I needed to renew my insurance policy in a short period of time and Michael make it possible by coordinating the proyect and help us prioritize the job and more importantly; his assistant on looking for financing was extremely key starting point. My house looks awesome after the job was finished by placing a new gutters; relave rot bims and placing Mohave color shingles . The looks of the house was astonishing and fresh !

Michael Porter has provided us with excellent service, initially in February when he inspected our roof and determined that errors in the solar installation were the cause of the multiple leaks. He came back to our house several times and always was personable, professional, reliable and very well informed. The solar company finally agreed to pay for the repairs to the roof. NorCal Roofing completed the repairs on June 24th.

We chose NorCal Roofing. We shopped and compared estimates for our roof as well as reviews by the BBB ratings. The price for the 50 year composite shingle came in just above average but they offered more for roof ventilation, flashings, sealing/water gaurds. The project manager Michael Porter was very friendly and informative with the different products and different options. He also gave a step by step discription of the process and timeline. We had our whole roof stripped, re-reoofed, and replaced gutters and downspouts. We also had our patio resealed and covered. They started within 2 weeks once we decided to go with NorCal Roofing.They knocked it out in 3 days from start to finish. The roofers were very friendly, respectful, and efficient. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing as they did a very professional job. We changed from white grey to Burnt Sienna.

Update- Changed to 3 stars for attempting to resolve issue after posting review. On Wednesday, September 18th, I called for a roof inspection for my parents' house, as we needed a complete roof replacement and planned to pay in cash. They scheduled an appointment for Friday, September 20th at 3 PM, assuring me that I was in their system and would receive a confirmation text. However, I never received the text. Friday came, and I waited at my parents' house, but no one showed up or called. The following Monday, September 23rd, I received a text stating they would come on Tuesday, September 24th. Although this was not ideal, we still needed an estimate, so my parents and siblings were present when they arrived. They spoke with my brother and promised to send me the estimate since they had my contact information. It's now been almost a week, and I still haven't received anything. As a Realtor who frequently works with roofing companies, I expect businesses to uphold their commitments and maintain professionalism, especially when we're prepared to spend over $20,000 on a new roof. I wanted to give this company a chance, but their lack of communication and urgency has been disappointing. I will likely not recommend them to my clients.

Mike Peterson was my Project Manager for the entire time my two roofs were being replaced. He was always available by call or text, responding quickly. The price that we agreed on was competitive with others I'd gotten quotes from, quality materials @and@ new gutters included. The detached garage roof required eaves and truss support work - lots of wood replaced. I was left speechless and amazed. I can't say enough good things about Norcal Roofing, Mike and support workers and staff. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to all whenever I'm asked about roof companies. Thank You Norcal.

Don't trust this company if your life depended on it. Called them last week and they took my name, phone number, my rental property address and email, stating Mike will contact me by the end of the day to set up an appointment to have my roof looked at and repaired. It's been over 5 days now and I have not heard from anyone, not even a courtesy call to show that they even remembered or apologize for the delay for whatever reason. If they say they will call you back or show up, do yourself a favor and consider it a lie and keep looking for a different roofing company or you'll be stuck with a leaking roof like me because NorCal Roofing doesn't want your business or they cant run a business properly to make a 60 second phone call back to a potential customer.

I have been extremely satisfied with the services of NorCal Roofing for roof replacement of my house. My roof had a major damage during the storm of January 2023, and both the exterior and interior roof and ceiling was damaged. NorCal Roofing not only helped with the replacement of exterior roof, but also coordinated with other contractors to fix the interior roof structure, chimney and ceiling repairs. NorCal Roofing oversaw all replacement and repair and completed the work with excellent care and hassle free service. A big thank you to the NorCal Roofing management and staff for excellent service.

I had a very dilapidated flat garage roof that needed a lot of dry rot repair. The wood needed for the repair was 2x8 tongue and groove Douglas fir with a bevel on the edges no less. Nor Cal roofing knew the one lumber yard that carried the wood and when the lumber yard ran out, Nor Cal had some custom milled to complete the job. It was crucial that the wood matched because it could be seen on the ceiling of the studio which annexed the garage space. I am very happy with the job they did on the repair and with the actual roofing job. They installed a layer of ISO board insulation under the roof material and it has kept the garage and studio nice and comfortable. The workers were all respectful and quiet while they were here and cleaned up afterward nicely.

NorCal Roofing recently completed our roof replacement and we are very pleased with their work. Our project manager, Mike, ran the job efficiently with 3 crews; tear-off, dry rot repair/new roof install and gutters & downspouts. Due to a leak which occurred during the heavy rains, we knew we would need some dry rot repairs and were concerned about the extent and cost. Several areas did require attention for which we felt the cost was quite reasonable. All the workers on site were respectful, hard-working and left the site cleaned up at the end of each day. We were told at completion if we had any issues going forward to give them a call, adding “We stand by our work.” What more could we ask for? Thanks NorCal

We had a roof leak during the rain storm. They came out and fix the leak right the way. I would highly recommend them.

Called for estimate. Mike was out within 3 days. They were able to start quickly. Very prompt and professional. The day after completion it rained we noticed a couple small leaks in the gutter corners. I texted Mike about it and he had guys over to fix it within the hour. Very professional. Excellent work. We love the new look it gave our house and so do all the neighbors. We highly recommend NorCal Roofing.

I tried to get an estimate from this company. First they set up an estimate for the roof,never showed up. I called they said they were double booked that time slot and so sorry. The receptionist said let me talk to one of our estimate guys and I'll call you back or send and email with a new day and time. I'm totally cool about it. This was a week ago. Still no call no text. It's too bad I was trying to use a local company.

My home was in dire need of a roof inspection because I was pretty sure it wasnt going to last much longer. I made the call, got an inspection, and estimate, and did the work. It’s been a year and I have no complaints about any of the work or the quality of materials! Best call I’ve ever had to make.
