and options for Tax credits and 0 percent financing. The quote was very reasonable for the work of clearing the crawl space where our problem was. I had asked another company to come out for inspection and quote. They were High pressure to sign a contract on the spot and difficult to get a quote from. There quote was higher and difficult to read. It also required a monthly Pest control fee. We confidently signed the Attic Projects Contract and The crew came a week later. Jeremy and Che arrived promptly and in good spirits. They were polite and responsive to questions as well as some extra requests. They reassured me the whole way. The left our crawl Space sparkling clean and free From rats. The only thing that was difficult was waiting a week to get the work done. Which looking back on was not really an issue.

Worth every penny! From the informative, no pressure in-person consultation to the meticulous installation day(s), the team went above and beyond every step of the way. We had two goals when reaching out to Attic Projects: 1) create a new attic entry in our hallway due to the old entry no longer being easily accessible and 2) create enough storage space in the attic to clear out our garage. Both were far exceeded in the end! And as an added bonus, we've already seen massive improvements with our A/C run time due to the new insulation. After nearly 30 years of accumulated debris, dirt, dust, and construction leftovers, our attic was in dire need of a complete overhaul. We had no insulation, with so many gaps and holes throughout the store that there was essentially zero barrier between our usable space and the attic. Preparing for a solar installation, we needed proper insulation and an airtight seal to keep cooling costs down and reduce the cost of our solar equipment purchase. From start to finish, Attic Projects exceeded all my expectations. The project spanned three days and involved two separate teams. These guys were nothing short of amazing! Estimate-Kevin was the first person to visit my store. He was knowledgeable and answered every question, which was a lot! Kevin really impressed me with his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. He never pushed unnecessary extras, making only logical upgrade suggestions. I initially requested a more expensive product, but Kevin explained why it wasn’t the right fit. After the estimate, Kevin didn’t just pass me off to the install team. He showed up on day one to ensure everything started off well and even checked in with me daily, never letting me down. He even offered to buy me breakfast the first day of the project Team 1–Corey, Kevin, Victor, and Nikko arrived on the first day and immediately got to work. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient, clearing out years of accumulated junk with precision and care. They were meticulous in ensuring everything was done to perfection, working tirelessly to make an overwhelming task look easy. Team 2–On the second and third days, Tiger, Frankie, and Sergio took over. They were just as phenomenal. Tiger really wowed me! You can tell when a team has good leadership simply by the actions of their teammates. Tiger faced unexpected challenges that many contractors might have ignored, but he did exactly what was needed. He immediately informed me, found a resolution, and ensured the issue was resolved. He guided his team effectively. During my military service, I coached junior Sailors to become future leaders, and Tiger exemplifies that kind of leadership. He was literally jogging between the truck and the attic to keep the schedule on track. I was so impressed I personally reached out to Mark, the Branch Manager, to recommend Tiger for a position of MUCH higher responsibility. Branch Manager Mark–I had the opportunity to speak with Mark, and it was clear how committed he is to superior customer service and quality work. From top to bottom, this business is led by example. Their teamwork and professionalism were second to none. They treated my business with respect and care. The transformation of the attic was unbelievable. They not only cleaned out decades of debris but also installed top-quality insulation, leaving the space immaculate and well-sealed. I was very pleased with the entire team. From Joe to Branden and especially to the hard working crew. It’s not an easy job working in hundred degree plus attic temperature's and these guys knocked it out. They ensured my home was protected from all the equipment and foot traffic and ensured it was a clean working environment. Very professional team. I had several companies provide estimates for removing old insulation, sanitizing and installing new insulation at my aunt’s house in Temecula. We immediately felt very comfortable with Paul our estimator and ultimately the project manager. He spent considerable time in the attic and later reviewed pictures and their services and excellent warranty. I then spent much time reviewing all the options we saw with the different companies but kept coming back to Paul and Attic Projects. Paul and his manager Mark found ways to get to the number we needed. That was very appreciated and so we moved forward. It took a bit of sequencing with a roof replacement that happened first. Paul was great to stay in touch along the way and he never pressured us. Happy to today the attic got done today. We couldn’t be more pleased. Corey, Kevin, Marco and Gabriel did a very professional, thorough and excellent job today. They were respectful of my aunt’s property inside and outside (very important to her), neat and hard working. Corey explained everything as they went along. We look forward to the complete set of pictures that will come along with all the documentation needed for the energy credit. I highly recommend Mark, Paul and the entire crew!

Our little 1932 Bungalow remodel has been a true test for my wife and I. We are paying close attention to every detail and hoping to restore this little gem to its former glory. While insulation may not rank super high on most peoples list of priorities when thinking of remodeling, historic homes often have little to no insulation. Our home had zero. The team at Attic Projects including Stephen (PM) and installers Anthony & Jesus provided excellent service and took painstaking efforts to make sure that our cottage will stay warm and cozy. Every detail of their work was meticulous and tidy. They left the job site in perfect order, cleaning up after their job was complete. We would highly recommend their service to anyone!

Attic projects was a great company to work with, and they did an amazing job. Like other reviews, I was impressed with the professional estimate, Mark came and did a very, thorough, careful, and thoughtful inspection. Despite a very small crawl space with many foundation jacks, he inspected the entire area. I was so glad to find a company to provide a solution to ground moisture for raised foundation homes, and was blown away by the team of Jeremy, Frankie, & Oscar. They installed the vapor barrier professionally in very tight spaces & sealed the subflooring completely. Mike did a great job with the electrical installation and putting in the vent fans. The communication throughout was excellent from scheduling, notifications, and especially the PM, Mark, checking up on everything. I would very highly recommend!

My home is not your typical home. I have multiple attics, the crawl space is sloped, and the previous owners never put any effort into the home. Needless to say: my home is difficult. First off, I want to give huge props to Paul. When he came to inspect my home he was kind and respectful. He CRAWLED through dirt, grime, falling insulation, and mold in order to diagnose the issues ailing my home. He even pointed out electrical and plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. He marched his way through our attics and by the time he was done I knew that this is the company I wanted to contract. Attic Projects did an amazing job cleaning out my attics and crawls space. They sanitized and cleared a mold issue. They took out all the terrible insulation. The installation of the Vapor Barrier was difficult but they got it done. I had many concerns but when I brought them to Paul he did everything in his power to address each issue personally. Tiger and his team did an excellent job. Victor was assigned to address my concerns and he was absolutely wonderful. I will recommend Attic Projects to anyone who needs a professional to come attack the most difficult projects in their home. I would give them 10 stars if possible. I only am adding one photo here of the crawl space but trust me when I say that I would not enter my crawl space before Attic Projects completed their work. Now I feel comfortable entering it and having other contractors work on my home.

The team at Attic Projects were unbelievable. Less than 24 hours I had Paul in my home providing me an estimate and now my entire crawl space has been cleaned out, secured from rodents, and sanitized. On top of that a brand new hand built crawl space door. I literally did not have a door this morning and this afternoon…I have a door, thanks to the incredible craftsmanship of Chris! (See picture). Alex and Richard spent the entire day under the very small crawlspace of the house and absolutely went above and beyond. Not only did they do what I expected but provided me with critical feedback about things that didn’t come up in the original estimation as well as recommendations for future projects that I should consider based on their findings. This crew, Alex, Richard and Chris worked incredibly well together and made this project happen with the complete professionalism and incredible service. I hope I never have to call on them again…but if I do I know exactly what I will be getting….customer service excellence. Thank you gents!!

We had a major rat infestation and Forman Tristan, crew members Sergio, and Tony, and Jake were in charge of cleaning out the 30 year old blow- in and batting insulation and ducting covered in rat droppings and urine and did an a amazing job. They were knowledgeable, helpful and effecient. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to be in our home for 3 days. They handled adjustments very well and answered every and any question I had. Communication with Forman Tristan was great throughout the entire process. One thing to note, I would recommend covering all vents when cleaning out your attic with compromised ducting, we didn't do it the first day and the air quality was poor. Day 2 the vents were covered and it made a noticeable difference.

What a great team! Cole was very professional and put me at ease with my rat situation. Then Brandon came with his team almost the next day to begin cleaning my attic. I could finally sleep that night. The next day Victor came with his crew and put in the insulation and sealed everything up.
