This place was absolutely awesome! They were fast to answer the phone, quick to get me the help and service I needed and showed up on time with good attitudes ready to complete the work that I had for them. It was fair pricing and they seemed very happy to be there helping me with what I needed. I would definitely use them again! Give em a call! You won't regret it!

Edit: From 5 Star to 3 Star. Updated Review: They made things right, but we had 2 big issues. 1. A worker was cutting material to protect our walls and with a cutting knife, put 2 big scrapes in our luxury vinyl plank. They actually replaced what we saw initially, but I found a second huge scratch after that I just let be. 2. An even bigger issue is that they came onto and did an inspection, did all the work, sealed up EVERYTHING, but we had rats come back a year later. They were great and came back out, recommend we do a smoke test, which we did for $200 with another company and, we found that they missed the main issue 2 times was our main sewer pipe was not connected to the outside vent. They were asking me I wanted it capped, but I said I would like it attached to the vent. They did great work at no cost extending the pipe, and it fixed the rat issue and sewer smell we were having to start with. If they had just capped it we would have had really big issues. They are not plumbers and should not suggest capping sewer pipes to did a rat issue. Once they fixed that we have had no issues. They really did a great job with all the work, but we spent $7000 on removing all insulation, sealing up everything and them eventually fixing the pipe. However, the $200 smoke test they recommended is what I should have stated with and possibly saved a ton of money. That is on me. Original Review: Highly recommended! We had a rat issue and odd smell in the attic of our house. They cleaned out all the old insulation, sealed everything up, and found the hole they were sneaking in though some small hole in old brick. They were able to fix the issue in the same week. Our house is back to smelling great, and no new rat sounds.

Awesome work from Attic Construction on rodent proofing my attic and replacing old, deteriorating insulation. Nick was my rep and did an excellent job communicating problem areas inspecting the attic and showing pictures of all areas work would be done. Tony, Luis, and Ernesto came out to perform the work and were very professional, friendly, and communicative on progress and issues they saw / fixed. I've already noticed the new insulation doing a better job, and seeing all the holes they filled to rodent proof my attic has given me a lot of peace of mind!

Had a great experience with Attic Construction, I see why it's a five-star company! We heard skittering around in an overhead crawl space on our first floor, friends recommended this company and I was impressed with their reviews. Got a prompt appointment for a free inspection, the technician Alex came out and did a thorough inspection of the Second Story Attic, even though we had not heard anything up there, and let us know that everything looked great and did not need any work at all. The problem space on the lower portion of the roof where we heard the noise was not readily accessible, but he found and identified the area between roof tiles where the rodents were getting in. Unfortunately this particular kind of roof and inaccessible overhead crawl space is best managed by a pest control company, Alex let us know, and recommended we use one of the local Pest Control businesses. Alex was prompt, knowledgeable, very pleasant and helpful. It would have been easy for a less reputable company to recommend Band-Aid services that would not have address the primary problem. I was very impressed by their honesty. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them in the future for any attic issues that may occur.

Attic Construction delivers exceptional customer service and quality attic insulation installation. Their sales rep, Travon, provided a quick yet detailed quote. He coordinated the entire installation and was knowledgable of all the different insulation methods and materials. The team started the very next day and was finished within 8-9 hours. Our attic is difficult to crawl around because of the low hang of the roof. However, their team had all the equipment to reach hard to access areas. Martin was absolutely incredible! Trustworthy, efficient and knowledgeable. Our house is built on a hill and unfortunately raccoons had done some major damage to our insulation underneath our house. Martin and his team not only cleaned out the damaged (and dirty) insulation but also installed several layers to prevent future rodent damage. 12/10 for Martin!

Mark the technician was very polite, punctual, called ahead of time. Was very thorough with his inspection and took a lot of photos. He set traps and told us what we can do to prevent the rodents. We are very happy and will make recommendations to others!

I just had my entire attic redone by Attic construction and I can rave about how well of a job they did. The crew was fantastic, tarped and taped off the entire area through the house and left it clean even better than they found it. They removed the old insulation, vacuumed up over 50 years of accumulation, sealed and sanitized then laid new owens corning insulation. we were more than pleased with the finished product and would recommend them for your insulation installation.

Our consultant Morgan was fantastic. She was on time, very thorough and detailed in her explanation of what would best suit our home. We had insulation installed, and an attic fan installed, too. The whole process was seamless and smooth and done quickly and professionally.

Needed attic cleaned out due to racoon damage. Saw their flyer, looked at their reviews and contacted them to set up an appointment for an estimate. Provided all of the details to the operator, took work off to be home to assist, they spent a good 45 minutes going through the attic, to then only say we only do jobs greater than $4K. They said it wasn't worth their time to do a job that would cost $750, but could offer up some insulation work and or storage space that could get us to $4K. Unbelievable and a waste of my time. I understand the demand for their services these days, but an upfront conversation of that when I first called them would be more appropriate. Don't even call them, and waste your time on a quote unless you plan to spend this amount.

After receiving notice that our monthly rate at Price Storage was yet again increasing, I realized it was time to cancel our storage unit and use our attic to store some belongings. I contacted Attic Construction and several days later met with our estimator Jake. Jake exceeded expectations. He was on time, wore a mask, polite and professional, and he took the time to explain every detail of the job. I give Jake a 5 out of 5 and would gladly deal with him again. The install went smoothly and the work was done as promised. The job itself was pretty straight forward and completed in one day. Following the work which Attic Construction did, I hired a handy man who installed a pull down ladder and laid down plywood decking. Good riddance Price Self Storage and your escalating fees. I’m happy to cut yet another monthly fee from our budget.

Jake, my technician for my quote, was amazing! I have never been so impressed with an employee of a business before. His professionalism & knowledge was far more than what I expected. I had a few quotes on my rodent & removal of my roofing installation before Jake & it was so bad on so many level with these other companies. Price, company standing and employees at Attic Construction are a solid A+++! I am definitely going with this company for my attic work. When we discovered a rodent issue in our garage attic while taking down our Christmas decorations, I was horrified! The thought of these pests eating through and dedicating on our belongings was too much for me to tackle on our own and I needed it handled immediately. I called Attic Construction that same day and they sent Alex Cady to meet with us for an inspection I believe the following day. He was amazing, he not only inspected the attic over the garage but to give me peace of mind did a thorough inspection of our home and it’s crawl spaces. He layer out our options for plans, was super kind and completely professional. He worked out a reasonable price for us and got a team here the very next day to take everything out of our storage, clean and sanitize it, rodent proof, put everything back we wanted to keep, and they EVEN hauled away anything we wanted to get rid of! I recommend their services if you find yourself needing it.

We heard about Attic Construction from a family friend who is a realtor. They were able to come out quickly and assess our home for the source of a (very unpleasant) sewage smell. We had already contacted a plumber to flush the pipes, but that didn't help. The team at attic construction were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! They took video under our house and found a broken pipe that had been leaking waste water under our raised foundation. Kyle gave us an extremely fair estimate before leaving. The team arrived the next day for pipe repair, waste removal, and clean up. Big kudos to both Nathan and Jose who suited up and completed the task that would belong on an episode of dirty jobs!! They were both respectful of our property and informative about the process. I spoke with Cory when the job was done, who showed me the broken pipe and footage of the clean up work. Overall it was a highly professional, effective, and friendly service - 10 out of 10 would use again for any service they provide!

The team from Attic Construction headed by Stephen Faulkner came to clean out my crawl space and my attic. They were very professional and had a really good team spirit. They actually found a dead animal under my house after I paid another company to look and tell me there were none. The team coordinated both projects on my house and were able to get them done sooner then they expected. Thank you to all and to Kyle the great sales rep.

Jake came for an initial consultation and was very honest and informative regarding our issue, or lack thereof actually. There were only minor droppings in our attic which he cleaned up free of charge during the inspection. He also gave us great advice to determine whether we actually have a rat in our ceiling without setting a trap to kill it which will just attract more rats. Will definitely use them if we ever actually need their services!

I’m a senior that was made anxious and stress by the pet’s control about our attic, I called Attic Construction and they send Jake to inspect. Jake is very professional, extremely honest, his communication style reduced my stress. He inspects the attic found no rodent or contaminations, he is a great team player he took pictures and shared it with me and explain the dead termites, he assured me that our attic is very clean and no need for cleaning. I am writing this review to thank Jason for checking the attic today, and recommend him and this company if you encounter the similar issue. We moved in a new construction, and noticed the rat issue almost like immediately. A few weeks ago I contacted another company to do an inspection. Little information was provided except for a super expensive quote. Later we noticed an access point and that worried me a lot, thinking rat might have reached the attic, so I contact attic construction. Jason is very professional, he placed a plastic sheet on the floor before checking the attic, and took pictures from attic and explained things in great details and ensured us the rats have not reached the attic. We are simply impressed. If there is further rat issue in the future, we will definitely turn to Jason and attic construction for help. You can tell he is very professional, kind and honest. Great job and really appreciate it.

Victor and Tiger's crew arrived this morning with smiles on their faces, ready to start the clean up of our attic and crawl space. These guys never stopped smiling. Great experience with the company. Did an excellent job with both the cleaning and removal of old insulation. Brandon and Andrew worked quickly to blow the new insulation in. Frederick & his team were really great dealing with crawl space clean out & whole house rat exclusion at our property. Professional & communicative. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was checked & sealed with wire, foam, etc. for possible rodent entry points. Very satisfied & highly recommend.

It was time to change out the insulation, is was over 30years old. I turned to Attic Construction to handle the job. Jason came out and completely informed me on all the type work they do, I went with the clean up and new insulation. It wasn't long and Victor and Tiger showed up at my door and went to work. In no time the job was done and the hallway and drive way was cleaned up before they left for the day. Great job.

I just finished the last phase of having my attic sealed from rodents. A little frustrating at times because I thought it would be a one time fix. But rats can squeeze into the smallest of places. The crew that was sent were always professional and patient with me explaining everything. Finally the insulation was blown in today. I can feel the difference already. Had a rat infestation and my highest of praises for Attic Construction, Darren (my contact) and the professionalism shown by the entire company! They removed all debris (including dead carcass), cleaned and sterilized the space, then waited to continue. This was an excellent process since rats were found on a return inspection! If the insulation had been blown in that same initial day, I'd have bigger problems and headaches; not so the case!! Excellent job and I highly recommend the company! I did not include a picture or two of the 'before' since it was gross...

These guys were awesome. Victor and Tigers crew came in and put in work cleaning up the old insulation in our attic that had a lot of places that were difficult to access. They stayed late to get the job done in one day and were very professional. Jake did the original estimate and was able to schedule his crews to be on site as soon as possible.

Attic construction is by far the most professional and thorough rodent removal company that I have come across in San Diego. I spent about two months getting quotes from every company I could find and the people at attic construction were easy to deal with, straightforward, honest(without slandering any of the other companies), and every step of the way I felt like I could trust him and they were going to do everything necessary to read me of and protect me against rodent infestation! This wasn’t at all the way I felt when dealing with the other companies, and I was right!! Their ability to navigate hurdles along the way and still maintain the feeling that I was glad I went with them over the other companies the whole time was super reassuring and is the definition of good business...This morning was the last day of the job and the work that was done looks amazing! Brandon the crew leader and his partner Kevin we’re super professional and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job and were knowledgeable about their craft. So from someone who spent months looking around and in the end still feels really fortunate do you have made this choice, I can’t really recommend them enough. So if you’re like me you were going to spend the time shopping around no matter what anyone says but in the end when you feel like attic construction is the right choice just know you’re not alone! Cory, the sales rep has worked diligently to satisfy my every concern. I am picky and I spent a lot of money to get true comfort in my home. Victor and Tiger's crew worked to install Reflectix per the manufacturer's requirements even with a cramped space. Even though it's difficult to install batting and I really wanted it, they worked to get it installed correctly, even when I inspected every corner and made sure it's correct. I am definitely a stickler for perfection. Kevin and Brandon came and finished the Reflectix in the garage and the work is excellent quality. Brian was also helpful because I wanted batting and he advised me to purchase the high density R-38, which was an excellent suggestion!!!

Jason came out and explained my options and answered all my questions. The guys who came out to install the insulation (Brian, Sam, and Issac) were great. They were here early, very professional, and hard working. I highly recommend their service. Great team!

Carlsbad homeowner that needed a redo on work for complete attic clean out, sanitation, rodent proofing, insulation replacement, and radiant barrier install for roof. Victor and Tiger were excellent to work with today. Victor kept me informed regularly throughout the day about their progress, which allowed me to go up into the attic throughout the day to confirm their excellent work and to answer pivotal questions about how they should cover certain areas in the attic. Victor and his team were exceptionally careful about sealing the operative parts of my house so that their equipment and work did not damage any part of my house. Their cleaning service was especially meticulous, as they not only vacuumed up the carpet, but also wiped down the stair banister and other parts of the house that they touched. They were also very accommodating about replacing all of the mesh wire screens in the attic, some of which had holes in them, since they were over 25-30 years old. Victor and Tiger were extremely professional and very courteous in all of their conversations with me. Special thanks also to Hunter Quinn for addressing my concerns about the discoloration of some of the batts and his agreement to replace those batts with batts that were not discolored. I would highly recommend Attic Construction for any attic insulation replacement! This was a very enjoyable experience!

Just had my attic cleared, cleaned, and insulated by Attic Construction. The crew did a great job - they were prompt, professional, and quick! They first covered up the floors and walls with plastic to protect and keep them clean. They removed the old insulation using a giant vacuum. Next, they sanitized the attic and finally, installed a thick layer of new insulation. The process was much easier, quicker, and cleaner than I had anticipated.

Jesus, Jose and Steven did an awesome job today. They were very thorough, protected my home and made sure all the rat proofing was done in the attic and in the crawl space. So glad the manager sent this awesome team to my home.

Jesus and his crew (Jose & Steven) did an amazing job! Received a call 20m before arriving and upon arrival, Jesus went over the game plan making sure to go over everything already discussed in the consultation from last week. The crew made sure everything in the working vicinity was covered in plastic and would not be damaged in any sort of way. When the job was finished, Jesus invited me to climb up and take a look for myself. They had also taken photos of the work so I could see what was done. Before leaving, they made sure everything was back the way it was when they arrived. Very professional and enjoyed having them working on the attic.

Not only did I feel like the price was fair but was put at ease with the competence and expertise that was demonstrated. Humberto and his crew were out today to insulate our attic. They removed the 50+ year old insulation (and two old empty bottles of beer--not mine, I swear!), blew in new insulation, and thoroughly cleaned up around the job site. The whole crew was courteous and efficient, and they were sure to leave the house clean. It is 90 degrees out this afternoon, and even with just half a day of insulation, I can already tell that our living space will be more comfortable--and bearable--on hot days!

Hired for clean out and new insulation install. Both crews (work was done over 2 different days) were very friendly and communicated timelines well. After they left on the last day we checked out the attic space. Sadly it looks like they didn't finish the sanitation that was promised as there was still left over paper insulation on the rafters. The manager called and came by the house to inspect this, and ended up scheduling a person to come vacuum the rafters. This person left black fingerprint smudges all over the freshly painted attic door, which I shared with the manager Nate. They contacted me within an hour and said they would come out to replace or clean the door. So, although we had a couple of small hiccups/challenges the team was very responsive and had great customer service resolving them. Its when things don't go quite right, that really show the measure of a company. How they handle a complaint shows the true company culture. These guys really came through and were professional and courteous each time. I would recommend them because of this.

I'm very happy with the work that Attic Construction did at my family member's home. They were professional and courteous and allowed me to "peek in" through various steps in the process (not required, but I'm glad they were transparent about that). We had a lot of stuff to do for the house which was nearly 50 years old: insulation removal (including all the rodent droppings and waste they left in the insulation over the years), rodent proofing, sanitation, new insulation installation. A competitor (whose estimate I got) was going to charge roughly the same amount but not the entire house, and not using Owens Corning insulation (which meant no OC manufacturer warranty either). They also didn't have such good reviews on Yelp, Google, Home Advisor or BBB. I was at my family's house to oversee the project and the crew (Humberto, Victor, Agustin) walked me through all the steps, took the time to explain what they were going to do and what they had done and they did a great job. Even though we ran into a minor bump in the road that resulted in the project taking 2 days instead of 1, I'm very satisfied with their hard work and best of all, knowing that they got rid of the rats from the attic. Although they have a warranty on the rodent proofing, so far I'm pretty confident they did well on that end that we won't be in need of more rodent proofing. They went to work in the middle of Summer, working in that hot, humid, confined space until the job was done and they got the WHOLE house done. I checked it out (several times throughout the process) and it looks great. I'm a stickler for small details sometimes and the rodent proofing they did was clean and neat too. I don't know that any of the competitors out there could have provided the same quality of service or materials at that same price so I'm glad we went with them and I would recommend them to family and friends.

When rats turned my home into a multi-unit dwelling, I solicited bids to clean things up. Andrew from Attic Construction won the day, with solid info on what to expect. The crew, lead by Tony and Juan, completed the job quickly and professionally. They transformed the dirty space into a pristine area and blocked off rat access points. And following an unfortunate fall, they quickly repaired ceiling and plumbing damage. A good outfit. I'd use them again.

On the day of insulation, the crew leader, Brandon Lopez, was on-time and hustled to get the job done right and efficiently with great attention to detail and gave helpful updates along the way. Team members Jeremy and Boyet were focused and worked hard on the project as well. The cleanup work and the insulation looks great, very happy with the end result. They went above and beyond to patch ducts, cover lighting, and address other safeguards. The entire team at Attic Construction was professional and respectful and we highly recommend them.

Attic Construction was wonderful. From the initial call and all through the inspection, scheduling and job execution. It is extremely uncommon to see these days a company that puts so much detail on customer service and such high standards of workmanship. We had a nasty situation up there in our attic – rodent waste, debris and what not! Not to mention an extremely low amount of insulation. The crew came in early morning and placed plastic sheeting all over the work area. Then they proceeded to clean all of the nastiness up in the attic. Thereafter they proceeded to blow in insulation. It looks like cotton candy I almost want to jump in! And I can feel the difference immediately in the house kept warmer. The crew left my home cleaner then they came in. We called Attic Construction for an estimate on attic clean up/ old rodent removal. While we didn’t need to use their whole attic cleaning service I had a truly great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone who needs attic cleaning and insulation replacement. Their technician Jake went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and won’t try to upsell you on work you don’t need!

After meeting with several different insulation company technicians, I realized how much Jake and Eric stood out because of their knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism. I figured if their methodology was indicative of the company's standards, it was worth the few extra dollars it would cost to go with Attic Construction, so I did. Today's installation process went EXACTLY as Jake said it would. Tony Tran called half an hour before he and his team arrived, precisely on time, and fully prepared to complete the job. Ricardo, Alejandro, and Kevin greeted me, then got right down to work unloading and setting up equipment, while Tony and I took a quick tour of the house. A few minutes later, the floors and walls were covered, and several large bags of debris and ancient insulation were being removed from the house. After that, the team fired up a powerful vacuum which removed the old blown-in insulation and other disgusting 'stuff' form the attic. The rodent proofing process proceeded, followed by decontamination, and last but not least, my clean, fluffy, pink Owens Corning was blown in. I felt warmer just looking at it! The team left my home cleaner than they found it. Tony gave me updates and realistic time-frames throughout the day, and he never needed to give me any excuses. What an all-around great experience! I commend all of the employees with whom I worked from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Attic Construction.

I love this Compamy!!! So easy to work with Nate had excellent knowledge and really explained things well. When crew came 4 of them Chris came to the door introduced himself and they started Chris was excellent in running the guys and keeping me informed even my dog loved them.!! I highly recommend them they have great follow up as well!!

Our technician was John. He did a great job and did it quickly. We had termite powder in the attic and I needed it cleaned up. He gave us more than one option with different price ranges. We went with the cheaper option but he still did a great job for us. I would recommend Attic Construction to anyone that needs something cleaned in their attic.

Nate ran point. Fidel, Carlos, and Deron executed flawlessly. We live in the San Carlos area. We had seen temperatures in the house fluctuate from 50s at night to 80s in the day. From the initial phone call to the completed job, Attic Construction has a great team that is very professional and friendly. Mike came out to give us the estimate and was able to schedule the job promptly. The crew that did the job, Fidel, the crew leader, Jacob, Tom, and Kyle, worked very well together as a team. I had a great experience working with Adam and Chris at Attic Construction. Adam was very detailed and thorough when he did his inspection and provided a quote. Chris B. was the crew leader for the installation and was very conscientious and thorough during the install, he did a great job. His detail with rodent proofing was especially great in this old house. He walked me through what they were doing and detailed all steps with before/after photos, he even changed the light bulb for me in the crawl space while he was down there so I didn't have to crawl under the house to do so. The next couple days after the insulation was installed were quite hot but the temperature in the house was notably better!

This company is great! I called because my house was way to hot in the summer and my feet would freeze in the winter. My free estate was done by Adam. He called with his arrival time and was very polite and professional during his visit. I was impressed with the services provided like clean up, rodent proofing and sanitation, and the R value that they offered. My appointment was scheduled for a few days later on the spot. The work crew was just as professional and thorough. They worked till they were done on a very hot day and all the employees are very happy friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone. I had an appointment with Attic Construction on Aug 28, 2017 for a free consultation on rodent proofing. Eric arrived on time & ready to go to work immediately. Eric took initiative & installed wiring around a pipe that had a gap to prevent rodents entering the upper attic area. Also took pictures & said that the insulation look great & no holes in the air ducts. No sign of rodent activity. Great job Eric! I would definitely recommend Attic Construction.

Eric Aroush and his crew were great. Eric never tried to up-sale me on any product not related to the job at hand. I was told that the crew would come in and clean the attic, patch all holes in the attic and around the house, and replace the old cellulose insulation with new fiberglass; I was told this would be done in a day. That's exactly what happened, In the process, the crew took nearly 50 pictures documenting their work. They did exactly what they promised, and the clean up was so thorough,you would never know they were ever in the house. If you need the services of this company, I can not recommend them highly enough. With all the terrible stories about home contractors, Attic Construction is an example of what great customer service can look like.

The crew was professional and very respectful of the common areas they were working in. It was a large job and they completed it in one day which was great! Very responsive and the follow-up was sincere and thoughtful. I'm glad I chose Attic Construction to rodent proof and re-insulate my entire house. The whole process was effortless and quick. Met with Tony (very knowledgeable and helpful) on a Monday and had the insulation replacement done that Friday! The crew leader Franklyn made sure to address any concerns I had and was very responsive to any requests I had. The crew members, Mathew and Jose, were very personable and hard-working. Once all the work was done, they cleaned up and left the house with no evidence of their time here.

The crew let us inspect the attic after they vacuumed and hand picked the mess in the attic, after sanitizing, before they insulated and after they insulated. They rodent proofed all the holes and vents all over the house! They even cleaned up after the work and nothing for us to do after they left. Overall, we are very pleased with the work from beginning to end. We were informed about the small detail of the job which I liked the most! We definitely recommend them most, and WE received free quotes from multiple companies!! For the cost we pay, we expect quality and so far, it seemed that we received it. We will be cashing in the rodent proof warranty we received on 6 months or so and will let you know if in fact, the rodent proofing was very effective!

I would give 6 stars to Attic Construction, if I could.  They just completed their second job for me.  Both jobs started with Tony (aka Mr. Blue Eyes).  He has great expertise in this field, is accurate, reliable, personable and reasonable.  A rare set of attributes.  He provided me with fair and reasonable quotes for both jobs, which were performed on budget, on time and as to spec. The crews were also great both times.  On time, polite, efficient, quiet, hard working and quality work.  The first job was to insulate the attic of my garage.  It was so hot in there before the R-32 insulation was put in, and know it stays cool all day.  My second job, last week, was to insulate our house attic, adding in R-32 again to get to a total of R-49.  It is making our second floor way more comfortable, and our AC runs far less of the time, so I am expecting some good energy savings.  Great job, Robert and Matt.  I highly recommend Attic Construction. I am getting nothing for this review and I will probably not need Attic Construction's services again, but if I do I will certainly call them and recommend them to anyone needing attic cleaning, additional insulation, etc.

Michael Alba is the representative who came to our house. We bought a fixer upper, and our attic is a mess. He inspected the vents and the type of insulation we have, and found interesting life forms there. He took plenty of pics to prove it! I know those photos were true; I have been up there. He was knowledgeable of the hazards to our home. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He showed the areas in his pics where he would work, what he would clean and remove and how he would use steal mesh and sealant to block critters from re-entering the house! His follow up was very professional. No high pressure sales, but a sincere concern for our house's cleanliness and insulation. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner of Attic Construction called at the end of the day to see how things went, and how her employee conducted himself. I gave 10 stars to every question! Couldn't have been more pleased. Because Michael is a genuine guy, and because the company has the drive to provide an outstanding customer experience, I will use Attic in the future.

Got a great quote from Mike Alba for Attic Insulation. He gave me a good description of what the work would be. Didn't have much debris in the attic so he stated it shouldn't take long. Scheduled the work to be done in about a week, because I couldn't do any of the earlier days (Mother's day weekend). Work was performed by Fidel, Robert, and Kysaun. I felt I got my money's worth with the attention they placed on rodent proofing my attic and with care they took around my furniture. At the very end of all their hard work I really liked the outcome. Now a day later, I can definitely feel the difference. Thank you soo much. Other companies I asked quotes from were either too busy or never replied to my calls. It feels good to have a company that picked up my call and continued to keep me informed of the work that was to be performed.

The guys Victor, Carlos, Chris showed up on time and immediately got to work. They sealed off the work area perfectly so that our living space remained shielded and stayed spotless throughout the entire job. I was provided updates along the way and shown photos of each phase. They cleaned and sanitized the attic to near new which was awesome and even sealed all opening from inside as well as on the roof. That was unexpected but much appreciated. With all the debris the house was spotless when they left as if it never happened so no cleanup was needed. We felt the effect of the new installation immediately with the house staying at a constant temperature that we set. First time we didn't need to run the heat since living there which was awesome. Mornings we usually ran the heat to bring it up but this morning the house was still at a comfortable temp. Very happy with the job and definitely recommend Attic Construction to anyone looking for professionalism, good work and effortless cleanup. Great job fellas!

Not only did they come on the last day of the year but they worked diligently until the job was complete into the night! Mike Ortiz was the crew leader and did a great job with covering all the issues that arose and surveying the project. Despite the scope of the work and dirty condition (in the rain!) the house was as clean as they arrived (and way cleaner in the attic!) Highly recommended.

The two young men who came to my home to do inspection and give price bent over backwards to be accommodating. Matt and Dave were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were more than willing to get me the best price. They even were going to bring out a team right then to start the attic cleanup. Dave said he would stay until the job was done.
