Bug best helped with a complex rodent problem in my car. They were very prompt in response and scheduling an appointment. They resolved the problem and the billing process was an ease.

Bug Head continues to do a fantastic job in keeping pests out of our home. On the most recent visit I got to meet one of the newer technicians John. John was extremely courteous and thorough of the quarterly service. He made sure to answer any questions I had and treated my specific concerns of potential any activity near a patio area.

We had our first treatment today. The tech was friendly and patient with our dog and kids. He was also knowledgeable and thorough. Two thumbs up :)

Been a faithful for more than 5 years….<br>I had a make up appointment because these guys were a no call no show on Thursday was made for a Saturday. A technician rang my doorbell at 7am on Saturday, not even during their own set business hours. The technician reported he treated the inside and outside and he did not. He did not step foot in my home and told the boss he did. After being a customer for more than 5 years, I am super disappointed with your service and the way you handled the situation of your employee lying about what treatment he provided. I sadly had to cancel my services, this place is NOT what it used to be.

Just had my initial treatment with Bug Head Pest Control. Breann was courteous, explained exactly what she was going to do, and then proceeded to do the job. She was very nice and instructed me on how long I needed to keep my two small dogs inside before they could go back out. Glad I decided to call them.

We had some trouble with roaches appearing lately in our bathroom and the technician Walter from Bug Head came to spray inside and outside. He was extremely professional and friendly, and after spraying thoroughly he even educated us on the access points the roaches are probably entering from so we could cover them. Thanks Walter!

Contacted Bug Head when we suspected we had rats in our backyard and attic. We upgraded our policy to encompass the rat issue and a tech came out, made his assessment and recommendations, and set traps in the attic. He communicated that he’d be back in a week to check the traps but a smell developed just a few days later. We called to get a tech out earlier than the recheck appointment. They sent a second tech who couldn’t find the trap with the rat. He concluded the rat must’ve dragged the trap off to the rafters, where it could not be retrieved. I complained to him that that was not a sufficient answer. I complained to their representative via phone, who argued that it was a general, expected risk for that to happen, the same as if a rat had simply died up in the attic rafters on its own. After upgrading my policy, paying several hundred dollars for repairs to plug holes where the rats may be gaining access to the home, I got a shrug off from their personnel when I communicated my expectation was for them to catch and remove - not just kill faster than nature intended. The first tech came out soon after to perform the aforementioned repairs around the exterior of the home. He checked the attic and found the dead rat in the trap “easily”.<br><br>Otherwise, we’ve had good and friendly service, coming out several times to work a complaint of wasps, ants, and other pests. Seems like you’ve got to get lucky with the right, competent tech (shoutout to Justin). But certainly not thrilled with the company line just shrugging off that they managed to kill but not effectively capture a rat - THAT WAS EASILY FOUND!

Walter was very courteous and professional in the way that he handled himself. He’s knowledgeable about their products and he offered other services in consideration of our weather’s impact. I can’t wait to see the results!

We’ve been using Bug Head for a 2+ years now for quarterly pest and monthly mosquito treatments and have been very happy with their professionalism and results. Since using them, we rarely see pests inside the house and in fact during their quarterly visits they always ask if we have noticed any bugs and/or problem areas that need special treatment. And generally, I’m skeptical of mosquito treatments but theirs just somehow works. They’re great all around, we are very happy!

Bug Head Pest Control performed an inspection that was fine overall. However, compared to the two other companies I worked with, they identified fewer exclusion points. While the inspector provided some helpful recommendations, the service didn’t feel as comprehensive as the others. It was a fairly standard experience.

Customer Service was great. Received a text letting me know eta.Tech made sure I was aware of some outside damage that was probably caused by squirrels. Definitely appreciate the awareness. She did a job above & beyond. Thanks Breann for a quality service.

I had flea issue at my apartment. Contacted the company online and they sent us instructions before they arrived on time. Fleas are gone after the treatment and I am keeping eyes on them. Also the company has a 3 month warranty, but I hope I wouldn’t have to call them again. Overall I recommend this company, really saves my day.

Kristen at the office was very helpful in providing initial information when we experienced ‘flymaggedon’, a 36-hour period where we killed over 100 house flies in our new house. Jeremy was a great technician, helping us identify potential sources of the problem and leaving us with tools to help address problems immediately as they appear going forward. Thanks for taking time to talk through our concerns. We appreciate all the tips, especially as new homeowners. Also, the initial service was less than our co-pay on our homeowners insurance policy, which was nice.

Overall great service we use the quarterly service for our home indoors/outdoors to keep pests out. Occasionally if we see more bugs than usual they will come back to re-spray again free of charge which shows their commitment to providing good service to customers.

Jeremy came out and knew exactly what needed to be done when he saw the ant mounds near our entrance, and along the property. We are waiting to see the results, as we were told this could take a few days. We are hopeful this will take care of the problem. If not, we appreciate Bug Head's quality service to return and service any problem areas for free between visits.

Technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and accommodating, however the issue we had called them for, (wasp nest removal and treatment to prevent them returning), was not taken care of as I would have liked. The technician informed us that he was out of the stronger wasp killer and had to use a lesser spray that although killed wasps, but honestly I could have bought myself and used. He did knock the nests down but did not make an effort to remove them, we picked them up. Spraying from the ground was not very effective; we figured after the nests were removed he would have gotten on a ladder to get closer to the area to respray where the nests were. He did spray all other areas we asked him to do, but for $100 we could have done the same thing. Wasps are nasty, so we opted to let a professional do it. And, if you’re on a job to treat for wasps, please make sure you have the chemicals needed to do so. Extremely prompt and very courteous, but we expected more. Thank you. Updated review: Bug Head did contact us back immediately and had everything explained to us as far as the wasp treatment we received to our satisfaction. They also offered to come back out free of charge if there were any more issues. This was not necessary. Bug Head went above and beyond to take care of our needs… problem solved!!! Thank you.

I’ve used bug head for years and just love them. Their communication is great and their service is even better. I found the pest control company on Yelp and wanted to give it a try. We have fire ant hills all over and some spiders here or there. Technician who came in was responsive and helpful. Just tried it today have to see how effective their treatment is. They also mentioned to wait for 2 weeks and give them a call if the ants are still a problem.

This is my first time hiring an exterminator for regular services. It was easy to set up and the technician that came out was helpful and quick. The only negative is I would have liked a smaller appointment window from the first.

Look no further, these guys are the absolute best. Easy to communicate with, the techs are always great. Anytime we have an issue with live insects, they respond immediately and are always friendly. We typically see the same tech each quarter so that tells me they take care of their employees well too. I found them on Yelp and have been a loyal customer for at least 4-5 years. I'm in Colleyville and referred a friend in North Richland Hills so they come out pretty far from their base in Richardson! Recently, I had a wasp problem, they came out, couldn't find a nest, but sprayed in the area they were flying around and within a couple of hours, I found two dead wasps, and the next morning a third one. BRAVO team! By the way, they will text you when they are 30-45 minutes out and it's always accurate. Much appreciated since I have a big dog to put away!

I support small businesses when and where I can. But this does not feel like a “mom ‘n pop shop”. The office is always professional and the techs are very knowledgeable. They are quick to do an outside re-service at no charge when the wasps and mud dobbers begin to build nests in between my scheduled service dates. Fast. Effective. Reasonably priced. Jeremy showed up on time, took care of the wasp nest and another nest in the front that I didn’t even know I had. When I asked if they would just charge my card on file I was told there was no charge because I’m paid up for the quarter and this was a reservice. I am impressed. I highly recommend this company!!!
