Patrick and his team are fantastic. He's super thorough, his prices are great and he handles all of the paperwork for the CPS rebate program. He goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns throughout the entire process and they were very respectful of my home. We can already tell a difference since having this done. Patrick and his team were amazing. I had a different company that didn’t deliver what they promised so I found Quality Insulation and Patrick was out the next day to look at what could be done. He seemed to even care more about me than making money. Making sure I was ok with spending extra money to fix someone else’s mistake. I’ve never had that happen with any type of contractor. Him and his team did amazing work and put my mind at ease. He even made me aware of the CPS and federal rebate programs and even filled out my CPS rebate and submitted it for me. After a free attic inspection, Patrick explained in detail how the attic insulation would be done and he delivered the quality of service he assured us we would get. Patrick was very professional and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish and left everything spotless. Patrick filled and submitted the CPS rebate paperwork for us and within a week, we received a letter from CPS notifying us that we had been approved for their rebate! Contacted Quality Insulation for insulation assessment. Patrick immediately came out for a free, thorough inspection in several attic spaces. He was honest in his recommendations and giving me several options. I also appreciated his honesty in my idea of insulating the garage. I received my quote within a few hours and scheduled my job. He contacted me the day before of my appointment and arrived exactly as scheduled. He and his team did an outstanding job. Repaired a small leak they found, was very thorough, was very careful, and left everything spotless. Hard to capture the work in the dark attic, but they placed rulers everywhere to confirm the desired levels. It was very level and consistently sprayed in every corner, leaving a giant cloud of fresh insulation.

I highly recommend Quality Insulation to anyone who is looking to upgrade their current attic insulation. Our home is 12 years old and was insulated at about half of what is currently recommended. Patrick came in last week and totally inspected our current insulation levels, plumbing and ductwork. He gave us a fair bid (we've had this work done in a previous home) and completed the work today. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and came highly recommended to us from a coworker. We are now better prepared for whatever winter and summer San Antonio has in store for us!

Quality Insulation lives up to its name. They insulated my attic and now our CPS bill is half what it was. I'm frugal and when my a/c was running all the time, I thought about insulating my own attic: after pricing batts and watching online videos (which raised a number of questions) I knew I was better off having someone experienced do it. Patrick is the owner of Quality Insulation. I contacted him based on a recommendation I'd seen on NextDoor and I was not disappointed! He is a quality sort of person. He communicated seamlessly, accommodated a wish for early morning service, completed the job and sent pics with depth markers indicating the fill, filled out CPS ppwk and mailed it off . . . and checked to make sure I was happy with his work. I recommend Quality Insulation without reservation. His price, btw, was also upfront and fair.

Called Quality Insulation and immediately received a call back from Patrick. He was able to meet me the same day to assess the needs and has a quote the same day. We were able to schedule installation early the next week as he actually fit us in as he was going out of town. The work was completed as advertised in less than half a day. He repaired a couple of vent items and reviewed the work with me. He was very professional and timely. I would recommend Quality Insulation.
