Awesome receiver i reached 5am in morning he was there to unload Quickly gave me door and unloaded

As soon as I arrived they started unloading my papers, a very kind person came to my door and took away some paperwork, I was there for no more than 40 minutes and those who complain that there is no space to park should definitely think about doing something else and stop being truck drivers because there is enough space.

I did a delivery here, They knock at my door at 5:30am, and I was out 6:22am. Overnight parking park at door 25 if available on IDI side

Difficult backing situation to loading dock . Dock workers were very nice but manager(bald man) was very rude.

Great people receiving trucks and the check in process. Pretty quick unload considering it’s a floor load. Overnight parking is allowed, but limited space. If you should arrive the night before, then go ahead back up to door 25 and they will knock on your door when they are ready for you. They start unloading at 0700 FCFS. If you do arrive the evening before and a truck is in the door already, you can park parallel in front of doors 14-19. Just watch to not get blocked in by contractors in pickup trucks with trailers that are getting prepared to load up their supplies. Also can park parallel in front of doors 25-10 of the building across from IDI. Hope this information helps my fellow drivers delivering to IDI Distribution in San Antonio

Why does IDI deserve such glowing reviews? It starts with the two individuals running their South Texas operations - Rod de Leon and Jerry Pena. You thought Carlos Correa and Jose Altuve made the Houston Astros winners, reach out to Rodney or Jerry with a tough scenario. You'll see two individuals dedicated to customer service while delivering in the clutch. For the last nine months, I've personally dealt with Jerry or Rodney on a weekly basis while running our spray foam operations in San Antonio. Most times, my orders go off without a hitch and things are harmonious. However, anyone in the world of construction knows there's always that eclectic builder or homeowner that creates a rabbit hole situation which is inevitably painful for everyone in our pipeline. When these situations have occurred, Jerry and Rodney have been exceptional in their duties, delivering across all facets of my requests. Whether it's a knowledge related issue or just filling a last minute change order, I know they're going to answer their phone when I make that phone call. If everyone in our industry followed through on expectations as well as Rodney and Jerry have since I started working with them, there's no doubt the construction industry would be more tolerable. These guys get it - and as a military veteran that understands AND prefers top-down organization, they're on-point.
