Pinnacle is a great company. Had problems with rodents in my home. They closed the points of entry to my home. They set out bait stations and I haven't had rodents inside of my home since then Twice a year Pinnacle returns to refill the bait stations. They give me 24 hour advance notice to let me know when they will access the backyard. It has worked nicely and I am very thankful for the service they provide.

From inspection to treatment to follow-up, Pinnacle was great to work with! On-time and very professional. Discovering termites in our home was disturbing, but Pinnacle made the best of a bad situation.

What a refreshing experience as a realtor needing structural pest reports. It seems like some of the more seasoned players in this industry make it very hard on us to get a relatively uncomplicated process having Section 1 items resolved.

I’m not sure what happened with this company. The first time we used them to fix our foundation they were great. This second time, they were horrible!! They do not arrive on time and do not communicate about not arriving on time. They raised our foundation too high and now there is a bump in our flooring. The worst part, they ruined our entire yard by spilling concrete EVERYWHERE. We have had to ask them several times to come clean it, every time they come it’s not even close to being clean. The workers are rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company!!!!! They also lied to us about 0% financing. The financing is actually 18%. Do not trust them

A friend brought over her dog that was flea infested. My house and dog were covered with fleas. Pinnacle was able to send a technician soon and I had the dog treated the same day. Pinnacle did a great job. I have seen no sign of fleas since they treated the house.

Fantastic service. Came out to do the estimate and removed some rodents while here on site! They are so kind and responsive.

They followed through and a year later we have not experienced any more rodent issues under our house. They were always professional and courteous. It seemed expensive but we got what we paid for. We would consider them again in the future.

Everyone was very pleasant and did an excellant job. My only complaint was that I had a small terra cota figurine that must have gotten broken. It had sentimental vvalue only but I would have liked to have been told about it so I could have tried to fix it. It had been a very long day though so I imagine everyone was anxious to get home. I will certainly use Pinnacle again if I have a need.

Our realtor recommended Pinnacle, and we have used their services twice since purchase. The office staff has been responsive, and the inspector (Chad each time) has coordinated well with the service teams (this time, Brandon and Antonio) to get the work done quickly. We'll certainly call them again.

Our home had subterranean termites which the inspector diagnosed immediately. Quickly got an appointment for treatment plus repair on our patio awning which had carpenter bees. It’s expensive but worth it as the pests were eating away the wooden structure of our home. Glad they were able to come out so quickly which was why we chose them.

Pinnacle was timely, responsive, and effective! Customer service is top notch and we immediately saw results and feel much more comfortable in our home

Got service from them some time ago and this young guy who came out was incredibly rude and pushy. When I asked questions about whether the substances were toxic for small dogs, and if so what to do - he was unresponsive. Complained and asked further questions to the higher ups. The owner eventually was weird and got upset that I was complaining and stopped my other service with them. I suspect the guy was SOMEONE’s cousin or something - because this was an outsized response. Hope the business crashes.

Chad was extremely efficient and personable! He even made some reassuring statements about my specific pesticide subterranean holes surrounding my house to eradicate infiltrators! I really had a memorable experience and will highly recommend and welcome him back as a professional. Keep up the excellent leadership and work!

Pinnacle was able to come to my home and start my service the day after I called them. I have used their services several times in the past and have always been happy with the service.

In my search recently I called several pest control services, and I found that Pinnacle Pest Control was the most responsive and most receptive in the conversation. The points of contact from appointment setting, to the estimate and the to the actual service was very comfortable and pleasant. We ended up taking the an annual service agreement and feel good about it.

Pinnacle has been my pest control go to for a few years. We live by a creek and close to orchards and wineries. They have been faithful about showing up and spraying for bugs, and getting rid of rodents by sealing up my air vents. I am very happy with their service, openness about what chemicals they us and the man who does the work.

The technician was fantastic! He diligently cleaned the front porch and de-webbed under all eaves. He also treated and removed two large wasp nests. He was courteous and approachable at all times. We would definitely recommend Pinnacle to others.

Updated: Pinnacle came out and fixed the first house. We chose not to proceed with the second house. The inspector promised to do work at two houses. At house one, came out after charging the deposit, and work was not complete. They did not have a foreman present to walk the property to see that work was done properly. Paint is on the brick, wood was not replaced, and in some places, they left raw wood on the house. They came back a second time and it still was not done properly. They promised to do exclusion work on the second house, but never showed. Rodents are still present in the attic, and I am having to pay another vendor to do the exclusion work again. The manager, Arnold called me to make it right but belittled me and mansplained the issue instead. Said I handled it wrong as the consumer.

Pinnacle did a great job cleaning a ton of gross cobwebs off of the front entry way and sprayed around the property. It was really easy to book an appointment & pay. I highly recommend.

I do not recommend this company, if I could give zero stars I would! Although the inspector’s supervisor was very nice and apologetic, it just was not enough to get the nasty taste left in my mouth about the experience I had with this company and their inspector Chad! There’s too many other pest inspection companies out there to waste your time on this one!

Dang waterbugs had found a happy place inside and started spreading like crazy. Called and got quotes from a number of places before choosing Pinnacle. Their rate was the most reasonable, even locked in to 4 visits a year for one year. They will come out more than that, if requested, at no charge. That was super helpful for getting those waterbugs under control. Mike now comes quarterly, and we’ve been very satisfied with the service and care. Fast, efficient, and thorough. He has always listened to me, discussed new critters I’ve found, and been great about sharing information. Highly recommend. Update 2024: Not any help with rodent control. Have moved to a different pest company.

This pest inspection had some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved from a buisness. I was absolutely blown away at how poor they treat their customers. It has been a nightmare getting my inspection report from them. You will be making a huge mistake if you employ this buisness. Do not use Pinnacle Pest Control.

I called Pinnacle because I had a problem with rats in the attic. Would you all believe i have a current pest control & the regular tech didn't do its job or was just too damn lazy nor did he make any suggestions. Hence, I had to seek another pest control company to deal with the situation. Anyways, Pinnacle came did a consultation & quoted a fair price to get rid of the rats. The treatment required several visits & i know it takes time to see results. All the technician that came to my property were courteous and friendly. Respectful of my property. We recently had a subterranean termite swarm in our garage and called a few places to get it checked and treated. The first place wanted to charge us a fee for an inspection/bid, the barely did an inspection of our property and stopped at inspecting our garage. After which they wanted to quote us a high price, so we decided to call Pinnacle and they were able to get an inspector out within a few days to do a thorough inspection of our property from the garage all the way to the rooftop. The inspector Mark explained everything to us in details and their approach to resolve it with a few plan options. Their pricing was way more reasonable compared the other place. Mark was able to get us an appointment within a week and the technicians completed the job in a few hours. They walked ups through what they did and some preventative measures to keep them from coming back. Will definitely recommend Pinnacle to our friends and family. Appreciate the attention to detail and care everyone took to resolve our issue. We can finally sleep at night knowing the termites are taken care of.

While other companies just came in and didn't inspect anything then quoted thousands of dollars, Pinnacle Pest Control tech Rob did an awesome inspection and gave a reasonable quote for my pest problem. My husband and I have been using Pinnacle Pest Control for many years. They are very responsive to questions and the technician always calls the evening before he comes. He arrives promptly and completes his work efficiently. I switched companies after another technician (different company) showed up and left within about 3 minutes. I don't think he knew I was home and he did not provide any services. After several years with that company, I called them to cancel and they didn't ask why. I'm happy I switched because I know that would never happen with Pinnacle.

I had an amazing experience with Pinnacle Pest Control When a pile of frass appeared on my wooden floors, I thought I might have a hardwood termite infestation…(But I live in a brick house so I also thought it was strange that it would have termites.) The Pinnacle Pest Control team responded promptly, thoroughly inspecting my home and explaining the best treatment options. Super friendly and helpful from initial call to service. Provided good previsit instructions and post-application guidance. Accommodating to schedule change and respectful of my time while at my home. Tech Nick was informative and understanding and helped to make the whole visit less stressful.

The guys you sent out treated me with respect and LISTENED to what I was saying. I can't tell you how much that is appreciated and welcomed, that doesn't always happen with us old ladies.. They did a great job (I think...time will tell) but looked as if the bases were covered. Haven't see any swift little grey shapes since, and no in-wall noises.

I called the day I found a few mouse droppings and they had someone out to our house in a few days. They were very thorough in identifying all the areas the mice could get in and created a great plan for preventing more mice from coming in the house. I haven’t seen any signs of mice since they were here and would recommend them to anyone for their speed, professionalism, and excellent service!

The job completed was barely OK. I feel like I was played by the salesman. He came in talking about replacing this, and replacing that and doing all of this work to fix some serious issues on our newly purchased, well loved home. Even at this last walk through he gave a song and dance about how he wanted to do ALL of items within my budget because he wanted to help. Zero amendments were ever made to the cost of items. He made me feel like he was going to bat for me to get some severely needed work done within my budget. I should have read the contract closer. Given the choice to repair or replace, they chose the easier repair method for items that really should have been replaced. Thick layers of BONDO over severely water damaged wood that I could have done easily myself and saved an extra $2000 for the $4000 invoice. We chose to have the work done BEACUSE we thought the damaged wood was being replaced, not pasted over. When I questioned him about the work via facetime he tried to tell me the wood was replaced (because he NEVER came to inspect the completed work). I had to zoom in to show it was paint lines, not wood seams. All said and done, I would not choose them again.

They did an outstanding job of cleaning out 10+ years of rats from my attic and basement. Returning every month or so to make sure all was still golden too. I hope to never need their service again, but knowing my house I'll be a returning customer for sure!

I was able to get a hold of someone directly, my appointment was made swiftly and accommodated my schedule. The technician arrived on time, he did a thorough inspection and was able to give me a quote immediately. They're pricing was extremely reasonable and the work was done the next day. The holes that were made for the termite treatment are barely noticeable. I would definitely recommend.

We have been using Pinnacle Pest Control for nearly 5 years, and we wouldn’t want to use any other pest control service! Their communication and professionalism is top notch and their prices are extremely fair. If there are any issues or unexpected pests that pop up in between scheduled services, they will send someone out to take care of it right away at no extra cost. It’s basically treated as part of your regular service. I highly recommend this business!

Chad was the inspector. Very pleasant and professional. Assisted to expedite the termite treatment and replacement of dry rot in order to meet the expected date for listing my house. Very fair pricing. Great experience all around!

I believe I also was scammed by the owner Jim Lopez aka Jaime Lopez also owner Pinnacle Home Services and Pinnacle pest service, Foundation Fixed. I want to thank him for bringing to light how unethical contractors can be. He falsified findings from his inspection in order to sell me a service I did not need. Misrepresented the result claims from said services. Damaged my home, created thousands of dollars in lost income, breached his contract, then after all that placed a lien on my home. Unfortunately I was not made aware of his contractors license until after the fact so I was unable to properly conduct due diligence on him beforehand. Turns out he has been involved in two lawsuits, both involving fraud/misrepresentation (Case No. 2010-81, Case No. 2017-38) and 12 violations with the California State Licensing Board which I am sure that number will soon more than double since I’ve contacted them.
It’s unfortunate that people conduct business in this manner, but homeowners need to protect themselves against these types of business practices.

Consistently excellent work. I have used Pinnacle on three different properties to exclude pests from attic spaces. They are thorough to the point of being obsessive. They stand behind their work without question. Always excellent customer service. They exceed all my expectations. I would call no other company.

Pinnacle Pest Control is awesome! I initially submitted an estimate inquiry online and received a call back the next business day. The gentleman I spoke with explained the service and cost in great detail, and scheduled a technician to come out only a few days later. Christian was my technician and he was fantastic! I wasn't home at the time but he gave me a call and was able to answer all my questions and concerns regarding the pest issues I was having. The speed, service, and professionalism of everyone involved is impressive and I look forward to continuing our pest services with Pinnacle.

I would highly recommend a wonderful company Pinnacle Pest Control they are reasonably priced. Very professional all the way around. They give me a written report for each service which is outstanding. The staff are helpful and when I said that I wanted to increase my service. I wanted to increase it to once a month instead of once every two months which would've doubled the price but I' had seen one big spider that scared the kid and me. I really overreacted. I was grateful for their kindness and honesty from the office staff. The office staff said I just did not need every month that it would be a total waste of my money because the guarantee of the service says they'll come out in between times if I need it so I'd literally be paying for something I'm already getting. It would've been easy for them to say OK to me "the customers always right", but I wasn't right. I'm grateful that they made a suggetion to me that was good for their customer. It shows their integrity. They are the only pest control company that I've ever seen that takes the cobwebs off my eaves and off the outside of my house . I was astounded the first time they did it and every time they do it . I know you're not supposed to give brownie points to anyone that does the right thing, but nowadays it's so rare to find a company that has a high moral standard and all their employees keep those company standards and treat you with courtesy and respect. All of their staff has been nothing but helpful, respectful professional and congenial they have great customer service. They haven't steered me wrong yet. I've used them happily since 2021. I've called them out off schedule. They were eager to solve my issue. I was property manager for a long time taking care of multiple properties. I've tried several of the local companies that really give a mediocre service and that's why I was so blown away by the extra bits that this company does and the amount of time they took on my home. I contacted this company because I had openings around my home in which critters have access underneath my house. A representative came out, did a thorough inspection all around my house. I then had two techs come out, one which sealed all the openings, the second tech was here to do my service. This was the first time that I had used Pinnacle and I am highly impressed. The techs were amazing, both very knowledgeable and professional, very friendly. I highly recommend this company. .

We have had Pinnacle rat service our home for a few years now. Initially for the package that sealed off our holes in our home from rats and then maintenance with rat traps in the yard. Brandon has been servicing our yard for a couple years and he is the best. Always calls the night before to let us know he is coming, very helpful when he is arrives. I had the 5 step program for pests. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The problem with my situation was they couldn’t assign one tech to the job so 4 different techs came to my home. Most wore booties on their shoes which was nice. Some seemed rushed when they were here. Would give higher review but they damaged my attic entrance and left it messy. I would’ve liked to see more care and respect towards my home when I am paying hundreds of dollars for professionals to come do the job. Makes me wonder how detailed they were. I would’ve been more happy if I dealt with one technician but having multiple different people come out I can see how the techs could get careless. I understand it’s because of my location but still, I hoped for better. Fixed one problem, but left me with a new one. Update they came and painted over the damage and replaced the attic entrance.

We hired Pinnacle to conduct the pest inspection on our home while we were in escrow. They worked with our busy work schedules, and we’re on time and very thorough. They were also really easy to work with and gave us a great explanation for every item. Would highly recommend!

I've met two technicians who were respectful, efficient, helpful, and on time. Thanks Andre and Matthew! Ross Ozaki, the expert who came to do an inspection, has been the best! He is knowledgeable about all kinds of pests and the best treatments. He is conscientious about the safety of his clients and all the neighbors. He didn't charge anything to do the initial inspection or to come back when I needed his opinion. He did not pressure me to purchase any services, and he remains very responsive whenever I contact him. When I did engage Pinnacle to do some insect/bug control and rodent trapping, they offered me a price that was lower than another competitor without me even mentioning the other offer. And I have seen good results. I plan to continue with Pinnacle for any future pest control needs.

I have been with Pinnacle for several years. I am moving out of town, or I would be a lifelong customer. Any time I had an issue, our technician Andre came out and helped. He made us feel at ease and addressed our issues accordingly. Even if I needed services ASAP, he always made time to come next day if needed. Their window time of coming was always accurate, and always got a call prior to arrival just to confirm someone was home. And the price was excellent! I have a rather large house, with lots of foundations, and lots of column footings. I had a termite infestation. I contracted the company, and received a reply directly from the company president Jim. He came out and checked my home, told me exactly what needed to be done, when his company could perform the work, exactly how much it would be, and that the superior product that they use would last about 10 years. I even asked if they could come out once a year to "re-apply" the product...just to make sure....to my Happy Surprise, he said that was not necessary. The product is the best in the industry, and lasts many years. He came out to my home on the day of the application, to personally review with his work team: what exactly I wanted, and exactly what to do and how to do it. The team was hard working, and proficient. They really went above & beyond the call of duty. I was very satisfied with the work, the team, the superior product they used ( I thoroughly investigated it...it really is the best ), and especially Jim. Before, during and after the project he was always on top of everything. Terrific follow through too...very prompt....very knowledgeable. I would recommend his company to anyone.
