Murphy's Insulation

Have to give Murphys a 5 star because he's on time, efficient, time managed, and great character..

Blown away by the customer service with this company....they handle everything super quickly, and my 80 year old old house is finally insulated properly and my HVAC isn't working overtime to help us survive 3 digits. If you want a company that has reliable customer service, gets the job done right and efficiently, Murphys is the way to go.

They were great! Arrived on time, polite, professional and did a great job! They blew insulation in my attic, and even provide the forms to get the rebate from CPS. And my house is staying cool finally!

I can honestly say that after reviewing the reviews that Murphy’s did in fact provide EXCELLENT, professional services! We contacted Murphy’s for a estimate on insulation for our home and they were quick to respond!! From actually answering call, returning call as promised, providing an acceptable and reasonable estimate to next day installation!! No nonsense or run around! This company delivers when it comes to customer satisfaction!! The team that provided the insulation services were quick, professional and respectful of property! They even tolerated my dogs! They even provided completed forms to assist us with CPS rebate for blown-in insulation! I highly recommend their services!!

The team was great -- professional, quick and responsive. I just called them the day before and they were able to give me a quote on the phone and come out the next day. They also told me about the CPS rebate program, which I wouldn't have known about otherwise.

Good price, very responsive and actually showed up. Very polite. I liked the people a lot. The single Con. Poor quality work. While they came back out to cover a small area I immediately saw over my kitchen wasn't covered at all. While doing that the guy knocked my vent hood vent loose, causing a major ceiling leak. As I continued some renovation on my house I saw none of the eves were insulated either and they made it look complete by blowing mountains of insulation in the easily visible areas, but nothing on the edges or areas concealed by HVAC hoses. While the price seemed good, the work quality was poor. They may come back to blow more, but i lack the time off work to wait for that and ask them to come back every time I work on a section of the house and see the poor work. If you use them, expect to walk the entire attic afterwards to ensure it is fully completed.

Called Wednesday afternoon and talked to Pat about adding more insulation to our attic. He had a crew show up the next morning and they had it complete before lunch. They are very quick and very professional. I would highly recommend using Murphy's Insulation!

Everything you could ask for in a business. I didn't know too much about attic insulation, I called for an estimate with several companies. Murphy's Insulation was the fastest, most responsive and most affordable. Called Friday afternoon to schedule an estimate, Estimate was taken care of Saturday morning, Called to schedule the work Saturday Afternoon, Insulation was installed Monday Morning. They even had all the paperwork necessary for my CPS Energy Rebate! On top of being super responsive, they we're always early too! After all the companies I've dealt with, I'll go back to Murphy's every time. I will only recommend them after my experience!

I can’t believe I’m the first review. These guys were great and very easy to work with. Gave a quote over the phone, did the install the next morning, did very good work, used quality Owens Corning material, were on time and filled out all the CPS rebate forms. I’d strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking. With the weather here insulation is a pretty sound investment.
