Travis and the crew from Attic Projects did a beautiful job for us. We had some rodents in the attic and they were removed along with setting new traps. We also had new insulation added. It took 2 days to complete the project and pictures were provided as they progressed — all performed professionally and in a timely manner. I also received a response quickly from Travis when I had some questions & concerns.

Travis did a great inspection for my crawl space. I highly recommend Attic Projects if you need a vapor barrier.

We had an amazing experience with Attic Projects. The guys were all very nice and professional and they went beyond our expectations. We got new installation, a huge cleaning out and an access ladder and storage area and we are thrilled. We have 2 mini splits in the ceiling and our maintenance guy was very impressed at the care they took with all the equipment and electrics.

We had a great experience with Attic Projects. Their pricing is a bit higher, but they did negotiate some and we were very comfortable with paying a premium for what we were getting. The teams that came here were all very kind. Smiled, shook our hands, said hi to our kids. They were clean and communicated to us the plan throughout the day.<br><br>After our project was done, we had a HVAC guy come to clean out our ducts and he was even impressed by the job they did.<br><br>We haven't heard a rat since and feel at ease knowing we are breathing very clean air.<br><br>Also, there has been a noticeable difference in the temperature of our home. Today Brett came to my house to assess a rodent situation. By far he was the most professional representative I’ve interacted with in a long time. First, he was punctual and communicated his ability to arrive earlier than arranged, if desired. Second, he thoroughly examined both my attic space and crawl space under the house and quickly assessed the situation. Third, he was honest in his assessment, and didn’t try to create unnecessary work. Lastly, his attention to detail was remarkable … using shoe protectors when walking indoors and documenting all of his observations with photographs. I would highly recommend this company. This company would get 100 stars of if I could! Joe came out to do a full home inspection after we caught 3 adult mice and 5 babies. I thought we had an infestation. I haven’t seen any for a few days however wanted to make sure. He was so honest and couldn’t find anything. Checked the perimeter of the house the attic, the garage literally everything! Didn’t charge me for this inspection. He could have told me that I needed this or that and I would have believed him but he was honest and told me we are clear and they must have gotten in from our garage or back door. My kids leave the doors open. I 100% recommend this company and I appreciate their honesty and professionalism! Thanks again!

I really appreciate the time they took to thoroughly go over all of the details with me. I learned a lot about the issues I was having and the different options.While I ended up going with a less expensive company, at the expensive missing out on the 10-year warranty, I would highly recommend attic projects based on the expertise demonstrated through the inspection. We had a pretty significant and potentially dangerous situation with a rodent infestation as well as residual asbestos. Joe came out, and despite a full calendar, was able to schedule a resolution in quick time. We had the asbestos abated days later with the remaining work of rat removal, securing of access points and new ducting and insulation installed in about a week's time after that first consultation. Moreover, after the work was finished (when the rats managed to find access and started trouble once more), Joe sent out a worker within a few days time to resolve the issue.<br><br>All teams who came out for the project were professional, courteous, efficient and skilled. Care was made to ensure workspace was enclosed so not to affect other areas in the home. Never was my elderly mother-in-law (who resides in the property) made to feel uncomfortable. Workers also made themselves available to communicate patiently and clearly as to progress and answer any questions. The attic before and after is night and day. We are breathing a sigh of relief to know the nightmare has been handled by such capable hands, and that we can rest secure in the fact that any more issues will be handled.

We are very happy we went with Attic Projects for our attic refresh. We had one other quote, but we felt that Attic Projects did much more for the price, including rodent proofing, air sealing, fixing air ducts, and sanitizing in addition to the insulation removal and blow in. They even built a new door frame to help with the rodent proofing, all within the same estimated cost. Very fair and competitive pricing. Brett did our estimate and inspection, and he was very thorough and helped guide us through the process. I’m impressed with attic projects. They arrived on time, helped us clear the access closet to our attic and took extra effort to protect our furniture, walls and floors. Our attic is now cleared of the old insulation, cleaned and all rodent entry points blocked. CRAWL SPACE -complete clean out and replacement of all insulation and vapor barrier. It was a tough space to work in and they did a great job. I especially appreciated the inspection process before new insulation was put in to ensure problems were fully solved. They were great about answering any questions and addressed all my concerns. Cost was a little higher than other bids, but there were no surprise costs through the job, materials were top level, and inspections during and after gave me an additional level of confidence.

So, since my spouse has passed on, I’m now the person whose responsibility it is to get things done.. having said that, when I realized there were rats (disgusting 😬) in my attic, which meant getting all the feces and urine removed, and now, new insulation and sealing up all the entry points so that the rats never ever return, not to mention the mole…like most people I was terrified, and uneasy about the cost, and who I could trust to do a good job - because it is my home, my safe haven. But, when I contacted Attic Projects, and spoke with Tyson(who is very personable - make you feel like your home and attic is his home and attic) so he will took extra care of me, from the San Bernardino office, I was immediately put to ease. I am so impressed with Attic Projects. The project manager, Robert came out and gave us a though inspection of our attic. After having two other appraisals that did not properly justify their quotes, I immediately knew that I had no problem signing a contract. Everything was done legally and above board. Kevin and Drake came out to rodent proof and clean up the horrible messes left behind by the rats. They protected the carpet by lying down mats. I was impressed by the professional equipment used to vacuum up the old sprayed in insulation. In addition to totally sanitizing the attic they sanitized and scrubbed our two heating units located in the attic as well. The rat proofing exceeded my expectations. They screwed on metal grates to the outside and inside where ever there could be rodent entry. The rodent proofing is guaranteed for 10 years. If there are signs of rodents in the attic, they will totally redo the project including replacing the insulation. No other company that I received quotes from would guarantee rodent return not even for one year. In addition to being very timely, they went far and above our every expectations. I highly recommend this company. They are so professional.

The Attic Projects crews we had on our recent rat eradication/proofing job were fantastic. Arrived on time and everyone of these young men were friendly and professional. We were very comfortable with them working in the attic all day. The first day, when they drug out all the soiled insulation it was the full crew of Jorge, Robert, Irving, Jesus, Jacob and Joe all from the Rancho Cucamonga Branch. Jorge and Robert returned to blow in the new insulation. They did a great job of hanging plastic to protect our clothing and belongings, heavier material at wall corners and padded floor coverings. A great job done by these guys!

I made contact with Attic Projects in regards to having the old blown-in and R30 insulation in my attic removed and new R30 installed. The office member (Trudee) was able to schedule an inspection for that afternoon and Robert arrived as scheduled. Robert was courteous, knowledgeable and preformed a complete inspection of the attic area. At this point, Robert carefully explained the process and steps needed to accomplish the job and provided a cost detail. Once agreed upon, the work was scheduled for three days later.<br>I received a call from the crew leader, Jesus<br>30 minutes before arrival time and he stated the crew would consist of himself, Drake, and Kevin. Upon arrival, Jesus explained how the work would be accomplished and immediately began preparing the house. Protective runners were placed down, plastic sheeting was put up to protect the walls and the window entry for the vacuum hose. The old insulation was removed and the attic throughly cleaned. All air gaps were sealed and electrical junction boxes were topped as needed. The new insulation was installed and all affected areas were cleaned after the protective materials were removed. Jesus had taken pictures of the work as it progressed and we reviewed and discussed their efforts. Overall, I am very pleased with the attic work and Quiet Cool fan installed in my attic by the Attic Project crew! They were timely, efficient, professional, hospitable, and transparent in the cost and work that needed to be done.<br><br>After the work had been completed, which involved a complete overhaul of my attic: new insulation, vacuuming, sealing (caulking) openings, sanitizing, and installing a Quiet Cool duel speed attic fan, the interior living space in my home has become more stable temperature wise. However, there was one small glitch after the work had been competed: blown insulation was blocking a vent. I called David (crew manager) and he promised to take care of it. Attic professionals did a phenomenal job on fixing everything wrong with our attic. Vincent and his Team guided us through the process of what needed to be replaced or repaired. His Team arrived on time and worked tirelessly during a recent heatwave and I never heard them complain. The Team replaced all the HVAC ductwork, removed all the old insulation, sanitized and sealed off the entire attic to prevent critters from coming back in. Attic projects completely remodeled the attic and made it more energy efficient, my wife and I notice the AC turning on frequently but running way shorter than before. I cannot recommend them enough

Great experience! Joe came out to our house to look for rodent droppings in our two attics. He did such a thorough job and took a long time explaining everything to me. He was very honest too since he said that our large attic didn’t have any droppings which was a big relief. Definitely recommend!

We had a very bad infestatio in garage and house. The company was very thorough and professional..really know what they are doing. They had to fill in so many holes, and have rechecking of work by supervisors to make sure work is top quality. Probably the main reason we went with this company was their manager Robert. He was so knowledgeable, professiona and thorough...and in addition, a great human...I knew he was someone I could trust to get the job done in a very supportive way.<br>As a teacher type, I can say, they/he deserve an A+

Vincent and his team are excellent in what they do. After a rodent infestation we needed an attic clean out and new insulation. They sanitized and did an excellent job. After some air quality issues post clean out, they were incredible at coming back out to assess the situation. When they did they discovered the root of our problems, they brought in Tiger to ensure the vents were sealed and Rick provided us with a very detailed report on the root cause of our issues. They brought back Robbie and Israel to do a second clean out on a few areas that required re-assessment. They did an excellent job. Lastly, Rick from their team was extremely insightful and went above and beyond to ensure we had next steps to move forward with the issues we are facing. A fantastic team to work with! My project manager and representative was Joseph Guerra. When he cam by to perform the inspection and evaluate the work. He was very friendly and took time to explain everything to me and showed me the problem areas and laid out how they would be addressed. We came to a reasonable agreement and he was able to schedule the work within 3 days. Probably would have been faster, however it was Friday so we were going into the weekend.<br><br>The crew Jorge, Robert, and Roman as predicted around 8 a.m., calling when they were on their way. Jorge walk through the house with me explaining what they would be doing and then they got to work.<br><br>I was very impressed with Jorge, Robert, and Roman. they got here on time, went right to work and didn't stop until they were finished. They were not too noisy so I could concentrate on my work, as well as informative, polite and cleaned up well after themselves (Good trait as a contractor, a lot do not). I found them great to work with.<br><br>Attic Projects is definitely going on my go to contractors list for these type of projects.

As many people know, it is hard to find a good contractor. Fortunately, Attic Projects is one of the few good contractors I have experienced. It started with Joe, the Project Manager, doing a thorough inspection of my property and provided an onsite, detailed, line by line bid for the work to be performed. This is always important as there was no ambiguity on the work to be performed. Jorge and Robert performed the work and I couldn't be happier with their work. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. They showed up on time for each phase and answered all of my questions and comments. Ricky did the QC and performed some dry wall repair. He did a fantastic job in patching and color matching my paint. Randee, from Attic Projects office management was also extremely helpful and very responsive.<br><br>In summary, I would highly recommend Attic Projects as they are a very professional organization that does great quality work.

Attic Projects absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our home is nearly 65 years old in the desert where temps sometimes reach 124 degrees. And, only has attic space over half the house (the north half) with vaulted (cathedral) ceilings on the other half. However, we do have solar panels covering the south facing roof (a no brainer in the desert). I wasn't sure if new attic insulation (over half the house) would help maintain lower inside temperatures in the summers. So, in addition to new R38 batten insulation we also requested a radiant heat barrier in the attic on the underside of the roof. Plus, an attic ventilation fan. In addition they rodent proof your home & all work has a 10-year warranty. It all worked like a charm to maintain lower temperatures than ever before. And, Vincent (sales & consulting rep) was fantastic! Along with Randee in the office made it a pleasure to do business. All the workers were skilled & professional.

The experience I encountered with the Service from Attic Project is the best. The Magic Team, which worked hard and did a fantastic job, started with Vincent and John, who diagnosed contamination of Boric Acid and Formaldehyde in my Attic within 10 minutes of the inspection.<br><br>I've been living with this contaminated Attic for many years. Attic Projects just completed reinsulating the attic at our office which is located in a house built in 1928. Their excellent reviews online prompted us to arrange an inspection. We were immediately impressed with the project manager, Joe, and his thorough description of the job at the initial meeting. It was apparent to us from the beginning that the company holds high standards and wants to take care of their customers. Upon meeting our technician, Chris, the first day of the project, we knew we were in good hands. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and relayed everything about the job to us in detail. He and his crew were very conscientious about protecting the interior of the office and left everything as it was when they completed the project. We highly recommend this company and were impressed from the beginning to the end.

Joe handled all my questions during the initial consult and the crew they sent out to complete the work was top-notch. Israel, Robbie and Irvin not only worked extremely hard, but they did it with a great attitude in the unpleasant environment of an oven-like attic. I appreciated that they communicated clearly what they were doing through each part of the process. They took great care not only in clearing out the old insulation and debris, but making sure to minimize the impact on the living spaces by setting up protective plastic and covering corners that might have been damaged by their equipment. I was very satisfied with the initial work and am very hopeful that it will provide a long lasting benefit to the home.

They did an excellent and thorough job.<br>The mark of a good company is seen in keeping their word. We didn't have a cap on our chimney, the foreman went above and beyond by putting in on for us, so appreciative of that. We had a never ending affair with rats and mice in the attic, dancing at all hours. This is the first time in decades we have not had rodent issues. In addition, the added fresh insulation has made the house very comfortable so far without needing to heat it. I want to give Vincent a huge hats off for his knowledge, courteouness, and most importantly his friendliness, aa well as to the entire crew. We are happy we finally have silence 🔕. The team at Attic Projects was fantastic. Vincent, our Sales Person and guide was very clear, concise and extremely capable of walking us through what would need to be done. Chris and his Install team were super nice and extremely considerate. They kept everything taped off and clean, as well as cleaned up after themselves. They were communicative, and when there was a hiccup Chris’s boss, Daniel was able to resolve it very quickly and it did not create any problems. The insulation choices they have are great, including clean, eco-friendly alternatives, which is what we went with. They were also extremely accommodating in regards to specifics for rodent trapping. All in all they really were great.

My mother hired Joe and his team to remediate what was an unexpected rat problem discovered when the roof was being replaced. Joe and the Attic team were professional, timely and went well-beyond the norm in terms of customer service. In addition, the quality of materials and work were exceptional. First off I would like to say it was like working with family! From the start it was such an easy process first off with Mathew who came out and did a preliminary assessment of our attic which had been rat and mouse infested before we bought our house. The roof also had been leaking. So the entire attic was a disaster from one end to the other. Mathew was very informative and sat with us to go over all the photos that he had taken and explained everything in great detail then spoke to us about our options. My family decided on a plan that worked for us financially and to correct the major health issues we were facing. When the crew came out to start the process of removing all the insulation rodent debris and air conditioning ducting. Isreal, Robbie, Ronan and Jorge did a first class job every step of the way. From protecting the entire work area so nothing effected any part of the house accept the work area which was fully cleaned once they were done. Ricky returned to do the inspection of the cleaning, sealing of the attic to keep anything out that didn’t belong there and reinspected a week later to be sure all was good. Isreal, Robbie, Roman and Jorge came back a few days later and installed all new blown insulation into the vaulted ceilings then installed rolled insulation on the rest of the attic and lastly the new air conditioning ducting was installed. Photos were taken throughout the entire process to show us the process of before and after. It looked like a new attic once they were all done. And of course the spotless clean up before they left and the family said their good byes. Both Mathew and Isreal kept us upto date during the entire process from day one. I had reservations about calling people out to do this job, it certainly was not with the Attic Projects crew. Attic Projects recently completed a complete renovation of our historic home’s insulation and ductwork. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the team and quality of work.
