Energy Saver in Redmond city is highly professional. Last month I had an AC installed by them. I waited for a month to write the review because I was checking that everything works perfectly or not. I am happy to say that the AC is working smoothly.

Yesterday both my friend & I had furnace & A/C inspections scheduled with Energy Saver Solutions (one in the morning & one in the afternoon). My technician Mike, called in advance for my morning appointment, showed up on time, was flexible about adding in the A/C inspection, and was a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, He then realized I knew the person/home he was going to next, so we were able to coordinate timing & door codes, to keep the day rolling. A positive experience for sure, thanks Mike.

We had a routine furnace clean yesterday. Ben gave me updates as to when he would arrive during the agreed upon window for the appointment. He was efficient and very informative as to what needed attention on our furnace and what routine maintenance he had done. I've also wanted to know exactly how to turn off the gas coming into our house (in an event of an earthquake) and he patiently showed me how to shut it off and the tool I would need. He also informed me about a device that would shut it off automatically in the event of an earthquake but with absolutely no pressure to purchase. He was very helpful, efficient and informative and we plan to continue to use Energy Saver Solutions service.

On the weekend our boiler and radiant floor heating system died and we lost heat and hot water. It is now Tuesday noon, and the system is back up and running, thanks to Energy Saver Solutions efficient scheduling and their professional technician Mike. Throughout the process, from scheduling to the repair, I was very satisfied with their service. Yes, their price may be on the expensive side, but every time we worked with this company in the past several years, their technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, and patient enough to explain things so that we can learn. When we need a prompt reliable service, we would always call Energy Saver Solutions.

We had Energy Saver Solutions install a new furnace at my father's house. Sean promptly contacted us to arrange the initial service call and performed a thorough inspection. Sean provided us with a detailed, no pressure review and provided us with options to repair or replace the furnace. We decided to proceed with the replacement as the furnace was 40 years old. Sean returned a few days later to install the furnace along with a new thermostat and was very professional and diligent, meeting expectations for the project.
