Most all techs have been very courteous, professional and on time. They did skip a couple of monthes, August and October, so far, (even though i am suposed to be serviced monthly), so this will need to be addressed. Today, 01/21/2026, my tech, Larry was awesome. He took care of business. He was professional, answered all my questions, and was just an all around super nice guy. What a great employee you have in this gentleman. Thank you, Larry!

Maratellis was a pleasure to do business with and did an A+ job. I had questions about how spraying in the house might affect my pets, and he clearly addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough and even removed old mud wasp nests in my barn. I'm very pleased with the work that he did.

Johnny from Aptiv Environmental is outstanding. This was his second visit to my home and both times have been excellent. I had ants, roaches, and rats. Johnny has eliminated the ants, gotten the roaches under control, and helped mitigate the rat problem too. He also walked me through how to keep rats from accessing my attic, and he set traps and placed bait. I followed his guidance and it’s working. Honestly, the last three Aptiv technicians I’ve had have all been professional and effective (I can’t recall the other two names—one had dreadlocks and the other was Pinoy). Because of them, I’m keeping my Aptiv service. Highly recommend Aptiv.

On Jan 14, the guy that did the service was very nice and addressed all my concerns. Also gave me inputs about the sticky pads to catch floor crawlers. I would rate him 10/10.

When I started it wasn't what I expected but little did I know that they would step up to making me an my security with their services a priority an the guy who came was amazing and he made me feel supported an made sure he services the inside an the out side up to my standards and let me know that this wasn't just a job for him but he did what he would have wanted for his family and thats what I love about going though Adaptive pest control they make sure if it was their property in how they make sure to get all the nooks an crannies and most of all get the job done. Aptive has been doing my environmentally, friendly pest control for years! They are prompt and professional. My pets, plants and delicate immune system do not encounter anything toxic from the service! Yet living next to a green belt, they keep my home pest free without negative toxic side effects!

My service technician was incredibly thorough! He even contacted me to let me know my back door had blown open, and my house was unsecure. He closed it all up for me and still made sure all the bugs stayed far away every month. I am pleased with the thorough service they provide.

Aptive always does an amazing job. Sam has done our service several times now and he does amazing each time. I also love that they’ll text me photos of what they did outside. We haven’t had any issues with black widows since we started our service, which was our main concern at the beginning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good pest control solution!

I have always loved this pest service. LOVED my service guys until today. My service person today, literally sprayed an Amazon delivery. I have a bench on the porch, they could have placed the box on the bench or not spray that corner of the porch. Package was filled with plates and cups. Which were now thrown away.

Joshua provided excellent service! He texted to let me know he was on his way, said when he expected to arrive, and asked if we were having any particular issues. He treated the house, left some sticky traps for us, and also sent pictures of the eaves and places he treated. Polite, thorough, professional…I really live Aptive Pest Control!

Not so happy! We told the associate that we have a rat in our attic but he said it can be taken care of next time, which is in a month! I’m not pleased. We set our own traps, but why should we have to if we have a pest service we pay monthly? We have had ant problems in the kitchen throughout the time of service, not sure anything they are doing is effective. One thing that bothers me a lot is that they send a different person every month. We have never had the same person twice. We signed up in the summer I think they have come out 4 or 5 times, a different person every time.

The service today was very thorough. I was very impressed with this young man. He was courteous, and he even sent me photos when he was done.

The service personnel did a wonderful job. I was not available when he arrived. After servicing the exterior, he left. Mike is very on board with trying to deal with any issue. I discussed with him. He’s very good at explaining the different pest. I am dealing with and how he’s addressing them. He always ends his service with lots of pictures to let me know how he treated the house.

Alex M. provided a thorough explanation of the necessary treatment, respecting specific areas where treatment was to be withheld, and adding an additional mosquito trap in our backyard. The whole application keeps the spiders, mosquitoes, and other insects under control. We’ve used Aptive for years, and they always do an excellent job.

Very courteous young man who is interested in doing exactly what we want to have done each visit. He asked at the beginning and end if there was something else that I wanted done to make sure he had done everything I expected him to do. I appreciate the good communication when he is coming from both him and the company. All great with this service!

My service tech Travis is always helpful and very knowledgeable. He is thorough and takes his time. There has been a few that only finished the job under 5 mins.

Great pest control service. They treat consistently in schedule and arrive for specific needs very quickly. The products they use leave no odor but are effective. They send detailed texts before and after. They also send photos so you know what they treated. Overall recommend!

Fredrick, with Aptive pest control did a great job! Very through and explained everything. The problem is since I signed up still dealing with mosquitoes been 3 months. Everything they try nothing works. Before you know it we will have a freeze and valla no mosquitoes. Rats showed up about 2 months ago the 1 trap they set no activity. So we're working on that. The employees they send out are awesome. But my pest issues continue. Quite frustrating 😒

Great efficient service and good communication. It isn’t the cheapest pest service but for what they do it is good value. I’ve had them for a few years and haven’t had any issues. They take care of everything from pests to cobweb cleanup. The tech this time, like all times was professional and courteous.

Robert the technician provided excellent service. He listened to my pest control concerns, provided thorough treatments and let us know what he did when he completed the service. In addition, I forgot to unlock the back yard gate for him but he came back later in the day when I was back at home to finish the service. I will definitely recommend Aptive based on Robert’s professionalism and excellent customer service!

Ahtah was very efficient, timely and polite. He did exactly as i had asked with regards to texting me first so.i could put.my dogs up inside and he put the gates back as I had asked. Very professional and he was through.

We used to have a different unnamed pest control in the area. They would punish their workers for taking too much time and heard the ones that buzzed by our house to get the cobwebs, and critters etc. They would always miss multiple areas. Aptive is what I was hoping for as far as customer service goes and we can actually see a big difference. Nit to mention we arent payong more $$ for them. They took extra time in our garage and gave me a few pointers that im going to try in sealing holes going into it. We pay for this service because let's face it, Sacramento has no shortage of critters, especially with a home so close to the river. We are appreciative and we are thankful. Garrett was outstanding. Although I was not able to initially respond to his text and pics, they were very much appreciated.

I had a 8am-12pm appointment window. I emphasized the importance of getting treatment for inside my home. So the night before my appointment I moved all the furniture away from the walls to make it easier for the technician to spray. The day of the appointment I get a text at 7am stating the technician will arrive in 60-90 minutes. So technician ETA would be 8-830am. The technician text at 9am stating they were having vehicle issues and another technician will be assigned. So I wasted 2 hours of just waiting around. Eventually the new technician arrives around 11am and states this his indoor spray is broken and that he can only spray outdoors and to call in for a setup another appointment. So not did I waste 2 hours waiting I also wasted time moving all my furniture. This isn’t the first time they neglect to spray indoors. Last time the technician says they don’t really spray indoors after I already moved all my furniture.

Michelle was very thorough. Recapped all of the treatment procedures and answered all my questions. One of the better service techs we have had. Super pleasant to talk with. Very knowledgeable.

Austin did an awesome job with taking care of my pest issues. He made sure my questions were answered if I had any and cleaned out some cob web that were by the doors. I definitely recommend them.

I have been with Aptiva for over a year and noticed a drastic reduction of spiders and rodents activity. The technicians are professional, efficient and courteous. Shilo is particular has been great. He shows up with a smile and addresses my concerns.

Last time my house was serviced. I asked the technician to please get the cops webs from my front door area. He never got him. There are still cobwebs with dead bugs all over my front door area not too happy this time..

Such a great company and great service, All the time! Each time we connect and schedule, they are there and on it. Kenny was so great this last appointment and took care of our needs. We’ve had some shaking going on in the house with DIY project and felt like we woke something up. He focused on the area and then what else was needed. Thank you so much for your time and service love that he knows what he’s doing and share his recommendations with a positive attitude all the time.

The technician had given me a week notice before he would be at my house to spray. When he arrived I was at the groceries store but he said take my time he would spray front yard and wait for me to come back home. When I arrived home, he offered to help me bring in my groceries. Very friendly and helpful.

I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the Aptive technician who serviced my property. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my pest situation and did everything he could with the resources provided to him. However, I live out in the country, and unfortunately, the products, tools, and licensing available through Aptive are not sufficient to fully eliminate my pest problem. While I value the technician’s effort and integrity, I feel the company as a whole is limited in what it can deliver for more challenging rural pest issues.

Waited until 3pm and needed to leave for Jackson and no word on when someone would arrive to do the job. Received text message at 3:16pm he would arrive in 30 minutes. I don’t know if he was here or not. I don’t know if he did his job. We need to find a better way to keep us informed on what part of the day someone will arrive.

We've had Aptive for about 40 days now with our secon monthly service yesterday. The technicians are very conscientious and so far, no more ants and th webs are gone. Great ork! Very pleasant experience!

I love the technician who has been servicing my place. He is very knowledgeable and attentive and keeps me informed of what was found and removed, where he sprayed, and cautioned me not to walk or touch the area until it is throughly dry. I give him a top 10 rating!

The price looked reasonable, the first technian was great. The do have an early cancellation fees built in which I only mention after not being happy. I had an issue with roach where inside I needed spraying which I never got. I tried reaching via their phone number and never received service. They don’t seem to schedule around your time and service does not seem to happen every 30 days. I am a little disappointed in their service, communication and business model. Sell sell sell and nothing coming back after to ask are we meeting your expectations or can we do better.

My service guy was Johnny. I received a text that he was on his way which I had asked your service people to do because I have a dog and locked gate. He showed up on time and I told him I had no issues with snails and slugs but would he service for them so I won't in the future He put the bait out and hopefully that will keep the problem under control. He was very nice and my dog loved him. He cleaned eaves and was very thorough. I have never met nicer people and am very pleased so far, so thank you.

I thought Tim did a great job. He was very fast and very thorough. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice if he had let me know he was done and leaving. The texts are nice, but the personal touch is so much better!

Didn't happy with the services this time. I showed the guys there is spider web everywhere in my living room and garage but he didn't even bother to wipe it down for me. He just spray and leave without letting me know like other guys.

Tim serviced our home today. We have been Aptive customers for the past few years and he is the best employee at aptive we have ever worked with. He resolved some account issues/misunderstandings we were having, right on the spot, which we are so grateful for. We would prefer to have Tim service our home every time if doable! I was misled by a salesman. He told me I was signing up for a monthly service for $59 per service. Received a charge but never had anyone come out and after emailing customer service, they told me the service is every 50-80 days. Why are they charging every month for a bi-monthly service? Additionally, they lock you into a contract that costs $199 to get out of. I do not recommend them at all, and if you decide to do business with them, read through your contract thoroughly. Do your research on them and read through reviews on other platforms.

The field crew folks are exceptional. The customer service people need work. I called for an emergency service for a rodent problem I had just discovered. They were able to squeeze me in the next day, unfortunately no one told the service tech about the rodent problem so he had no traps. Luckily he had a friend with another pest control what was working across the street who gave him a trap. Then a week later my regular service that had been planned for the next week came. I explained the situation to him and, again, the tech was amazing. He told me who to call and what to say so that I wouldn’t be charged for the extra service.

Mike was friendly and discussed with me what he would doing. When I requested garage be sprayed today, he readily added to his list and completed it. Service today was quick and thorough, with photos sent after showing areas treated. Our only concern is that we are now aware the pricing is higher than other pest control companies in the area.

I called Aptive Pest Control for my second house. The company waived the $300 initial inspection fee. The next day the team of two from Aptive Pest Control arrived without delay to the address. They inspected, sprayed, mounted rat traps, mice traps and insect traps. Additionally they cleaned all the spider nets from inside and outside for this neglected by tenant property. The team was professional and knew what to do. I was please with the service and their rates are great and they gave us a reasonable rate for our second home. I am impressed with their service and I highly recommend Aptive Pest Control.

We are very lucky to have Josh as our service provider. He is definitely a 10/10. He is thorough and very considerate. He is great at explaining any issues we have. We trust him on our premises. We enjoy him coming. He should get compensated for his excellent service!

Larry was early for our appointment. He listened to our concerns and explained how/why we may be having issues with so many ants in one area. He sprayed the exterior of the house and heavily in the area of concern. He removed cobwebs around the perimeter of the house. I think he may have put some mouse and insect glue traps around the exterior of the house. He gave us a few traps for the interior of the house. He was very informative and very thorough. I would like to request to have Larry for every visit going forward. He did say that he is a trainer and that all field techs should mimic him. We’ve only been with Aptive a short time but they have come back twice since our initial visit. They’re easy to reach, easy to schedule an appointment with and field staff are great. I highly recommend Aptive.

APTIVE is excellent and treat your property exactly as you ask them to. They are efficient and unobtrusive or friendly. I love this service and I will keep them as long as they are in business. I did have “a different service” for a while and they trampled around like Atilla the Hun.

I feel completely misled by this company. When I signed up, I specifically told the salesperson that I did not want to be in a contract. He assured me that although he had to enter “12 months” into the system, I could cancel at any time without fees. Based on that assurance, I agreed. Recently, I reached out to cancel because I am moving and don’t yet know where I’ll be relocating. I was then told I would have to pay a cancellation fee — the exact opposite of what I was promised. To make matters worse, the service itself has not worked for me. I actually have more spiders inside my house than before, and the issues outside my home have never improved. I feel scammed and lied to, and I truly hope the company will make this right by honoring what I was told and allowing me to cancel without penalty.

David did an excellent job. He treated several rooms for fleas inside and then moved outdoors. He followed instructions and offered tips that were very helpful. He was friendly and respectful. I felt comfortable having him work inside my home.

They provide great service and are very polite. The technician listens to what I have to say and addresses the problems. When he’s done, he make sure that I’m satisfied and tells me that he will follow up on the next visit. I very much appreciate the work that they do.

I really appreciate the attention to detail, pointing out the bee/wasp infestation I now have in the brick/cement columns on my front porch, and the general treatment for ants, spiders, cockroaches & silverfish. The representative was very courteous, knowledgeable & expedient in performing his work & completing the job thoroughly. I would welcome him back on all future treatments!

Very thorough about cleaning around the decks however he left spider webs all around the eaves of the house and on the bottom as well. Still have wasp nests in the eaves also. I was told that all this would be removed….

We just signed up a few days ago and had our first service. Customer service and attention to detail has been top shelf so far, everything from the sign up process with the gentleman canvassing our neighborhood to the friendly and knowledgeable technician who came out the same day, Johnny. Clearly great service is their priority. Johnny also sent us detailed photos of service areas and he was very thorough start to finish. Glad to be new customers and looking forward to life without ants! :)

Christopher with Aptive provided excellent service and was able to find a wasp nest on our gazebo that we had not noticed (he sent over the attached photo). He was very knowledgeable about the area and what services needed to be performed. The service was done only a few hours ago and we have already found a few dead cockroaches in the backyard, so their product works great. Completely satisfied with the service!
