Ok, so A few weeks ago we heard weird scratching noises from above our head - the attic space, it freaked us out and we didn't know where to turn. A quick search and we found TX Builder team and we couldn't be happier, Tony and his team did an excellent job removing old debris and insulation to find out all the rat spots which were seals up and sanitize, Tony also deep cleaned our air ducts system to make sure we don't have any more of those rats feces and poop anywhere in our house. My attic is one place in the house I hardly ever see. It's almost a place I want to forget. Recently, thanks to some unwelcomed guests, I had no choice. Needing our attic to be refinished we turned to TX Builder since the place we bought was over 40 years old. Even after the extensive remodel it is and beautiful but they left the attic a mess. Tony met with us, explained the process and fees we decided it was time to clean this up and seal it. Came out the next day prepared to do the job but had to wait a since they were busy, no surprise since they do such a good job. The guys sealed off the hallway, vestibule and front entrance and went to work removing all of the old junk in our attic. No mess at all to the house! Attic was cleaned, sanitized, sealed and they also installed a solar attic fan in addition to the insulation which was a great investment. Not only is it much quieter and cleaner but the house doesn't fluctuate temperature and feels so much more sound in our little abode.
