My goodness who knew how important getting your attic clean is. We worry about vermin inside our house, but never in our attic coming through our vents and ducts. I have probably added a few more years to my life. There were dead raccoons, rats, and feces in the attic. Which all carry diseases. I can't say enough good things about Attic Pro TX. They completely revamped my attic and air ducts in just two days. On day one, they removed all the old, nasty insulation, sanitized everything, sealed up any gaps, and put in brand new insulation. It was all done so quickly and efficiently. Plus, they were super professional and even took care of getting the photos I needed for my energy rebate. The very next day, they came back and tackled my air ducts. Attic Pro was phenomenal. Quick to respond, reasonable pricing, and when the techs were on site they were professional and courteous. I hired them to refill the insulation in my attic space and they found some additional issues with my duct work, which was the source of my AC having to work much harder to cool the home. They were upfront about the additional costs to repair it but not pushy about it. They took pictures of everything and got the whole job knocked out in 3 days. Absolutely recommend them.

Sunny was a great guy. He came right away same day I called their office. He had a thorough inspection of our attic. He was very honest and he is not pushy. I was impressed on how he presented all the issues and concerns. He gave us a good price for bundle of service that was needed. His team were hardworking people that were very polite and respectful. We hired Attic Pro to replace all of our insulation and duct work in our attic. We have multiple access points so it was a complex job. There were some negatives that took away that last star for me: When the representative came to see the work for a quote, he did not take great notes. Our estimate had one long-running sentence that covered only part of the work we asked for. When the crew showed up to do the job, they were not aware of the scope and did not come with enough materials. They had to make many runs to get more. The job overall took about 2 full weeks, including an additional half-day after the job was completed because they had forgotten to insulate several areas. The workers piled old insulation and duct work on top of our gardens while working and left some putty material in traces all over the areas they worked. I won't go into detail about their restroom courtesy. More importantly, the positives: their work quality was great and our house is finally holding a steadier temperature. They carefully removed all of our old insulation (after some previously neglectful home owners it was mostly rodent remains), replaced every inch of our duct work and sanitized our attic. The representative that answers the phone at Attic Pro is friendly and gets things done. He was great to work with and helped us with scheduling. We would definitely recommend Attic Pro to anyone looking for similar services.

Great service and fast response time! Had an excellent experience with Andrew and his team. Our attic and crawlspaces were filthy with lots of rat and rodent droppings. They pulled everything out, sanitized the attic, and put in new ductwork. I wish we had done it years ago. I highly recommend Andrew. I feel so much better now about the air my family is breathing.

Attic Insulation removal and reinstall Project. We have a large custom built home with a large high ceilinged attic. Our home was built in the 1980s and Texas heat had deteriorated our existing insulation to the point where the smell of the attic was coming through to the living areas and the insulation itself would disintegrate and fall apart when moved or touched. My wife was constantly complaining about the stale musty smell of our home, particulary after we traveled and the A/C was dormant during our absence. We took four bids to replace our attic insulation. Attic Pro (Sunny is the manager) was not the cheapest but they impressed me from our first interraction. They sent out their estimator who arrived prepared and well equipped with laser measuring devices to evaluate the size and scope of the project. He was also small enough and agile enough to crawl through the wood support beams and get to the far reaches of our attic where no man has trod for decades. No high pressure or elaborate sales techniques, just facts. I asked them for references of people who had done the work with them recently and Sunny gave me four names. I was able to reach 3 and all were satisfactory recommendations. I could not imagine this project going off without a hitch, I had some difficulty sleeping with visions of worker falling through our ceiling. The crew of three arrived on time and removed all of the existing insulation, vacuumed up and cleaned the entire attic to spotless perfection, sealed up all holes where attic air might have vented into the home, Fogged the entire area to sanitize the entire space, then meticulously installed Batting (the external walls of the attic were on one side 14 feet tall with a 30 degree inclined floor) the batting required insulating insulation in sheets on these vertical walls. My previous insulation did a very poor job there and the existing was not fully covering the vertical walls. Those walls faced west and were directly exposed to afternoon sun - incredibly HOT against the outside of that wall. They fixed that problem with full coverage top to bottom and side to side and somehow these relatively small workers managed to get it up to the entire 14ft. height and cover FULLY the area necessary. Next step was to install blown in fiberglass insulation on the floor of the attic. They installed easily readable rulers showing the depth throughout the attic and insured the depth complied with required insulation guidelines. When all of this was completed (a full day with a crew of 3) their clean up was perfect both in the attic and in my Garage (the entry point via a pull down ladder). When it was finished, Sunny told me about a rebate I could get from my power company (CPS electric in san Antonio). I had no idea I could get some of the cost back via this program. That was fantastic as it saved me even more money and none of the other bidders mentioned it to me up front. Last but not least, he gave me a military discount. Thank you Sunny and Attic Pro for a fantastic job both in workmanship and in professionalism. Well worth the money

Sonny and his team at Atticpro TX were awesome! I've had this stench's coming from my attic since I bought this older home in the southside of San Antonio. I new the old insulation had probably years of rat dropping and roach droppings. Due to previous owner neglecting the roof gaps around the house. Sonny very professional he came and gave me a very Reasonable estimate for vacuuming old insulation out,sanitizing the entire attic, sealing all my air gaps and blow in new insulation. his team came on time worked on my house for about 7 hrs. I also had them install a solar powered attic fan and the roofer took about an hour and it was done. they were very neat and professional. My house smells like a new house and the temperature inside my home feels very very comfortable. I recommend them to anyone with these problems I've had. It is a great investment. Called for a free estimate and set an appointment. The representative showed up about 12:25pm. Our window was from 9:00 - 12:00. Then he sat in the car on the phone for about 10-15 more minutes. I was already a little bit irritated and anxious by this point because I took a morning off of work, and needed to be back at work by 1:00. Asked for a quote for two sections of our attic to be provided in separate quotes for us to consider. Received only one quote for the entire space. Emailed and asked for it to be separated, into two as originally requested but still have not heard back from the company. EDIT: Per owner response. It was you. If you like, I can post screen shots of the email even the estimate. Please don't try to beg this off as if the customer made an error. What's more disturbing is when I called to set up the appointment, I asked for two separate quotes. I also asked Sammy when he arrived to do the quote for two separate quotes. At any one of those steps you could have explained to me that you don't do two separate quotes, rather than suggest I don't understand a policy you never brought up to me. It's unbecoming and can only serve to make you look worse. What would be more appropriate response is to own up to your mistakes and try to be better for next the next potential customer.

Very professional and knowledge technicians

I hired Attic Pro to remove old attic insulation and install new R-38 insulation in its place. Overall, it was nice working with Sunny who was responsive and willing to adjust his quote as needed. The crew who did the work was amazing. They did a very thorough removal which was a pain since I have a low attic. They removed everything, cleaned thoroughly, and sealed up all the cracks. I would recommend Attic Pro if you are looking for attic insulation. One minor complaint is that I was originally quoted for R-30 insulation and was not told about the CPS rebate that comes with R-38. I only found out about the rebate from another insulation company. I would suggest Attic Pro mention this to clients so they could get hundreds of dollars back in rebate.

I was having some issues with the heat on the top floor of my home. Attic pro tech ..cant remember his name ..was such a great honest guy..it was a free inspection! The guy drove 45min to get to my home ..waited 10min for me to pick up my son from school and kindly inspected my attic . I thought he was gonna sell me on the insulation and tell me a needed thousands of dollars worthof insulation , however he ended up telling me nothing was wrong with my attic's insulation and it could be an A/C issue...other companies would easily make something up just get your buisness..this guy didnt! came out , gave honest feedback and was on his way . Really appreciate this company and how it went out of it's way , asking nothing in return . Will definitely refer them to anyone and if I ever insulation..I'm definitely using these guys based off their honesty alone.
