We had severe rat activity in our business office and had to hire Earthwise after our first pest control company could not follow through with showing up as scheduled. Their customer service is top of the line, as well as their communication and availability. We were extremely pleased how their office went above and beyond as a standard practice. Their prices are not cheap but the services and quality that are included are well worth it. Highly recommend to try these guys first!

Absolutely wonderful people, everyone from the person doing quotes to every single person we talked on the phone with, the technicians actually doing the treatment (sadly I can't remember names besides Caitlyn who helped us end our contract) we have received nothing but kindness and great service. It did take a few treatments before the results started to really show, but they are also completely willing to come out in between scheduled days to do extra work and eventually we were perfect. Earthwise has a great office staff who can assist. Then the technicians are always knowledgeable and efficient at handling whatever issues we may have going on around the house. There are areas we don’t want treated and they are always careful with those as well.

Very friendly man. However, it was muddy outside and he did not have shoe coverings. I don't wear shoes in the house, especially when it is sloppy outside. For $150 I thought the first visit would include a cursory inspection of my attic and where the rodents might be coming in. That is a separate visit and an estimate is provided afterwards. He baited six traps and left.

Was able to get an appointment the same week I called to deal with ants in my home that my previous pest control company had failed to deal with. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He spread some granular bait around the back yard and we're seeing a reduction in activity. Here's hoping it sticks, but if not I feel confident (even in the short time I've worked with them) that Earthwise will work to figure out a long term solution.

We had a horrible ant infestation, cockroaches in our garage and spiders everywhere in our new rental. Earthwise was very prompt and got us on the books asap. Used safe products since we have pets and kids.

John came over, explained a little bit of what he is going to do. He went around the house, sprayed mint oil around the house, set traps in the attic and crawl space. He also set pet friendly traps. A new person came for the quarterly inspection. He was friendly and thorough. He went around the yard, sprayed mint oil in the yard and garage. Checked the traps. He did a good job

Took care of my rat issue but needed a detailed receipt for exclusion work. I've never received it. Bought the package for a year with spraying included. Requested spraying for ants and told I would have to wait until the end of August when my quarterly spraying was due. Had to take care of three large ant hills on my own.

I thought I had bedbugs because of the bites I as finding on my extremities in the morning ha for several weeks. After searching and doing all the cleaning that was recommended myself, Earthwise Pest Management was recommended. Now I know with certainty that I do not have them because Chris came to my house, promptly at the appointed time, and inspected five mattresses, box boards and other surroundings, two attic spaces, all my couches and the back yard!! He was not able to find one sign of bedbugs and had to conclude the bites were probable flea bites from the skunks and squirrels that frequent the back yard. Chris was, like I have mentioned, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. At all points of contact, Earthwise Pest Management has been professional, from the initial call to the inspection to the follow up. I can honestly say that my expectations were met on every level. I would highly recommend this company if you have a problem that doesn’t appear to have a straight forward solution. They will take the time necessary to troubleshoot beneath the surface of your issue.

This company is very easy to work with. My house had black widows everywhere. That was 2 years ago. Now - I never see any sign of them.

I am so impressed with these folks. I called with an urgent request on Friday, they showed up on time Monday. Was professional and gave some advise on whether to spray inside or outside only. I agreed with outside only given they would come back if I saw any bugs after the spray. They sprayed several different types of chemicals. I really was concerned that the sprayed water directly after... I smelled nothing! Next day I woke up to dead bugs everywhere!!! So gross! I had a LOT more than I thought! They seemed to come out into the pathways outside to die. I guess they were making sure I knew that they were dead... It was a bit apocalyptic. Since the grave yard I have not seen a live bug at all!! Thank you EarthWise I can now sleep well!

Earth wise came out after we had caught 6 rats over 5 months. We had our furnace and dishwasher chewed and we were over the unwelcome guests. We thought we sealed up everything, but when they came out, they noticed aspects of our roof that were chewed through for the rats to come through. They helped setup more traps, sprayed, and will come back out to give more advice on how to seal everything up. Would recommend them.

Chris was a very personable, efficient and professional representative of Earthwise! I'm so impressed with this company so far. I got practical advice on on trouble areas and a solid recommendation for a treatment plan. And the dogs liked him too! Highly recommend.

Christ was out today for the inspection. He is very nice and very professional. So is the young lady in their office who schedules appointments. They'll begin the work of setting the traps tomorrow, will close up the places the rats enter and, for an extra fee, clean up the rodent debris. The firm is committed to the humane treatment of animals - even rats deserve to die a humane death...no poisons or sticky traps which cause horrible deaths. I wasn't able to rate the quality of their work because it hasn't begun yet; however, three of my friends have used their services and they are very, very pleased. I've no reason to believe I won't be very pleased. As for "good value," I didn't price any other exterminators so I don't know how their rates compare. HOWEVER...given their humane approach, I would be willing to pay more for that.

We used Earthwise to eradicate a yellow jacket nest buried within a planter, inaccessible to the spray we tried. I’d called two other companies regarding the nest and they all wanted to set us up on a continuing monthly plan to eradicate any insect, good or bad. Earthwise was the only company that would take care of our specific yellow jacket problem. The exterminator arrived within the timeframe they promised and took care of the nest. Would definitely use them again.

Not only did they resolve our pest problems but the inspector also found an issue with our HVAC system that would have lead to an extremely expensive fix if left unchecked. They provided better value and service quality than major namebrand counterparts that had previously tried to deal with our pest issue. I called Earthwise a few years ago when a roof rat moved into my attic. I'd never had a problem before, so I was eager to prevent a future visit. The tech was obviously a pro, found and sealed up the entry, caught and disposed of the rat, and it's been smooth sailing since. I signed up for the quarterly service. Very reasonably priced. The visit is scheduled ahead of time, the techs are always very polite, friendly and professional. They do a thorough inspection, I don't have to be home when they come, always get a written report in my email same or next day. There is no foul smell or residue, and it's safe for dogs, cats, squirrels. Best news is, my interiors are bug free. Very satisfied with their service, customer support, billing, and follow up procedures.

When we first received our inspection we were very happy with the inspector. He was very professional and explained everything to us in a manor that we understood. Once we received the quote for the work needed we contacted them to tell them we would like them to do the job. It has been 5 working days and we have yet to hear from anyone. We are very disappointed with the non response to our needs. In addition, they have the wrong name on our account and I contacted them twice to have it corrected. It is still wrong!

I had the most amazing tech spray my home for the 1st time, she was an absolute pleasure, so glad I choose Earthwise, I would highly recommend them.

All employees were very professional. Service was done as expected. Information prior to fumigation was adequate. However, it would have been nice to have an update on when the crew would be at the house to remove the tenting (they were extremely late). And, a few things were damaged - sprinkler and window screens - during the tenting and fumigation.

We continue to come back using Earthwise Pest management because of the quality job they perform. Austin was our most recent expert and he spent time with us explaining the process and had great customer service. Will definitely use again!

I first contracted with Earthwise on the recommendation of a friend. I was looking for an environmentally friendly and pet friendly pest control service primarily for fleas. At each visit we discuss concerns, they make recommendations, and then treat the property. They're very accommodating to urgent requests. We had a sudden rat problem and they were out almost immediately. Our animals have no issues with the product used and we've been flea-free for several months now. Highly recommended!

Earthwise is an absolute pleasure to work with. We originally contacted them about some squirrel activity in our eves and since then, have had them manage all of our pest control. Chris has managed most of our interior issues and has been outstanding. All of the people who have worked on the exterior of our house have been wonderful. Noaman was recently out to do our bi-monthly exterior service. Not only did he attend to all of our pest needs but I was stuck inside with a broken ankle and when it started to rain, he pulled the cushions from our lawn furniture into the protection of our porch. My Earthwise tech is here on a regular basis while I am at work. The natural products are used and have been effective. If field mice or other pests should migrate over to my house, Earthwise is there quickly to put out the fire. We were referred to Earthwise by a friend and neighbor in the area. Joe came to inspect for termites (we have the subterranean kind) and he was great. He explained every step they would take to treat the termites and their price was better than the original pest inspection we had done during the buying process!
