Nathan Smith, came to my house and inspected my attic insulation. Very friendly and kind. Showed me photos that he took while he was up in the attic!

Had my attic topped off in June from <R18 to R49. Went from having the heater on for 20+ hours down to 13 hours over the span of 48 hours during the Texas freeze.

Energy attic came and installed a radiant barrier in our attic. They also added 8” of insulation and an attic tent around our drop down opening to the attic! Juan was very nice and the crew was efficient! Randy also came out to check on the progress. I felt like they were very thorough! I would recommend energy attic!

I'm very irritated and even after days of giving myself to calm down, I'm still angry. I know for a fact that I asked if the quote and payment we gave for attic insulation, included over the garage. I was told yes, and I know I asked at least three times, and was told yes. The two other people in the home, heard it as well. The over the garage was not insulated. Now I understand, that I should have checked before I left the other review. That's on me. I shouldn't have taken anyone else's word, and I should have gotten the ladder and looked. When I texted the man who came here, I was told yes "no, it only includes over living space". The insulation over the living space is nicely done. I am very pleased with that. Just very irritated that, what I was told was going to happen, and included, turns out it's not.

Came out and gave us an estimate for an.attic fan and vents. That went great. On installation day - call fan was "damaged in shipping" no show. Never heard from them again. 12 days later I sent an email to them and phone call asking Ashley for my deposit back after the job was abandoned. They never refunded my deposit despite my asking for it twice verbally and by email. It turned out to be a HUGE hassle, They tried to keep my deposit for a job they never completed....! I had to then dispute it with my credit card company and it took another 20 days - to get my money back from the dispute filing. It was a friggin nnightmare for my family.

When they visted the site for assessment to provide their quotation, i learned so much from them that helped me to make an informed decision. Their first quotation was very competitive and I didn't need to negotiate. As far as the job is concerned they simply delivered. I have absolutely no issues. Energy Attic is the absolute best for all HVAC needs! We had water dripping through our ceiling due to a frozen condensation line. After discussion with Andrew and the owner Ryan we knew that we would need to get a new system to replace our 23 year old unit. As a side note, Energy Attic had helped us to get more life out of our old unit for the last 3 years so there was never pressure to replace the unit when it was repairable. The entire team of people were upfront, trustworthy, reliable and acted with the utmost integrity. They showed up when they said they would, the stayed until the job was finished and we are once again very comfortable in our home with this new and efficient unit. I will never use anyone else and i recommend the same for everyone out there.

Energy Attic, Randy and every member of the crew were outstanding. We had return ducts added, leaks taped and sealed, dampers added and insulation done. They took the time when they got here to plan out exactly where and how they would make the additions. Everyone was very respectful of my home and took time to not only prevent dust from falling but also cleaned any that did. My job was scheduled and completed ASAP. As busy as they are at this time of year I was very pleased with the quickness and efficiency in which this job was completed. Energy Attic is definitely now my HVAC/Attic company forever more. UPDATE 2025: New home needed some updates. Called Energy Attic and Ashley got me scheduled with Andrew ASAP. Andrew assessed what was needed and Carlos and Brian came out and got a new plenum with dampers installed along with an additional return duct, straightened up some ductwork and replaced a furnace junction/wire. Nate was very knowledgeable and super professional. He answered all my questions and didn’t try to upsell me unnecessarily. Frankly, I was expecting the crazy upsell. I was presently surprised. I had bids from 4 other companies and Nate just seemed genuine to me.

The whole process with this company has been WONDERFUL, and smoothly executed, from beginning to end. Starting with Nathan, he gave me several options to work with, since I wasn't sure how I wanted to approach the timing. Ashley was very flexible with payment options too, which helped with the cost timeline. BOTH were extremely responsive and patient with all my questions and concerns. We needed to do some modifications in the attic and didn't want to do it until the old insulation and cleaning was done. Nathan gladly gave me the option of a second trip to blow in the new insulation, with only fuel charge added. This gave us the much-needed time to complete our modifications over the weekend. On both visits, Juan and his team techs, Ricardo and Jose were PROMPT and did a thorough job, even taking care of some things not on the job order. Couldn't ask for a better crew! Excavation, sanitizing, sealing and new insulation DONE! After some not-so-good companies doing previous projects, I have to say, this is a great company to work with.👍 UPDATE: I am adding to my post... The team at Energy attic was great at fixing an imbalance issue at our family’s office. The work was completed quickly and all the rooms have much better temperature control. Scheduling was easy and Ryan and his team were great!

This is the third company we have had out to look at our AC unit that was installed wrong. Energy Attic replaced all of my ducts in the attic and added insultation. They did a fantastic job and we are so pleased with the work done. They had excellent communication from start to finish. The tech did a great job explaining what we needed and why. The install crew were on time, friendly and very neat. They put in a long day to make sure we had A/C that night. They even tacked up some other insultation that had fallen down. The result was an amazing difference. The insulation crew came next day and we also on time, friend and super clean. I highly recommend them! The before and after pics really tell the story.

I recently had new insulation put into my attic by Energy Attic and was very pleased! The installers were very friendly & professional. They arrived on time, as scheduled, and did a fantastic job on the installation! Afterwards, they cleaned up everything, they even took a couple of heavy things down from the attic for me and carried them out to the street for the trash pick up! I couldn’t be more satisfied with Energy Attic and their installers!

Andrew serviced my AC and did a good job. he was on time, got it taken care of, and it’s working great now. Would definitely call him again.

Andrew was an absolute godsend for us. He came out quickly when we were stuck in the heat, no one else would return our calls. He fixed the issue quickly and I was shocked how fairly priced it was! We have had experiences before where we felt like we couldn’t trust what the technician was saying because it felt very sales pitchy. Andrew was very honest and straightforward. He had good energy and I could tell that he was not yanking us around. We had him back out to do an annual maintenance on our unit and that was fabulous as well. Can’t recommend Andrew enough. He’s a standup guy and he knows what he’s talking about.

Energy Attic did an amazing job transforming our attic. They removed the chicken wire and old insulation from the HVAC and sprayed with closed cell foam, eliminating all leaks. They removed all insulation from a home that is 76 years old and had at least 4 different types on insulation and blew in new fiberglass insulation. This is the second home we have used Energy Attic to replace insulation in the attic and will use them again if we ever own another home. Randy especially was amazing to work with on both our projects – he is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and truly cares about his clients and doing an amazing job. We Scheduled an appointment to have our HVAC units serviced. They were almost 2 weeks out on scheduling (which is fine). The day before the appointment, I get a call there’s an “emergency” and they need to reschedule for another day. Rescheduled for today, and all of a sudden there’s another “emergency “ that actually just happened this morning. I said “that’s the same thing you told me last time”. Now, here we are having been waiting for all these weeks in a company who we’ve already paid and who’s clearly lying to us. So much for being faith based and operating with integrity. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you just want to wait for your unit to not function in 90+ degree weather.

Andrew and his team are absolutely amazing. They did such a wonderful job with the installation of my AC and furnace. They also they did my insulation last year and nothing but the best service!!!

From the first interaction with Kristin to schedule a free inspection of my attic with Brent Hare to then scheduling the work to both blow in 8 inches of fiberglass insulation and install a radiant barrier with Summer, every step was a breeze. Brent was punctual and explained what he identified as the most beneficial things we could do to reduce our utility bills while also improving the air quality in our house. When I needed a little flexibility with scheduling the work to be performed, Summer was so pleasant and helpful. The crew showed up right on time and got to work immediately. Cannot recommend this place enough. I live outside of Dallas and called in with a lot of questions, planning to do the job myself because I live so far away. Super happy with this company. They were less than half the price of the lowest next bidder, but they actually did more work than the others promised. Brent was super professional and no pressure. The guys who actually came to do the work were also very professional. Zero complaints from me and nothing but a happy customer.

To start, just bought a new home and quickly realized we had a significant cooling issue on one side of the house. Energy attic quickly identified the problem, investigated, quoted, and installed the insulation missed by the builder/inspector/ etc nearly 20 yrs ago. My wife and I can already feel the difference and suspect we avoided some sweeting, huge electric bills and HvAc problems during this and future summers. If you have similar issues, I would be sure to give Energy Attic a call because the solution might be easier and cheaper than you think. Plus, who wants to be crawling around your attic when you can have them do it for you.

This company is a delight to work with! Brent was great! He answered all of my questions and quickly got me a quote. Due to some unexpected family health issues, we had to postpone the radiant barrier installation by a couple of weeks but when the crew showed up to do the work, they did an awesome job! Such a huge difference already in how comfortable our home feels now too! Looking forward to seeing our next energy bills as we know they will be down! Already recommended them to two of our neighbors so far!

I could not have been more impressed. From Brent coming out to do the estimate, to Stephanie following up with options, to the crew who came out for the install. They were all outstanding! The crew was very professional and efficient. When they were done, they offered for me to go up and see what they had done. I was shocked how level they were able to blow the insulation in. It was like a tabletop! They had a few dime size pieces follow them down on the garage floor where they stopped to clean that up immediately. With the extreme lack of customer service/satisfaction these days, working with y'all truly was a breath of fresh air.

These guys really know what they’re doing. Period. I know because I really put them through the wringer with my questions and scrutiny prior to approving the project to replace my old, embattled 5T HVAC system which had been limping along since moving into the home less than a year ago. As a licensed chemical engineer myself, I know enough from my day job that my original setup was in a sad state - not just because of age/disrepair, but also because of some atrocious design choices made many years ago. I needed an overhaul, and EnergyAttic delivered throughout an entire process: design, equipment selection, installation, and optimization. They entertained the myriad of technical questions I had; and when they didn’t know the answer, they made sure to put me in touch with someone that did and took notes. At one point they even brought in a corporate Lennox engineering rep to directly address my inquiries, which was certainly unexpected (but welcomed firmly by this engineer). While this is the type of engagement I expect when I find myself spending so much cash on something as engineered as an HVAC system/ducting (something I personally understand well), I also recognize that may not be the typical HVAC customer. With this in mind, I’ll be clear in stating that even though I may have been heavily involved in my own system design, I would fully trust EnergyAttic even if I wasn’t so informed. The guys who stayed with me this whole way (Andrew and Chris) were outstanding professionals that can easily explain complex issues and articulate the value of any options they present. Additionally, they employ some critical installation practices that are above and beyond what I’ve seen others do in the past, and these lesser-known/added steps are critical to ensuring that your system performs to the manufacturer’s nameplate conditions up to (and hopefully beyond) the upper expected lifespan limit of the equipment - steps I prescribe in my day job to reduce maintenance issues/costs and maximize equipment life. Lastly, their work was simply “pretty” and clean (see photo). It’s clear they take serious pride in their work! Ultimately, an investment in HVAC is an investment in comfort - both in terms of physical comfort in the conditioned space AND mental/financial comfort that you’ll have a system that performs as described for a long time (possibly well beyond “typical”). EnergyAttic knows how to deliver on this to maximize value (i.e. - [Comfort x Time]) for your money, and I’d be happy to work with them again in the future.

Energy Attic replaced our attic insulation in April of 2024. We couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. David and his crew were excellent, they were in and out and did very thorough and high quality work. We have noticed a huge difference in the temperature and humidity regulation in our home as well as cleaner air quality.

Energy Attic re-insulated my 25 year old attic, but thats a misnomer as they do so much more than that! Andrew comes first and does a assessment on the best course of action to improve your attic. He was professional and very courteous as he explained that the he recommended the following: 1. Vacuuming all the existing insulation from the attic. 2. Sealing all ceiling air leakages (fan, light, bathroom fans, etc) 3. Attic disinfection because of pests 4. Installation of soffit baffles (not required when my house was built but very important) 5. Blown in r49 insulation 6. Installation of damper to even out cold master bathroom in winter 7. Installation of turtle vent on unvented side of house I accepted all recommendations and a few days later the install team directed by Paco show up exactly at the appointed time. They were very considerate of the home as they worked tirelessly on all the install items and after they left I could not even tell that they had been there. What a difference in the house after the installation. The HVAC hardly turns on any more and the whole house just feels "friendlier" (don't now how to describe it better). After that experience, I decided to use Energy Attic as my HVAC maintenance company. Again, Andrew came but I threw a curve ball at him by surprising him with 2 IWave-r units (great home air quality devices) that I wanted him to install in addition to checking out the HVAC system. "No problem" he replied and did a professional job in the installation. I have lived in Dallas for 40 years and in multiple homes and have never received service of this quality.

Energy Attic installed a radiant barrier, solar attic fan and extra insulation in our attic. Casey was great at explaining the process and even came by afterwards to make sure all looked good and was to our liking. The installers were professional and friendly. We had a small ceiling crack show up during the installationand someone came the next morning to repair it (looks as good as new). We hope to see lots of saving from this work come summer. We highly recommend Energy Attic!

We accepted the "BEST" option that was recommended by Casey Moran to transform our attic. The difference is already evident with the addition of insulation, the radiant barrier, ductwork and a solar attic fan. The pictures speak volumes! I noticed an immediate difference in the airflow to the front bedroom, where we could not keep up with the direct sun for almost the entire day! I had to install a window unit to keep the room livable. This is going to make a huge difference in my energy bill, which was $496, $584 and & $586 for the last 3 months. Ethan and the crew were amazing and left everything clean and tidy! Thank you, Energy Attic for exceptional service!

It was days away from being 10 degrees for a few days and my heater broke. I called Seth at Energy Attic at 9 AM and by 10 AM Andrew from Energy Attic was at my home to evaluate the situation. Andrew was quick to find the problem. The part I needed was not available around town but there was a store that had the part in Fort Worth. Andrew drove to Fort Worth for the part and replaced the part and fixed my heater before 4PM. This is the second time I have called them and they were immediately there to fix my problem at a reasonable price. I will always call them any time I have A/C needs.

We recently had the furnace checkup with Energy Attic. Andrew was prompt, cheerful and proficient. The home service went well. I'd also like to acknowledge Cathy who works on scheduling appointments and answering questions. She's a pleasure to speak with, can usually answer your questions right away. If not, she calls you back when she gets the information.

Multiple opportunities to complete agreed work promised before hired. I was told by they're expert of areas the that still need addressed after the initial installation. They even sent me photos of the issues. They never came back out to complete the work. I have open gaps and can still see day light coming through my roof. Instead of completing the work they chose to run my credit card without my permission. Which I never gave them permission to store my credit card information quite concerning." Company stated a min of 20% energy savings when quoted. The trailer they showed up in stated 50% energy savings. My ac runs more now than it ever did before. Called to speak with them about the situation. Of course I don't mind paying for the work once completed or even if we have an action plan to address issues. Instead the manager told me they are done with the job. I was told they have zero intention to address any of the issues pointed out by they're expert. He then told me to hire my own expert if I feel differently. All being said, the only expectancy I have is what was originally promised. A sealed, more energy efficient attic space.

We had Energy Attic install a radiant barrier in our home to help reduce the brutal Texas heats impact on our home. Full transparancy we had some issues with the installation vs what we were told during the sales process...which happens sometime. What's important is how Energy Attic handled it...they took care of the issues and even threw in some extras as an apology for the issues which says a lot about them and their drive to ensure the customer is happy. My family and I have used Energy Attic for all our HVAC needs and they have been amazing. Whether it was a small issue or our entire system needing to be replaced, all the technicians have been able to help us quickly and act professionally. The team is very qualified and we’re able to take us from our AC system dying on a Tuesday to a brand new system in less than a week during the busiest time of the year in greater than 100 degree weather. Could not recommend a HVAC company higher.

Energy Attic sticks by their word and will do everything in their power to do the job right, or make it right if there is an issue. Our home was designed in an incredibly non efficient way which made it hard to keep the attic ventilated in our upstairs room. Energy Attic worked for months designing solutions to help correct our homes excessive heat issues. In the end, they were up front and honest when asked if there was a solution that would solve our problem completely. When they said there was no guarantee I knew that they were not in it for the money, but rather to help people solve their attic and home energy issues.

From the get go these guys were quick to respond, quick to get here and quick to complete the work. I had several estimates and was a heavy lean to Energy Attic. I will be recommending Brent and EA to friends and family 👍🏼 Oh yea and the 105+ days had my attic at 150+ degrees before radiant barrier. Since it was installed my attic hasn’t been above 115-120 and those were HOT days. Great results 🎉

Our experience with Energy Attic was Great! Coordination was great, the service was quick, and everything was clean when they left our home. We are already feeling the difference - the attic is so much cooler and our A/C units are not working near as hard, even with the record temps.

Energy Attic was amazing from start to finish. I almost never leave reviews, but I needed to for these guys. Casey was our rep that came out and looked everything over. He gave us options for our attic insulation, and was very knowledgeable about each of the 3 options. As soon as we agreed with the quote, the next day we were called and got the insulation installation scheduled. The two guys who came out to do the work were nice, courteous, and did amazing work . Not to mention they got done FAST. It was maybe 2 hours time, but I think truly was closer to 1 hour 30 mins to 1 hour 45 mins. Casey followed up with us and was in great contact the whole time. Alexis even helped us get a bit of simple paperwork filled out so we could get a pretty large credit on our Garland Power & Light utility bill! Overall, our experience with this business was amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their attic insulation worked on, or find a better solution for cooling/heating their house. They even rearranged ducts to make more space to go in my attic. Before they left, made sure to test the cooling, heating, setup thermostat and helped me with getting the app to control via phone. We have an older home and our attic was too hot. I contact three companies for an estimate on how to lower the temperature in the attic. On Thursday morning, Mike Schrantz came to the house. He explained all of our options and the cost of each. A second company came out that afternoon and and offered us one expensive option. I had to ask about other options. The third company still has not replied. Monday morning, Jaun and his crew came to install radiant barrier, blow in more insulation and make a few other changes to the attic. They were professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves. I could not ask for a better experience when dealing with a company! I highly recommend this company. Thank you Energy Attic!!

I researched multiple firms for insulation installation and it was between two different firms one of these being Energy Attic. I did go with the other firm just due to personal scheduling. We hired energy attic for radiant barrier and insulation to R38. They did a phenomenal job from start to the end. Mike was very informative and the workers were very courteous and diligent. During the process one of our AC thermometer went out, and I thought it was something with wiring since they were up there but it ended up being the thermometer just went dead. They even replaced that for us without any cost, which I appreciated a lot. Thanks energy attic.

I worked with Chris at Energy Attic to replace my entire AC system, move the blower into the attic from a wall closet, add radiant barrier, and increase the insulation to recommended levels. While there were bumps along the road (as to be expected in a project this size), the Energy Attic team kept me in the loop as to what was going on. The overwhelming majority of the project was done in 3 days, with inspection going perfectly. The office staff was especially helpful in answering calls, sending documentation, helping with financing, and being available to answer questions. I have had no problems since, and have already seen a drop in electricity usage since the switch. I would gladly use and recommend them again.

February 2022: Energy Attic repaired problems we experienced with our aging A/C system. They are patient to answer questions and willing to provide multiple solutions to consider. We never felt pressure to pay for anything we didn’t need. From the first person that answers the phone, to the person who does the work, their team is top notch. Update May 2022: with the rising temperatures, we realized our old air conditioner was just not going to make it through another year. It was time to bite the bullet and ask the team at Energy Attic to come replace the whole system last week, and we’re so glad we took the expert advice to invest in the two-stage 16 SEER unit. We’ve lived in this house for over 17 years and the air has never felt better. The immediate difference in steady air temperature and lower humidity is unbelievable! I can’t imagine how much better it’ll be when we do the radiant barrier and new attic insulation in the months ahead. Thank you!

I want to start off by saying everyone that I've worked and talked with including the crew that sucked out the insulation in the attic was friendly and upbeat. My issue is with the product and the lack of resolve. The product in this case was removing, sealing and sanitizing my attic. We just bought the house and felt it was needed. This was my first and only call for the job. With such great reviews, informative videos, and pictures of what I hoped my attic could turn into I thought I had the company for me. Examining the attic after the insulation removal made my heart sink that I might of made a wrong choice. I am not saying you will not be happy with YOUR product but I feel I paid about three times what the job was worth and after sending my concerns with my paid in full invoice last week I still have had no response from the Energy Attic. I just wanted to make sure that know one reading this will go in with blind faith like I did. Know what you are paying for and what isn't included in your estimate.

Energy Attic has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Seth not only diagnosed our issue quickly and confidently, but everything about the service and price was honest. It’s hard to find HVAC businesses in the area that are honest with their pricing and their service, not to mention good quality. Great quality work, great service, and honesty sums this company up!

I normally do not post reviews for any company, but I have to for EnergyAttic. Chris Gage and his team did an outstanding job in our attic! We installed radiant barrier and added 10 inches of insulation and we have noticed a huge difference in the recent 100 degree Texas weather! Our AC units now reach the desired temp and turn off when they are supposed to instead of struggling to keep up all day and constantly running. The temperature inside the house is comfortable now and the cool air no longer dissipates so quickly after the units run. I know we will have a warmer winter now due to the same reason. This was a very good investment and will save us lots of money in the years to come. Outstanding team and they finished this all in a day! Highly recommend!

This is the same review I posted on Yelp: I would not recommend using Energy Attic for any AC needs. I did, and they sent over a nice young man who did not know how to work on my AC unit. He was at my house for about 2 hours, on the phone with other technicians most of the time. He fiddled with a lot of things, and when he left he told me that my compressor was bad. Energy Attic then sent me an estimate for $7200 for a new 14 seer unit, or $8000 for a 16 seer unit. I called another company to look at it, and the guy that came over found the issue in 5 minutes, and had everything working perfectly when he left, about 10 minutes in all. Energy Attic then billed me for $150 for the technician coming over. I called and asked why it was $150, when they had told me it was $130 initially, and also explained that the other company fixed the issue, and that I didn't need a new AC. They changed the bill to $130, and said that they didn't know why they charged $150. I really don't think they should have charged me anything. Also, after their technician left my AC was very low on coolant, and I know he was messing with that. A little coolant screw plug was also missing. So I had to pay for those, which was another $100 plus. And when I asked the other guy how much for a new AC unit, he quoted me $4500, which is around what I have seen advertised by others. So maybe these guys are good with attics, but not with AC.

I don’t recommend them at all for high end luxury homes as they do not have the skill set to fix uneven heating and cooling issues over large square footage. They charged me an arm and leg for their services but the insulation work was not even up to code and the fixes in the HVAC zoning cost me so much with poor outcome. When they first met me, their quote to complete the work was so monstrous I could not even believe. I had to knock it down by 70%. I still ended up paying more than twice of what another company would have charged me. I had to insist they use Nest throughout the house as their first option was so basic and so noisy it had to be removed across all sections of the house. I had to bring another company to fix the issues. Even on their last visit, I kept complaining one section of the house does not cool enough. They are so juvenile that did not even know that Nest And sensors don’t work in the high end system was was sitting in that section. It needed its own thermostat which they probably threw away when they first started working on my issues. So the unit had not been cooling since they finished work in my house. And they did not even know. That’s just unacceptable. Their service maintenance quotes were almost 40% higher than that of the company I finally deployed. When someone looks at the quality of the house and charges accordingly which is what I think was happening with me, you have to be very careful. I do not recommend this company at all. I’ve learnt a very expensive lesson. Please ask them what’s the maximum square footage they have ever worked on. If your home falls within that range, you are probably ok. Else, be very wary. I paid a big price trusting them.

Mike found issues that another company didn’t see that would have caused issues down the road, gave me a thorough explanation of the lack of insulation in my attic and different options cost wise. I was approved for financing, and scheduled the same day. And my insulation issues plus additional services will be done within a week of Mike coming out to give me a quote. Communication has been great with the company and very happy I found them!

I could not say enough kind things about the Energy Attic Team. Their customer service, sales and service staff all put me as their first priority. I had a radiant barrier and 16 inches of insulation installed and the temperature difference in my house dropped 10 degrees! To start with i got a quote from another company who seemed very unprofessional despite a few good reviews on google. Energy attic was the second company i called and i got a quote same day, and had my insulation installed less than a week later. I can't speak highly enough of this company! Everyone i spoke with was courteous and explained things very well, seemed knowledgeable and communicated very clearly. I've recommended them now to at least 4 other people and i couldn't be happier with the whole process start to finish. Prices are competitive but their customer service is unmatched. I'd give 6 stars if i could!

She scheduled Seth to come assess our situation. Seth was prompt for our appointment and was very professional and thorough. He explained available options and the following day we received his proposal. My husband called the office to ask about a few details and Ryan personally responded. We had both systems replaced. The entire crew was very professional; Lopez was meticulous with the installation. They covered our flooring with protective cloth, cleaned up all of the debris, and left inside and outside tidy. I did a lot of research regarding different types of radiant barrier before choosing Energy Attic. My house was becoming difficult to cool when the summer was so hot. I had already installed a new A/C unit but it wasn't helping much. I had Energy Attic install foil radiant barrier, new installation in the attic and a solar attic fan. It made such a difference in the cooling of the house as well as on our bills. It was worth every dollar spent! Ryan and the staff were very professional and timely on responses. There was no pressure or "up selling" and they cleaned up so well after there job was done. My sister used them and a neighbor too. Both were very pleased. The mark of a great customer service experience isn't when everything goes well, but when something goes sideways and how that company reacts. Energy Attic put the sideways scenario to the test and passed with flying colors. Briefly, when they installed the radiant barrier nearly two years ago, a strap to the a/c condenser coil was cut and not reattached. Over time, this caused the mets to warp and caused a drainage situation that could have caused a flood. When I got my a/c person together with Guy from Energy Attic, they went through the situation like professionals and agree it was an install issue. I forwarded the repair estimate to Energy Attic and two days later received a check. That is what I expected and they delivered. No excuses. I should also note the radiant barrier and insulation work they did has saved me at least $100/month in power. The house is far more comfortable to live in as well. In closing, I would choose Energy Attic all over again, not only for the products and overall workmanship, but also (and most importantly) because they stand behind their work. No excuses.

When it comes to contractors and utility people, we've had about a billion unpleasant to average service experiences. There have been one or two above average experiences, but it certainly seems like standards have gone done considerably. HOWEVER! However, Energy Attic has blown us away with their honesty and their character and their work. Pricing was very competitive and the work was stellar. Even now after the job was done, the crew chief has checked up with us a couple of times to make sure we are satisfied. Seriously, hire this company. They deserve it. They are committed and totally upfront and honest. Didn't even upsale us. Just blown away by this company.

And best - the A/C is working as it should (it had been running all day), and we don't have to have the temp as low since installation.

Our experience with Energy Attic was outstanding. They installed a radiant barrier, a couple solar powered attic fans and added insulation. They did the work as scheduled and professionally including a comprehensive checklist at the end to make sure nothing else was disturbed. After all of the work was done they cleaned up completely. I really enjoyed using Energy Attic. They were very friendly on the phone, gave me a clear bid and told me when they would arrive and hold long it would take. The guys were professional and very polite. Within about two hours they were done, packed up and cleaned up. It was like they hadn't even been there. he biggest immediate difference was how cool I could keep my house. We were experiencing a string of 100 degree days and I couldn't keep it at 75 degrees if I tried. I immediately was able to keep in the low seventies without it running nearly as much. That made my pregnant wife quite happy. I live in a 1,400 SF house, built in the fifties, which prior to the Energy Attic insulation basically had none. I would highly recommend Energy Attic to anyone considering lowering their energy costs and usage while making their home more comfortable.
