Alan was the exterminator who came to my house and he was great! He answered all my questions! He got all the spots around my house and even asked me if there were any places that I wanted which gave me peace of mind that my house was getting covered.

izzie was a great technician! she helped with my rodent removal from my parent's house. she was super sweet and knowledgeable with the process. her and garrett gave my family and i reassurance and confidence in the choices we made.

We had a terrible ant problem in our kitchen and tried using some stuff we bought at walmart first and that didn’t work, so we decided to call someone for some help. And these guys were very helpful. I had a bad termite problem. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got these guys out here to take care of it. I had used so many products and nothing seemed to work. I loved how quickly they came out as I was getting anxious learning about these pests messing up my doorway in the kitchen. A close family friend referred us to Redstone Pest and Termite control because they loved their customer service and the service they provided. I don’t normally write reviews, but Redstone Pest & Termite Control have been amazing. Its good to deal with a company which really seems like their only goal is to help you. Lots of big businesses nowadays just seem like everything they do is about what they can get away with. I never felt that with them at all. We discovered a termite problem around the foundation of our house this year and it was unsettling. We called several companies, and not only did Redstone come out with the lowest in price, their employees, from first calling in to their office - to their technician that came out to our house, was significantly better than the competition. I was impressed. I wasn’t out to find the cheapest price, I wanted to find a company that I knew would take care of the problem, do it the right way, without cutting corners. I’m a value person in general, if prices are similar, I’ll pay more to get the better service or product. And in truth, I would’ve picked their team even if their price was the highest. I trusted them that much more, front office & technician, just wild they were actually the cheapest too. The technician walked me through everything he was going to do before he started, he performed exactly as expected, and my problem is completely gone now. Huge relief!
