Just had my first spray with JB’s Pest Control and they truly exceeded my expectations! This family-owned and operated business delivers A+ customer service—friendly, professional, and attentive both over the phone and in person.<br><br>I spoke with JB yesterday, who was not only knowledgeable but also great at communicating and letting me know exactly when they’d arrive. His wife, Morgan, came to do the spray today and was incredibly kind and respectful. She even helped me move a few things since we just moved in—above and beyond what you’d expect!<br><br>You simply don’t get this level of personalized care with the larger companies. We had used several exterminating companies in the past and each time within 90 days never saw any improvement still saw bugs insects ect. After using J b's pest control I feel like they are friends they have a conversation with you prior to spraying your home or examining your home for additional issues and they take care of the situation same day. This monsoon came with an excessive amount of small Black beatles and they took care of these immediately. These Beatles were seen on the news in many areas. Thank JB's

These people have the biggest hearts! In fact, JB's co-owner, Morgan, had come out initially as a volunteer at the nonprofit Manes and Miracles where I work and she noticed a few ant hills. On 3+ acres surrounded by animals and lots of dirt, I didn't think it was possible to even begin to control all the creepy crawlies. But Morgan was determined and even offered to help us with the ant hills for FREE! They do the first visit for free for everyone, but they have refused payment on our huge space ever since! And, sure enough, ants are dying!! I was so impressed that I brought them over to our personal property and we had dead scorpions the very next day! YAY! Plus, clean, professional, friendly, and make you feel like a VIP! Double YAY!

JB’s came out to service my home monthly and they are so pleasant to work with. I got clear communication about when they would arrive and throw customer service in person was wonderful. I am super happy with their service!

This is a great company! We recently started seeing a lot of spider webs around our home and occasionally the inhabitants. I reached out to JB's and got a response for a quote in maybe 30 minutes. I explained the issue and they were able to come out the next morning to treat my home. I was VERY impressed with the fast service. They came and cleaned up all the webs and treated inside and out. Very friendly and the price was right! I would highly recommend JB's Pest Control as a quality and reliable small business.

JB was amazing! We called with a concern and he scheduled us as early as our availability allowed! He showed up early and asked what our concerns were before just spraying. He was knowledgeable and gave us tips for these pesky small buggers that have me losing my mind this season. He was courteous and kind to our overly inquisitive kids and let us know to call back if we needed anything else before our next scheduled service. His customer service was top of the line!

I initially signed up for a more expensive package and after they inspected the house suggested I use a lower package. They are the best! They got out to my home right away. They take care of spraying our home inside and out for bugs and also completed a pigeon cleanup on our roof. After cleaning the roof of a ton of Pidgeon buildup they installed spikes and wires to keep them from damaging our roof. I highly recommend JB‘s pest control!

I have always lived in Arizona but never experienced scorpions until I moved to Queen Creek which terrified me tremendously (running and lots of loud noises were involved). We have had scorpions, spiders and other little bugs since living in our rental home that we have occupied for over 6 months. This company is outstanding!!! They immediately responded, were able to work around my hectic college schedule on top of my full time job to find a time (within immediately like a day or two of my initial contact due to how busy I am) to come assess my house and fix the problem. They have always been on time, very quick and extremely knowledgeable. I don't have to walk around with shoes on anymore!! Nor do I see any bugs within the home or when I take out the trash in the evening. I could not be more thankful for JBs Pest Control. They are also affordable while still using the best quality products on the market. I could not recommend them more. Also they have taken care of any issues I have in between sprays for free!! I have never heard of that for the 25 years I've lived in Arizona! On top of that, I can always contact them with questions and concerns and they immediately get back to me and address the situation. They always go above and beyond for their clients and I couldn't be more proud to use them. I will never go back to using anyone else! We had such a great experience with this company. We were having issues with problem pigeons and Jared came out and scoped out the problem, quickly came up with a plan, came back a few days later and installed the needed equipment and we are very happy with the results. Came out to my house. Was on time very professional, thorough and very friendly. Did an excellent job with the extermination. He loves animals he gave my dog a treat for being a good dog. My husband got into talking to him about golfing they then got into he subject about us helping a family that had just lost everything they owned due to a fire a week ago. I had bees that were burrowing in the ground and had an end of school year party with kids the following day. They came out after 5:00pm the night before and helped take care of the issue. The next morning, they came back out again to make sure it was all take care of right before the party. I was so impressed by how quickly they responded and without hesitation to come by my home to make sure the issue was resolved. Great company and service!

Friendly, quick, best rates, and the best people to work with. JB and his team were the best folks for the job. I had searched several pest control companies but JB returned my call the fastest, had the best rates, and did the best work for me. He came out early in the morning and was done before I could leave for work. I had a pigeon problem and we discussed a plan. JB gave me several steps to fix the problem. No hard-sell tactics but a personalized plan. We agreed on a plan and JB executed the plan very well. They know what they are doing. He even went the extra mile to clean the mess the birds had made before, saving me the time to clean up afterwards. I can't say how much I appreciate JB and the team. My kids can finally go out to play in the backyard without having to worry about bird poop everywhere!

These were the nicest guys who made short order of removing a bird’s nest on my patio’s outdoor ceiling fan. Then when I mentioned I had a tree squirrel making mounds out back they planted some pellets to scare them away too at no charge. I will definitely use this business again if the need arises!

Super friendly, professional and great with communication! Our property has been overrun with ants and we have been trying to take care of it ourselves for 3 months. We called JB’s after seeing the excellent reviews and he was at our house the very next day! Within 24 hours, our ants were completely gone!! We spent more on buying our own supplies that didn’t work, than what we spent to have him do it professionally and be successful. I also love that JB’s product is safe for all of our animals and that I don’t have to worry about any wildlife or bugs getting hurts except the ants that I wanted gone. After putting up with crickets and a couple scorpions in the house, we drew the line when we found a brown recluse spider in our bedroom. JB’s Pest did a great job with keeping my house pest free this summer. We were having major ant problems in the back and spiders in the basement but after having JB come out we haven’t seen anything since then.<br><br>Plus they were super friendly and communicated well!
