My request was a pest control. However, the solution simply sprayed the pest control products, and shared the rodent inspection. As a result, at home, I find more than two cockroaches everyday.

I used Haven in the past and was pleased with the service. Chris is very personable and exemplifies the professionalism of the company. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He explained the additional services I asked about so I signed up for more.

Chris was a great help setting up a rodent extermination system and answering all my questions on how to prevent and spot different signs of pest activity. He explained all the prevention measures and was very informative. The response time was extremely quick. It ain’t cheap but honestly it’s worth the peace of mind to just have experts deal with this mess so I don’t have to fight the rat wars myself. AND I’m glad that the poison used will not cause secondary poisoning.

I was complaining because that week our company had cancelled on me for the second time and I was frustrated with them. So I we called Haven Pest over to give us a quote, they are a smaller company and immediately I felt like I was not just and account number to them. They came to the property to understand our needs and the the next day we got a quote. Following week they came to do the service. I was impressed as they turned up when they said and addressed all the concerns we had.I felt like I was kept in the loop the whole time. We had had our previous company for over 5 years and the last 2 years they let us down all the the time with no shows. Should have swapped out sooner these guys are great. Polite, knowledgable and on time. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
