We love their service! Been using them for years and Renwick is always helpful. They have helped with our rats in the backyard and mice in the garage! And NO fleas is amazing! Our dogs are safe all year long!

We just moved from the southern part of Sacramento where we we received services from Empyrean Pest Management and because they did such a terrific job over the past several years we requested Empyrean's service at our new home in another part of Sacramento in a brand new development. They also did such a great job that the home inspector we hired on our old home said there were no pest issues found around the home. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Patrick has been constantly performing pest control in our home since we bought this house back in 2017. He performs his tasks on time and ensures that pets are kept safe before beginning his job. We're completely satisfied with job specifics.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. I was at my wits end trying to control pests on my own and failed. This company gave me back my peace of mind. We were living for years relatively comfortably in our home until new construction started and the weather turned crazy from one extreme (heat - fires) to the next (rain - rain - rain). What seemed like a small water bug problem in my garage that came out of nowhere eventually got out of hand and they started coming inside. I tried to treat the problem on my own, but it wasn't enough. My homeowners association contracts with a pest management company. I reached out to them. They guy came once and promised a follow up, but would never show. In the midst of all of this I got mice. I was overwhelmed. That was enough for me. I did a search online and found some really wonderful reviews on Empyrean. A few of my neighbors use them and are really pleased with their service. They have the best rates and they got out to me quickly. The owner is very professional. He sprayed, sealed openings we were suspicious may have been entry points and laid traps in my garage. It's been 4 months now and I couldn't be happier. No more pests and I have peace of mind. Thank you Ren!

I love it when I can support small businesses, especially honest ones like Empyrean Pest Management. I had three wasp nests on my roof patio and sought Empyrean's help. Ren, the owner, came by to take care of the issue and after doing so, he told us that the nests were much smaller than he thought and charged me less than originally quoted for the service. REN was nothing but honest and forthcoming and that is rare to find these days.

Empyrean has been servicing my commercial office/warehouse space for about a year now. I first noticed that we may have the beginning of a cockroach infestation and it was eradicated very quickly. I found Empyrean Pest Management through an online Black business directory after purchasing my house in 2021. Though we were previous renting the same property that we now own, the property had never had any pest control prior to 2021. After carefully inspecting the property, we set up bimonthly appointments for the property. We have seen a huge reduction in all pests from ants to pincher bugs to spiders. The service has been great for us and I highly recommend Empyrean to anyone looking for quality and professional pest control.

I honestly did an inquiry monday and they came out the very next day on time! He was so punctual, kind and so through! He found wasp nests (three of them) that I didn’t even know I had! Not only that he was nice enough to get all the spider webs cleared out and also went around my hammock without even asking so that we can be comfortable sitting out there. Beyond 5 star service! I am SOOOOOOO happy that I decided to go with this company.. he was able to make it out the next morning ( keep in mind I messaged this company at 1 AM ) and they were able to get me scheduled the next morning.. EVEN though it was his day off.. he came and he had the information and charts displayed on his tablet, easy to understand diagrams and explanations on how they conduct their services ( I thought that was a plus ) and he literally had an answer for EVERY concern that I had.. and was able to resolve my issue.. I decided to go for a month to month service which was such a great value... way better then what I would of ever expected to pay.. I 120 % recommend this company... and can tell you that I have way less anxiety now knowing I won’t have to deal with any unwanted guests.

Fantastic experience with Empyrean Pest Management! Received a call back soon after leaving a voicemail and got scheduled with the initial visit that same week. On the day of service, I was sent a 30min heads-up text letting me know the technician was on route. Patrick did an amazing job assessing the property, explaining the process, visit schedule, and costs; all while my dog was barking up a storm in the next room. (Thanks for your patience and understanding- doggo really is sweet, just leery of strangers) Locally-owned, pricing is reasonable, communication was thorough, products are eco and pet friendly. Highly recommend.

We have been customers with Empyrean Pest Management for over a year now. Initially our home had major issues with spiders, ants and other pest because our home was vacant for years before purchasing. We immediately seen improvement after the first service and have hardly seen anything since our second. We have signed up for Bi-Monthly services and it is working fantastically. Worth it just for the cobweb service! They don’t spray and leave like the other guys. They inspect everything while removing spider webs and hornet’s nests around the house, garage and property. Definitely recommend!
