Dewey Pest Control in Sacramento has been coming to our property every other month for many years, to clear cobwebs and to spray the perimeter of our house and along the bottom of the fence. They use the NON-TOXIC spraying solution that is safer for humans, pets, plants. It smells lovely -- minty with a hint of eucalyptus. Spraying every other month like this has absolutely helped keep black widows, roaches, ants, earwigs, silverfish, and similar unwanted pests at bay. For added protection, Dewey put sticky traps in our utility room, which work very well. We rarely encounter unwanted bugs. The technician educated us on rodent droppings too -- do NOT sweep droppings up without first spaying with Lysol (hantavirus is deadly) and let the professionals remove it all! Dewey communicates nicely, comes like clock-work, does an excellent job, and $80 every other month is worth every penny.

Recently, my wife and I moved to Yolo County. Daud, our Dewey technician met me and thoroughly discussed what will be covered. He then did an excellent job on the application of the interior and exterior solution. He also whisked all of the spider webs. Excellent customer service and professional.

Malinda communicates so well with us. I appreciate how quickly she responds to my text. I feel like she is a friend! She does extra things for us. Like this morning she even took our trash cans in and locked our garage door for us. I forgot to ask her to treat the storage area and she did it anyway. We have been with Dewey Pest Control for several year's and have been very happy with the service, we are on a quarterly schedule because that works for us financially, we've also had several technicians that have all been good but I do have to point out that Malinda has come out twice and she has done an absolutely phenomenal job, she goes above and beyond and is very thorough. Dewey Pest & Termite Control has great customer service. The Service Technician that came out to assist me was Danny. He was awesome, very knowledgeable, Friendly, and he shared great techniques for me to use to avoid feeding rodents in the future. Danny plugged up the hole, and laid down traps. I was traumatized when I saw the little roden, and Danny was able to calm me down with lots of information. When Danny left, I felt empowered and unafraid. We got the roden! Thank you Danny!

We were not scheduled for an appointment but since we had unusual amount of bugs and spiders. I called and spoke to Zach and he was able to come the next day. He was awesome he also noticed we had a wasp nest and took care of it as well. Great job Zach.

Danny with Dewey Pest Control does a great job. He’s very friendly and always lets me know the day before he’s coming. He comes to the front door first, then we discuss if anything new is happening and if not he goes n does his work. Also texts me to let me know what day and around what time he will be here.

First off Daniel is amazing. He is a real professional and got the job done. If you're reading this Daniel deserves a raise, a bonus, a something! Now onto my experience. Called to multiple pest control companies and they all seemed more concerned about selling me subscriptions rather than solving my problem. Dewey was the only place that came out to inspect before they gave me pricing. Daniel came out looked around confirmed the issues and explained thoroughly what the treatment plan was and what the follow up was. I can't speak for all their employees but if they are all similar to Daniel you can't go wrong with them. Rest assured you are in good hands.

Jeff from Dewey Pest does an excellent job. I appreciate the option of essential oils for pest control. With a small pet and my own chemical sensitivity this option is a win win for me. The spiders, ants, and water roaches are NOT invading my home. Jeff also assists me in opening our broken garage door, so he can spray the garage for me. He is very nice, personable, a great communicator, and gets the job done right!

The process to get started was so easy. I had an appointment within a couple of days. Lacy and Jeff were awesome and super helpful. Jeff explained what to expect and eased my concerns regarding how the rain might impact the efficacy of the treatment. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

Danny has been our pest guy for the last 2 years now and he is great. He is always in contact with us with our appointment days and times and makes sure to take his time. We haven't had any unwanted pest since he started servicing our home. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly anytime I need help or have questions about billing. I have always a great experience with Dewey. I think their pricing is reasonable and they are consistent. The person who comes to my home, David, has always given me a call the day before, given me a time frame, and is helpful by working around my schedule, and this past time, he called me when he left to let me know I left my garage door open.
