We have been using Earthwise for about two years. Great service and very happy. We really like that they have the option of using plant-based products most of the time, but anls have ac was to synthetic products when needed. Focus on prevention with the skills to handle an immediate issue. The few times we have had a major issue, they were quick to help us solve the problem and get back down ton management levels. Our technician Coby is always thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. The few times we have had a major ant issue, he was able to come out and provide product, bait traps, and guidance to quickly and skillfully knock back the problem to a more manageable level. With great service and a monthly fee under $80, highly recommended Earthwise and Coby!

Katie, Landon and all the staff and technicians at Earthwise go above and beyond to take care of our pest control needs. Any time we call them for an issue, they come right out. We like the fact that they use safe products that aren’t harmful to us, our animals, or the environment.

Highly recommend Earthwise Pest Management! Coby did an excellent job—he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment and all the self-care practices to keep things safe, and he didn’t mind answering any questions. He also went above and beyond by checking for possible pest entry points and asking great, thoughtful questions. I let him know I’d be out of the unit and left all the lights on, fully expecting to come back and turn everything off myself. To my appreciation, Coby had turned off all the lights and closed up the condo for me—such a thoughtful touch. Earthwise is affordable, professional, and their customer phone service is wonderful. I’m treating a condo I plan to rent and was even able to set up a landlord-style quarterly plan, which gives me peace of mind and helps protect my property for my tenants. Zach is our tech and does amazing work. We discuss our concerns and he listens. Dr-webbing, sprat around all openings and the base of the foundations, and any interior needs if sighted. We have 3 dogs and their pesticides do not harm them. Earthwise has successfully removed threats of roaches from a hoarding neighbor, fleas, ants and wasps, and rats. Plus they come out at no charge between quarterly treatments if we find additional pests. Highly recommended Earthwise and Zach.

I came home while Zach was brushing cobwebs. I appreciate that after spraying, he came to my door to ask if there was anything else he could do. He was thorough and polite. I’m pleased with how he treated the house & yard.

This is one of the few times I was home for the pest service and Dana was wonderful. He respectfully rang my doorbell (unfortunately I have a cold and didn’t answer) and then proceeded with servicing the property. Have been using EarthWise for a couple years now. We are beyond happy with their service. We had a rat and squirrel issue in the attic and they took care of it right away last year. We heard some squirrel activity on the roof recently and Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of attic and roof. All is clear and we have peace of mind. Chris, Dana, and all their techs and customer service support have been wonderful. We use them for our quarterly pest control as well. Anytime we see something we call and they are quick to come back and take care of it.

I like Earthwise because they aren’t a huge company and they Care about their Customers! The Guy Zac who comes to my house is a great Technician. He listens to my problems and tries to accommodate me. If you need them to come back before your next appointment! No problems with that.

Came to the door first, to introduce himself and ask if I had any specific problems. He was very informative and thorough doing the work.

Jonny and J.R. did an awesome job with our termite treatment (for subterranean termites: trenching/drilling under the crawlspace, around the exterior of the house and inside the garage, applying chemicals, refilling trenches/holes + clean up). Everything went very smoothly and we definitely feel much more secure about our home. Our pest inspector Chris was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and Breanna and Katie (who field the phone calls and handle other administrative duties in the office) have been fantastic to work with as well--we asked to reschedule many times, and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional about it. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for pest services. That said, make sure you read through all the fine print before signing anything (always a good idea with contractors in general, not only with pest control companies), just to make sure you're not agreeing to anything you're not ready for--we found out we'd have to move stuff away from the walls inside the garage (as much as possible) prior to the drilling and treatment, hence the rescheduling, plus there was an unprompted contract for recurring service that I received by email and just ignored, since we aren't interested in that at this time--I'd like to stress that none of the employees pressured us on this in any way (or even brought it up as something to reconsider), but a person not paying attention could easily have signed up for something they weren't necessarily looking for. So the customer service provided by the employees has been terrific, but maybe business practices (determined by management, not the fault of the employees) are a bit closer to average--not likely to be any better anywhere else, and often much worse, but I felt worth a mention in full disclosure. I might have left a full 5-star rating for EPM regardless, but I also feel like the reviews here could be slightly inflated because of a prompt that says the technician will get a $5 bonus from the company if you take 5 secs and "leave a positive review about your tech." On one hand, any of the resulting reviews seen here would have been left by people who were happy with the services received, so nothing's false -- but maybe the extra incentive to leave a review (and recognize someone who certainly deserves a bonus) gives this company an advantage when ranked alongside the others.

I really enjoyed the customers service. We had a bee issue at the apartments here, yellow jackets, and the rep showed up on time, they even text you with alerts, and we scheduled service and within a couple of days the bees were gone! They do a courtesy follow up in a couple of weeks too. Glad I found this company for all future issues we'll gladly be reaching out again. Fair in pricing as well.

We were getting inundated by periodic swarms of ants in the warm months and rodents in the cool months. EW sent both an ant & rodent spclst out and appear to have a mgt plan in place to address the situation.

Earthwise exceeded my expectations for bed bug treatment, and they put me at ease despite having to deal with these terrible pests. Their technicians were kind and professional, and the prices were very reasonable. I hope we never have to use them again but if we need pest control we’ll definitely be going back.

I was really impressed with the technician, he was very respectful To my home, both and side and out. I even learned a thing or two about Nordic rats. The inspector came the following day and was equally respectful, thorough and knowledgeable. Even though it was hot, he did not hesitate to suit up and crawl underneath my house. I know it’s their job, But not everyone does their job well. Kudos to the support staff! They are friendly and very helpful. Overall, I think the cost for bi-monthly maintenance is very reasonable.

I’m a long-time customer of Earthwise Pest Management. I originally hired them because the chemicals they use are safe for pets. I still have an Earthwise tech come monthly for maintenance even though my pets have all passed on. All the techs are courteous & professional.

The Earthwise technician came the very same day I called - he took time to get the job ( dead rat in attic) done right. I was so relieved they responded and came so fast. As usual with Earthwise, professional, smoothe, knowledgeable and they are diligent re: needed follow up.

They’ve been fantastic! Communicative, transparent, plenty of reminders when they’re coming. Their technician Seth has been great about telling me what they plan to do, where things have been cleared up, and has given me helpful tips as to how to prevent pests from having routes onto the house. Best of all - after just a couple of treatments, I see hardly any spiders in or around my home, and no black widows in the most recent 3 months.

The service I was provided was excellent and I was well informed of what they were going to do along with the ins and outs of what to expect in the next few days that followed. It took 20-30mins to exterminate the bugs that got up in the wall space of my house, which seemed like an appropriate amount of time to spend. As for the pricing, I did research ahead of time and the pricing was in line with the average amount for such a service, so with the quality of work they provided I thought I got my money's worth. Based on everything I experienced today, I would definitely recommend this place. 5/5 Stars

Earthwise has been very professional, and what I like is that they follow-up. Heriberto was excellent, and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase the more expensive maintenance plan. They took care of our rat infestation very quickly, and are coming back next week (8/6/25) to check their work. A good experience for me, who has no experience with the pest control business.

I have been using Earthwise for a few years now and this is a wonderful, honest, and thorough company. Every tech they have sent out has been incredibly polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. I’ve have multiple pest problems over the years and they always come out very quickly even between my normally scheduled visits. It feels great to have someone to call and they even answer questions over the phone. I live a low toxin lifestyle and they use non toxic products. This is why I chose them to begin with and I continue to stay because they are amazing. I feel very safe when they spray even with my kids and animals. Also the stuff smells amazing like essential oils. You also cannot beat the price for what you are getting in return. I tell everyone about this company!

Excellent experience with John, the technician. The was thorough and helpful. Used booties in the house. We were having issues with ants and he put down traps and ant bait and addressed the issue. He also sprayed around the perimeter of the house and removed the cobwebs around the eaves.

We recently switched to Earthwise’s pest control service and have had two visits so far—and we’re already seeing a huge difference! Our technician, Dana, has been fantastic: thorough, professional, and super easy to work with. We can actually see the results (dead bugs don’t lie!), and we’re so glad we made the switch. I have an account with Earthwise Pest Control and have been very happy with their service. I noticed that we had a mouse under the sink and asked them to send someone out to take look. Chris Rymel came out and set some traps and gave me pointers on where the mouse was getting in (beneath a low deck). I removed the decking, found the hole and blocked it. Chris was the best, telling what to do and being above and beyond with his service. Highly recommended! Thanks Chris!

Also great listeners who just want to follow the given instructions .They did a great job on the property where I just moved in. They provide high quality materials which didn’t smell at all. They are very punctual , and very organized. Also used the materials wisely , and equally.
