Paul with Big Time Pest Control came out to inspect the rental house I’m living in for pest as I have been hearing some shuffling in the attic and observed some droppings in the garage. From the moment I opened the door, he was a pleasure to work with: professional, communicative and had a great sense of humor. He helped locate the access door to the attic space which was in a not so easily accessible closet. He did his best to contort his way in there to take a look and snap some pictures. He inspected outside around the house and in the garage too. Noticed a bent vent and explained it was more likely a sign of wildlife vs. rat. Discussed the next steps and did it all with a smile. Great experience. Would defintely recommend Paul with Big Time pest control.

I've liked working with them. Then, when we didn't need them anymore, the woman on the phone gave me attitude. They still charged me the month after I cancelled our service plan. Three calls later, they have not given us a refund. I wonder if companies think that if they delay, we'll forget they took our money? It's disappointing to feel like a company you've been with for years tries to scam you at the end.

I appreciated he was very knowledgeable and thorough, answering my many questions and concerns about keeping my cat and my buterfly, bird and bee sanctuary safe as I grow much of my own food very organically but still wanting to prevent my home from from possible future termite invasion. He did not pressure me to make a decision which is a point in his favor. I also like that this is a 1- stop place so I can address any other pest concern if I need to later including general pest control including insects like cockroaches, black widows as well as even rats, skunks, possums, etc. Impressed with the company because they streamline and simplify it for me so no need to go to several different companies. I had an ant problem and called Big Time right away. From the first call, the experience was excellent—prompt, friendly, and professional. Steve handled the service and went above and beyond. Not only did he thoroughly take care of the ants, but he also pointed out proactive steps I could take to prevent bigger issues (like rodents) down the line. He took his time to do the job right, and I really appreciate the thoroughness and care. I already feel confident using them moving forward!

After paying $500 to remove the rat infestation from my elderly mother’s house, I would recommend dealing with the rats yourself than ever paying for this service. They brought black boxes and a small pack of rat snap traps that were too small to work. My mother then spent around $300 on her own traps and cleaning supplies to deal with the rats on her own. She called multiple times for help and was either ignored or when they would come, they would be unprepared. Paul was called out and my mom specifically said she needed him to bring an arsenal with him to help her after 5 MONTHS. He came over with no traps, no poison and said something to my mother along the lines of “I’m here to give you my expertise” Steve came next. He moved her oven and placed one snap trap. Six months into this ordeal I bought a camera and started filming the rats in her kitchen. I watched as the rats stole bait from the snap traps set in the kitchen without being caught. So I made a seed trap and caught the remaining rats with my own expertise and at my own expense. Steve came when one rat was dead in the seeds, floating. His advice after we tell him the rats don’t fall for the snap traps? More snap traps. He had a shoulder injury (I think) so I don’t blame him for not moving the trash can of water. But he didn’t remove the rat itself for disposal. He left that to my elderly mother who has a broken neck. So once again I ended up doing the job. Big time pest disposed of one rat in the six months and 30 rats we killed. We disposed of the other 29. We solved the problem with our own supplies while being taken advantage of by Big Time Pest. When we have spoken to the office nothing was done. They don’t care, they just want to do as little work as possible to take your money.

Steve came out to resolve a wasp issue where a nest was beginning. Obvious from the start he demonstrated care about resolving our issue. Unfortunately, I complicated the issue by trying to tape the area where they were trying to nest. Steve sprayed the area and stated that if we didn’t see improvement to contact him after 48 hours since I unfortunately tried to block the wasps from getting in, which didn’t work too well. Fortunately for us Steve made sure he did all he could. We removed the tape and he came back to finish the job. Truly appreciated the dedication that Steve demonstrated on helping us to resolve our wasp issue. Will certainly use Big Time again should the need present itself. Hoping this last visit will resolve.

Called for help with a rodent in the attic and got an appointment first thing the next day. Paul was very informative and pleasant. He was able to start servicing the problem the same day so we didn’t have to wait for the weekend to pass. Would absolutely call again.

The service started out great, but the last two times they didn’t Webb dust around the outside of the house and they’ve never taken down the two wasp nest. I pointed out when I first started the service. They used to leave a service ticket and I didn’t see one during the previous visit

Amazing group of people. Took awhile to realize but noticed we may have had a resident oppossum in our backyard. Monday evening, Paul came out to our house last minute and stayed to almost 7pm. He provided a free general inspection and estimate for removal and exclusions re oppossum feces and possible burrowing. Next day, Michael came out 8:30am. All cleaned up n sanitized by 10. Great deal for the exclusion work, professionalism in the staff, and workmanship. Changed from previous PC because they weren't licensed to handle wildlife. It's not an issue until it is.

We have used Big Time Pest control for a few years and always had nice service. Our technician David has been extra careful and attentive. He even came out for an extra visit to tackle some underground wasps as I hid in the house.

Jason wins. I have three obnoxious dogs and he has been really thoughtful on how to navigate his job around them. Today he asked me to introduce him to the dogs and then took a little bit of extra time to make the most annoying of the three dogs comfortable with him. It was nice getting to know Jason. I recently heard scratching and a lot of movement coming from the walls in my attic space. Once I heard that I went straight to google and called the first number I could find. I got to say I am glad I just happened to call Big Time Pest Control. Everyone I talked to was amazing and totally helpful. Paul was my inspector and let me tell you he was beyond fantastic. Not only did he wait for me to come home from work he took the liberty to walk the perimeter of my house while he waited and resolve an ant problem he found even though I called for a totally different reason then the ants. Once I got home the took his time did his inspection and even though the office was closed yet he still took his time like they were open for business. After his inspection he explained everything from A to Z and provided me with good information to keep my house safe from rodents. He took pictures of my attic and provided them to me just to keep me reassured that he is being transparent with his findings. Paul and Big Time as a whole gets a 11 out of 10 from me. I appreciate them and their superlative customer service.
