Devin from 911 Wildlife was great and extremely helpful! We had some chimney sweep birds get into our chimney and he found out how they got in (chimney cap didn’t cover the opening fully). While he wasn’t able to remove them because they are a protected species, but he told us how we can prevent them coming in and that 911 wildlife can take care of our chimney cap. The birds eventually moved out and Devin came back, fixed the chimney cap and all for a great price! We are thankful for him and 911 Wildlife. No more birds in our chimney driving us crazy!

Had squirrels in the attic making a racket and getting into things. 911 Wildlife set an appointment and sent technician (Joey) to evaluate the problem. Joey was punctual, professional, and thorough…walked both the foundation and the entire roof and eaves. Found numerous places along the roof and eaves where the squirrels could come and go and sealed them with metal stripping, which was painted to match the house. A humane approach included installing a one-way door on the last opening to allow the squirrels to exit but not reenter the attic. After a week, the door was removed and the opening sealed. The squirrel issue is over and the work was guaranteed for 10 years. Nights are now peaceful and no more worrying about the possibility of substantial/catastrophic damage squirrels can cause.

Had our second rat in the space of 2 1/2 months, which our pest control company took care of us, but they referred us to 911 Wildlife seal up our home and eliminate the problem in the future. Rob came out last week and gave us a bid, explaining everything that he would do. He followed up today and completed all the work. Very pleased with the results and the professionalism!

Squirrels got into my attic shortly after a new roof installation. I was panicked! I knew I needed 911 Wildlife based on reviews and the positive experience some of my neighbors have had working with them. I had the joy of working with Evan who arrived on time and knew exactly what to look for and recommend. What’s even better is my roofer was here during the inspection, and Evan was able to point out several issues that they didn’t catch. I went ahead and approved the recommended work and Evan was back the same day to put a one way door in place over a roof vent (squirrels can get out, but they cannot get back in). 911 Wildlife are experts in this field, and the work they do is amazing!

Texted 911Wildlife at 4:45pm Friday and got an immediate response with a next day Saturday appointment to address concerns about raccoons in the attic. Amazing!<br><br>The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Joey adeptly climbed up to the 2nd story roof and searched for an entry point. There wasn’t one but lots of evidence of raccoon presence ON the roof. Joey then asked for a branch trimmer and cut several big branches from the scary 2nd story rooftop to prevent shingle damage. So kind!<br><br>To be thorough, Joey went into the attic to make sure there wasn’t evidence of raccoons since I was 90% sure the sounds and noises I heard were right above my head and not on the roof. No evidence AT all! Hooray! We had a raccoon decide to take up residence in our attic. My neighbor recommended 911 Wildlife and Ryan came out and found the issue(s) and outlined his plan. He was just here with the one-way trapdoor installation and will be back to get it and repair/paint the incursion points in a few days. Last year, I had a raccoon problem in my attic, and this company came out to handle it. They installed a one-way attic trap and removed the raccoon swiftly and professionally. We seen a bat in our garage and I called this company late last night. They were able to come out the next day. He was great, professional and caring. He looked around the house and crawled in my hot attic to see if there were any rodents or bats that could possibly be living up there. With rodents dancing in my attic, and failure of traps and poison to solve the problem I was referred to 911 Wildlife. I was able to get an appointment for a quote the same day and an appointment within days. Nick arrived when he said he would, he explained how he was planning on sealing off the points of entry and accurately estimated how long it would take. This was my first encounter with this type of home "invasion", but I have confidence that the professional service I received from Nick and 911 Wildlife solved the problem.

I really appreciated 911 Wildlife’s responsiveness to my problem. I had a baby opossum that had taken up residence in my garage. The technician Nick was thorough and patient, meticulously inspecting my crowded garage, and found the possum in a place I’d already inspected and missed. Nick then got his glove and carefully picked up the possum and relocated it at a remote location on my property where it had some cover until nightfall. I really appreciated Nick’s knowledge, flexibility, and prompt resolution of the problem, and will certainly use 911 Wildlife again in the future.

Johnny of 911wildlife is very polite, clean and gentle in his behavior and pays great attention to details. He is smart problem solver and has a good amount of experience and knowledge. Most of his work are completed inside the attic and on the roof of my house. He also carefully inspects the gutters and downspouts.

I would recommend 911 Wildlife. We discovered a hole under an eave that squirrels had made to enter our atttic. Their technician Rob responded quickly, performed a thorough inspection of our two story house and made a comprehensive report as to current and potential problems arrears as well as the type of solution for each. Rob and Devin then did a great job in fixing each area including installing a one-way cage over the current hole and using a combination of foam, wire netting and heavy metal flashing painted to our house’s color to solve other areas. The ten year transferable warranty is also a big plus.

This place is amazing. Joey came out to help get these raccoons that was stuck in the Attic and would not leave. The raccoons left within a few days because they couldn’t find a way to get back in. Right we thought it was over, apparently some squirrels made their way in with babies. Joey was so nice to help us out with that as well. I had a raccoon get into my attic. For days I did everything I could to get it out and then I turned to 911 wildlife. Joey came to my home and let me know everything that needed be done. I'm retired and have no one handy to help me. She and I drove to Lowe's where we purchased some wood to cover the hole and she graciously took her own time to repair the hole for me. Joey went over and above the call of duty to help me out. She is an answer to prayer, believe me. We were absolutely amazed at Rob's expertise & confidence in removing a bat that had gotten into our house, and perched itself in a crook of our very high ceiling, after flying around in our family room.
