Great experience from beginning to end. Worked with Dominic originally to get an estimate he was professional and courteous and looked out for my best interests. Highly recommend they do great work!

Attic Advisor did an excellent job cleaning and restoring our attic to almost new conditions. After nearly 30 years, the insulation had become matted and dirty from a previous roof leak. We received multiple inspections by different companies but went with Attic Advisor because we were so impressed by the amount of detail in the initial assessment and plan for cleaning our attic. They removed mildewed and soiled insulation, vacuumed all areas, filled any spaces with gaps or damage, and, using a fogger, spread an environmentally safe disinfectant over all wall and flooring services. Then they installed new insulation in the attic walls and flooring. When they found two air conditioning vents that had come loose over time, they fixed those at no extra cost. After finding evidence of long-ago rodent entry, they installed rodent resistant 1/4" hardware cloth (Mesh wire) reinforced with expanding spray foam to prevent future infestations.<br>From the first thorough inspection done by Clay, the project manager, discussion of what needed to be completed, and estimate for the job, we were always aware of what they were doing and why it was necessary—also numerous before and after job completion photos were taken and sent to us. Our home was treated with respect as they first covered all our wooden floors and stairs with padding and hung plastic to create a separate area for their equipment and products. All old insulation products were bagged and removed, and they took the time to thoroughly vacuum our stairs and flooring from the front door to the attic entry.<br>Tyler and his crew are well-trained and very polite. Answering all our questions with knowledge and patience, we always felt we were in good hands. It is so nice to know that our attic is clean, and we look forward to seeing a difference in our heating and air conditioning bill with the new highly rated R38 insulation.

Attic advisor insulated the walls and upper attic in my 58 yr old laguna beach home today. They did a great job. Highly recommended. A crew of 4 guys arrived at 9am and went to work. They spread plastic sheeting over everything upstairs. My wife and I had cleared most of the wall space for their access the night before. They drilled holes inside the hose on the upper story and outside on the stucco walls on the lower story. Meanwhile, one guy fed the blown insulation hopper while another guy filled the upper attic with fiberglass. The also added some batting in the lower attic and sprayed fiberglass too. That wasn't on the quote, but the foreman, Nestor wanted to develop a good insulation envelope. I really appreciated their desire to do a good job up and above the initial quote. They worked until 7pm, completing everything, cleaning up thoroughly and doing great patching inside and out. We will have to paint the inside patched hole but the outside may not since I had a bag of colored stucco from 25 yrs before. The house is much more comfortable, walls are 10 to 15 degrees warmer than yesterday (laser thermometers are great), and the furnace is not cycling nearly as much. Great result! We still have a day of work ahead painting and putting stuff back, but it is well worth it. We fed the workers a good lunch and tipped them nicely. Highly recommend Attic Advisor.

Attic Advisor people were great. Very nice and did a good job. $2,480 was a good price to insulate my 1600ft attic. They put down floor protection and tarps around the attic entrance.

Can't say enough good things about the work by Dominic, Tyler and the Attic Advisor team on their work at our new home. The work entailed vacuuming out decades-old insulation from our low-pitch attic, cleaning up past rodent infestations, patching up seams and vent gaps, then returning at a later date to sanitize and clean the attic before installing new blown-in insulation.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Dominic, Tyler and their team were respectful of the property, responsive to questions, and flexible when I needed to move dates around because we had other work going on. Everything looks great. I really appreciate the work done by Attic Advisor!

We decided to go with Attic Advisor because Dominic who came out to quote us was honest and had a lot of integrity. They also have competitive prices and seemed to be most thorough. We are very happy with our choice in who we picked to go with. Every employee we have worked with has been nothing but kind, understanding, and easy to work with. Our attic was a disaster and now it is fixed up, cleaned up and properly insulated. They also did a great job containing the debris as I am pregnant and very grateful the protocols they took to look after our health.

He explained the issues and the remediation so well that I totally understood everything. Aaron the project manager along with Felix showed up shortly after I accepted the estimate. They were great. Aaron did a fabulous job of explaining all the work that had been done, along with showing me the photos. And I don't want to forget about David- the point of contact and office coordinator. He was always available to answer any of my concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

Removed and Replaced all attic insulation, cleaned, disinfected and rodent proofed. Also replaced all attic ductwork. Timely and friendly service at a fair price. So far all is great.

I hired attic advisor to complete a job that another service provider failed miserably at.<br>I had hired a company to completely remove and reinstall the insulation in my attic. They required five days of work time and I fired them after the second day. They were completely unprofessional and had no idea what they were actually doing.<br>Rafael at attic advisor charged me the same price as the original company and completed the job in one day instead of five. Completely professional installers sealed off the attic access with plastic so no dust would get in my house and then left the job with a complete clean up at the end of the day. I would recommend them highly to anybody looking to have this type of work done.
