Following recommendations from neighbors, I reached out to AWS around 9 PM. By the next morning around 9 AM, someone had already come out and removed a foul-smelling dead deer. Excellent service! I’ll definitely use them again if needed.

We found that a very large deer passed away in a pond in our backyard that is very hard to get to, It’s so steep that in all the years that we have lived here we’ve never been down there! I called them this morning and within hours they were out here basically rapelling down a steep ravine and retrieving an over 200 pound buck. It was a tough job but they managed it, for a fair price. I called this number in a panic, we had just gotten home from a weeklong vacation, and walked inside and immediately smelled something bad. I lit three candles trying to get rid of the smell.. I thought maybe I left something in the garbage disposal?? We couldn’t figure it out, so the next day I walked out to our patio and smelled the same smell sweep over me. Something wasn’t right. Something had to be dead but where? My husband went to our downstairs patio which is not used by us at all, and he didn’t see anything, then checked this concrete covered area that has a ton of dirt that we don’t ever check, and found a deceased deer. Last thing you want to wake up to on a Sunday early morning is your wife telling you that there is a deer impaled on your fence, yes it didn't clear it and was clear that it had bleed out over night. We couldn't get anyone to call us back on Sunday. So Monday morning I took another shot and on my first call to AWS we got an answer, while the owner was out of town, he assured me that he would get someone out, but they had had a busy weekend and was not sure that he could get to us on Monday. He made a call and even though they already had 6 pick ups scheduled, they would get us on Monday evening. The technician (Drew) let me know when he was headed our way, was timely and the poor animal was on their way.<br><br>So now I have happy wife and we were happy that AWS was so attentive to our situation. Chad has done a great job for us, there when we needed him, and it is no coincidence that the vendors we have been most pleased with over the last several years have been military veterans. We can't speak highly enough for their customer service. Chad and his wife were extremely prompt, professional, effective, and very reasonably priced; removing a dead deer from a lake. They were on site in just a few hours. They resolved a very disgusting issue for our homeowners. If you need ANY type of animal removal, call them first.

He was hired to provide 6 months of service. He only worked approximately 45 days and stiffed us for 3.5 months of service.. Do not pay him all the money up front. Suggest paying weekly. He came out and said that he would monitor traps daily. After 7 days, he broke the law and did not do daily visits and his cameras were not in view of 3 of the traps. Only 2 of the traps were in view and 3 were not. Game Warden was called out and gave him a warning. The owner, by law can spring and remove the traps off of his property, if he feels there is a safety concern, which he did for safety. We sprung the traps and removed due to children playing less than 75 yards away without monitoring. In addition, a beaver had been caught on his trap for 3 days. Over rated and over price. He will claim his cameras do the monitoring. However, even the game warden said that 3 traps were not in the cameras view and not monitoring daily, which is a violation and is against the law. We elected not to press charges due to him claiming he was going through a divorce and press hard for money. He would not reset traps , took his traps and stiffed us for 3.5 months of services not rendered.. DO NO USE!

As an HOA, we had a rotting deer carcass that was hit on the road in front of our subdivision. The deer was knocked on to the sidewalk at the entrance. We had several residents call Cobb County to report the carcass and request removal. After 5+ days of no action from the county, the smell and scavengers attracted to the carcass was becoming an issue for us as an HOA. We solicited several companies to assist in the removal.
