Affordable Insulation

Called these guys today to have them come look at a job, asked me about 5 questions about the job and it felt like when he thought it would be a hassle to do this job his wife told me they couldn’t do it and to find someone else. By the way it was a simple remodel with exterior walls to be insulated. This is one of 5 Jobs we have going in downtown Sac and hoped to have those quoted after seeing these guys work. Most unprofessional Sub I have ever dealt with and that isn’t an understatement, if you are a GC or a homeowner that needs a professional service then take my advice and look elsewhere.

Showed up early where in and out no mess no complaint.

I’m assuming it was the owner who answered the phone but apparently he’s unaware of his own business hours. His website states they’re open until 7pm Monday through Saturday. He gave me a quick quote. But I could tell he got real annoyed (chuckled to himself, let out a huge sigh coupled with a condescending “alright”) when I said I would need to call him back after I discuss the quote with my wife. Sort of unprofessional, told me I was calling after hours when it’s advertised that I wasn’t. I eventually just hung up. I see on these Google reviews that he does decent work but the guy needs to learn a little more about business etiquette!

Called for a quote to insulate a building and he was annoyed and hung up on me in 30 seconds. Real winners.

Wow, these guys really know how to talk to people on the phone! Didn't even get done my sentence and the fellow hung up on me. Will never do business with and will tell everyone to stay away!
