Ronnie communicated very professionally always keeping me updated on when he would be able to complete my fan warranty work. He showed up on time and even on a Sunday! He explained the non-working fans and replaced them. He explained how he removed the old ones and installed the new ones with screws not nails and did all necessary leak prevention. Ronnie works all over the country and I'm glad he got assigned to do my warranty work.

Don't know how the product itself works but I can speak for the horrendous embarrassing way I was treated tonight. I went to a demo at Saltgrass. Chris eas the representative. There were 8 of us total. (4 couples) and he looked around and said we'll I guess we're not having a presentation since this is less than half of what signed up. I said out loud that we all did want to hear the presentation. He looked at me abd said We'll you, you have been here before and are only here for the dinner. I told him no that I haven't. My husband replied as well. He then said that he does theses several times a week so he had mistakenly thought I was someone else. At the end of the session he asked if he could stop by the next day. I had written on the card he could call me after Friday. As I was telling the couple next to me my father just passed away. They were giving me some legal advice. Chris looked right at me and said Nooo! I won't be calling you Friday. I said Look! Have attorneys I'm dealing with the next few days. He said yes I knew you would use that excuse and I dont think you cared about your dad at all. And he said that I was on my phone half the time and not paying attention. Yes, I did get on my phone 2 times to reject the phone calls of both my son and daughter who are still hurting very much over their grandpa's passing. Not that I for one second have to explain why I was on my phone at all. My husband was sitting next to me paying attention. You can look up my father's obituary. Edward Dupuy right here in El Paso. This is the utmost rude way to be treated by any employee of any company. The couple sitting to my left who left when I did came over and hugged me and apologized. But Ill tell you what. Im going to take care of this myself. I will not be treated that way. Chris represents this company and just left a huge negative impact not only on my husband abd myself but for sure even the other couple.

My husband and I attended a seminar and at the end, they offered the prices and discounts that were available IF we scheduled an in-person home consultation for the following day. They had a list of times and we chose 7 p.m. At 6:10 p.m., Ryan calls and says he's 20 minutes away. Cool -- early! He asks which products we were interested in and says he'll send a quote while on his way. Weird! At 7 p.m., my husband calls Ryan back to make sure he's okay and on his way, but he tells us that he hasn't sent the quote yet because he's not back to his hotel room. My husband asked if he was still coming out to do an in-person quote and he said he couldn't do it in the dark, but he could come out tomorrow morning. The presenter, Ronnie, had told us that they were ONLY available for the day following the presentation to do the quotes. Something doesn't add up here. So, beware. Very shady all around!

This is a bunch of bs. The company is out of DFW area, and they try to sell these products in other Texas areas. They are overpriced and all in all, product is not worth the mess. It really does not save you money in the long run. Don't waste your money. Do not recommend.

This company is a ripoff. I had the solar fan & blanket installed in January 2025. It’s hasn’t worked properly. I’ve been trying via phone, text, & messages with little response. They say they can’t do anything about it. I bought it cause I’m elderly & was wanting to save money on my electricity. But it’s proven to be faulty. I should have learned my lesson, that if something sounds too good to be true - it most likely is. Sad! Buyer beware!!

My husband and I received an invitation to attend a seminar which we attended 5/20/25. Chase gave an excellent presentation that was informative and interesting. We then scheduled to have someone come to our home that same evening. Travis Potts came to our home, provided additional information and set us up for install on 5/21/25. Shawn R and Alex Carr arrived on time, completed the installation in the amount of time stated, did an excellent job, all were very professional and knowledgeable. The entire process was pleasant. I highly recommend them!!

We were so impressed that after the meeting we made a appointment the same day with Amyx Ryan and signed a contract for2 Solar Fans and Multilayer Installation with Amyax Ryan. The Next Day. The Installers Recardo & Jorden Came and worked very hard with efficiency & Professionalism. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for the entire team that made possible the new healthy vibe at my cottage. I attended a presentation last night (7/17/2024) in Wall, TX, not only was it a lovely meal but Brad's presentation was interesting, informative and thorough. Before I made it home, Ryan called me saying he was already at my home to discuss scheduling!! The installation team of Jeremy A, Christian S and Brandon H showed up this morning (ahead of time-WOW) - these young men never stopped, even in the San Angelo heat and humidity (thanks to a nice morning rain). These guys explained everything to me, were polite and cleaned up (my house was cleaner when they left than when they got here) after themselves. I can certainly feel a difference in air quality in my house thanks to KOOLBlanket insulation in my attic and the EcoProbiotic System. They even wrapped my hot water heater in a KOOLBlanket hug!!! What a pleasant experience!!! In less than twenty-four hours, I feel like I have a new home and know that there are still businesses that DELIVER what they promise.

Not sure yet, spent $10,000 on attic insulation and that night we had to turn our thermostat up 3 to 4 degrees to stay warm. Got electric bill this week and we used more electricity since insulation added. Still trying to figure out what is wrong.

Scam! The presentation was really impressive but as a home inspector I understand a lot of things about building science that the average person just doesn't know. I caught them saying several things that were simply not true. These presentations of almost every kind that offer a dinner and a very expensive product are carefully designed to manipulate you into thinking things that are not true. Just because you put quotes around something and say some impressive organization or doctor said something doesn't make it true. ALSO, you should ignore all of the five star Google reviews that say I recently bought because they don't know how the product will perform, it's not yet proven. Furthermore there is no way that probiotics eat dust or skin cells thus reducing the prevalence of dust mites and allergies in your house. Probiotics only eat carbohydrates, and most likely they need to be inside a living being. Although I don't know that for sure. They say their Kool blankets are the same stuff that NASA used on the shuttle but when pressed they say it's only similar, which I also didn't believe. Since most heat moves into your attic from the house or into your house from the attic through air movement, not insufficient insulation, laying a Kool blanket over the existing insulation will do little to stop that. There's solar attic fans can be bought on Amazon for less than 1/4 their cost. Their attic insulation on the attic access is a good idea, they don't sell that but included with their service, and there are less expensive way to do it for yourself. Lastly and importantly, they don't install anything themselves but rely on local contractors whom they cannot control. There's no way to check to see if they follow the manufacturer's instructions on the installation and no way to know if they'll stand behind their work because they don't work for healthy homes 365. Don't be fooled, don't buy these products.

If you want to improve your home comfort, efficiency, or indoor air quality call a local reputable energy auditor or building performance company.

Getting a brochure with product description, it's benefits, estimated pricing and contact information would have helped. We had Healthy Home 365 install their probiotic air cleaner and foil insulation in our home on the 7th of August. The technician damaged our ceiling vent kneeling on it and caused a hole in a water line next to the vent. After they left my Husband found the ceiling damage along with water dripping and went in to the attic. He pulled 2 bags of sopping wet insulation out. While he was up there he noticed they laid the insulation on top of all the stuff instead of tucking it under like they said they would and there was a lot of areas without insulation.. it looked like middle school students did the job.. We contacted their customer service and told them about the damage and told them to get their product out of our house. They came the next day hours late, pulled their stuff out and said someone would contact us about the damage. No one has contacted us and they don't answer our calls. We filed a complaint With the Better Business Bureau and were advised that the company does not do the installation but contracts it out. Seems to be the response for all the complaints I found. We were coerced into buying the insulation and this company does not have any pride nor does it stand behind its word.

Dinner was good presentation was really good. The follow up visit went well, HOWEVER after reviewing the contract there was a MAJOR discrepancy with the square footage they wanted to charge me for. I was concerned that someone that does this for a living doesn't know how to accurately measure and give me a estimate(which was THOUSANDS of dollars). I brought this to their attention the next day but they didn't show up on time and made a false excuse. Then when they showed up to the house they gave a DIFFERENT excuse. Needless to say the installation did not happen and will not happen. Low integrity and work ethics.

I hate high pressure salesmen! I have already cancelled my order because I was pressured into a product that will take 20-60 years to break even before it pays itself off. This is not a scam, just a high pressure sale that takes too long to start paying for itself!!!

Fred’s presentation was excellent; Omari and Cindy (?) did an excellent job taking my measurements and answering my questions. I asked if it was possible to estimate the energy savings expected with all their recommendations. Omari said 20% - 50%, but, understandably, they’d err on the conservative end of the estimate. But I calculated the best case ROI, and it came out to 21.5 years. I’m going have to see a better ROI than that to spend that kind of money.

Nice people but don’t live up to their word. I purchased their kool blue product for my ac unit. I was told that if I ever needed it replaced due to an ac service issue they would do so at no charge. I had some work done on my ac and lost my refrigerant. I contacted them on 9-14-19 and was told I would be contacted. After sending them several emails I received a promise be contacted but so far no contact. Disappointing.

I just spoke with Robert Wright and got another Kool Spin. I took advantage of two Kool Spins last year and Kool Windows and my electric bill didn't exceed $90.00 this year. I really enjoyed working with Seth and the install team last year as well. Healthy Home 365 products really do work.

We really liked the multi-layer insulation and will probably have it installed in the future. BUT: We attended a presentation on Saturday given by Brad. We were interested in a quote but had essentially no time that day. (Something else came up after we had made the reservation and family was waiting on us.) We wanted him to come out and give us the quote but when we started to talk about looking at calendars that's when we found out it had to be that day. We explained our situation and the response we got (which I did not appreciate at all) was "Well you had time for a two hour presentation, you must have another 20 minutes." We had already heard him say that he would be seeing another couple so we verified that there was another estimator available, and we agreed to meet him that day so he could measure our attic and give us a quote. We live five minutes from the restaurant. 40 minutes later I was about to leave when Brad arrived. He gave the excuse that he went to another lead's address by mistake first. While here, he asked us questions about products presented in the presentation. After about 20 minutes he asked us questions about the size of our home, I had been basically sitting at the edge of my seat, obviously antsy about getting to the event I needed to be at and constantly trying to move things along. I even had to answer, while Brad was talking products, a text from my daughter about when we were going to arrive and I made Brad aware of that. He wrote up a quote, without leaving our living room, even though he had specifically said that they would measure the attic with lasers so they could give us an accurate quote. It appears, based on our experience, that he could have given us the quote at the restaurant. We had agreed to have an A/C product added to our unit, but Brad couldn't get it to work. Another installer could be there in an hour which we flatly declined, so Brad said he'd have the scheduler call us. We finally were able to get on the road to our event 2 HOURS after the end of the presentation and more than an hour after Brad arrived at our house. So much for having an "extra 20 minutes." On Sunday, admittedly still a little hot about the disrespect for our time the day before, I realized that Brad had our check but we had no product and no scheduled installation. So I called him. He assured me that the scheduling supervisor had a note on his desk and would see it first thing Monday morning. "He'll take care of it first thing." It is now Tuesday, almost noon. I have canceled the order and, just to be safe, have put a stop payment on my check. Brad gives a great presentation but is seriously lacking in listening skills (we had to explain/decline stuff several times), was not at all respectful of OUR time, and apparently more interested in a sale (any sale) and a five star review (he was going to "walk me through the review because it can be confusing" and had actually started it when I insisted I could do it on my own) than in providing good customer service for people to whom he's pitching (in our case) a $12,000 product.

The company is quick to take your money, but when it comes to do an inspection or see how the customer feels about the product, you will never hear from them again. The initial presentation was done by Kyle and we were lead to believe that the MLI would help cool the upstairs; it did not and has not. As far as we are concerned it was a waste of 5k. Any attempts to contact Chase,the installer director have been met with incredulity that their product does not work.

Absolutely stellar!! So impressed with this company when I only went to seminar last night. They came to assess my home for what I needed. They were thorough, honest and friendly. You can’t say that about a lot of companies anymore. Always weary about what someone is trying to sell you is true. They were honest & knew what they were talking about. I highly recommend the Eco Probiotic System and Mr. Kevin Canton as your top sales consultant. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Without any hesitation, he shared with my family and I the values of what Healthy Homes 365 products had to offer for my home. I am a single mother of 4, along with 2 dogs and 3 cats, my children has allergies and eczema all year round especially from dust, pollen and dander. I myself suffer from dyhistrotic eczema and often have flair ups from stress, allergies, chemicals, etc. Using household cleaning supplies can cause great amounts of flair up on my epidermis because of the ingredients of harsh chemicals these cleaning supplies contain. I also switched from Lysol and Chlorox which contain many toxic ingredients to a “greener” method of cleaning spray. Although many “green” cleaners say that they are biodegradable formulas that are free from phosphate and chlorine, supposedly making it safer for us and the environment, my family was still having issues breathing. My kids still coughed up and had a great amount of phlegm, congestion and hives from allergic reactions to the excess amount of use from the cleaning supplies. Sometimes we think that if we use a lot more of the product, we think that’s its doing its job. Not true. Since our installation of the EPS365, my children can breathe much better, no more wheezing and phlegm. No more dehumidifiers, less use of an inhaler. They’re not sick every or every other month. The cost of my energy bill is much more efficient. I have extra money for the kids. I haven’t had a flair up on my hands since. We bought a home allergy test kit to see if the product stood up to its name, and it definitely did! I just wish someone would have shared this product with my family sooner. Mr. Canton was very friendly, he answered all of my questions without hesitation, he was efficient and very patient with us. I didn’t feel like I was being sold just a product, I felt like someone was there to help and give my family a peace of mind. I highly recommend him and this product. I hope they know he is a true asset to Healthy Homes 365, you have star associate!

We had this type of technology installed last week, only due to the structure of our roof, we had the ceiling treated from indoors. We purchased the insulation, solar fans, KOOLblue & the EPS System. The results have been incredible. All of my rooms are the same temp, we use less A/C & heat, and the air is cleaner. The EPS unit has been so affective my daughter is completely off her allergy medicine & my allergies are far less. We are no longer suffering! I am so thankful for this company.
