I had an issue with the work they performed and when I contacted them they never responded to me. I would find a company that guarantees their work or at least contacts you back to see if they can come out and find out if there is an issue they can fix, whether or not they need to charge you an additional amount.

CrawlPro insulated our attic. They came in and did the work in half a day. Very clean and efficient and easy to schedule.

Cole, Crawl Space professional installed insulation in my home attic and crawl spaces. He and his team worked professionally and with purposed. He made every movement count toward a satisfying result.They mapped out the work plan and were very efficient in its implementation. The work was deliberate and comprehensive. They were neat and organized. I would use Crawl Space Pros again and was very happy with the final service performed. It was impressive - From start to finish. They did a great job.

They seem friendly but they weren't very communicative and didn't make our job a priority so instead of the date offered, we had an additional 12+5 more day wait for our scheduled 1 day. Then after the first day they left a terrible mess, and were gone by noon, supposedly with our crawl cleaned out and loaded into the back of their truck. I get down in there later and it literally looks worse than before they started. Oh and I guess I shouldn't of complained as after the 5 day additional delay, they came in and busted chunks off around the edges and also got our chipboard crawl space cover wet, installed fiberglass with little pieces, balls and stuff peeling away, dust everywhere, the twine and glass nearly hiding out home water shutoff valve, dirty patches, and worse, mud and dirt spread all around the furnace ducts and reflective insulation I installed after the first day, amid bits of old fallen duct insulation and feces everywhere. They blocked most pest entries but after the damage to my duct insulation, I'm tempted to pursue a claim. Instead of making our crawlspace feel like a safer space be, I'd send it back or at the very least do my own clean out. I think they just recovered everything as evidenced by little bits of old foam etc. not cleaned out as they initially specified.

As we are the homeowners but do not live in the home, we weren’t on site during the crawl space renovation. My renters say it went ok. The pictures of the crawlspace look great. I will be contacting Nick to see if he can go back out after a good downpour to see if we need a sump pump down there as he stated in initial quote along with pictures that it may be needed. Wasn’t prepared to fork over another $6k at that time for sump pump install. Overall we are pleased at this time with their services.

While I was really pleased with my initial meeting with Nick the estimator (thus the two stars), I am very disappointed with the sump pump installation process. At the end of the first day, and after the workers left, I heard a loud alarm coming from my crawl space and water gushing out (photo attached). Their office was able to locate the guys and have them return to shut everything down. The next morning my crawl space had 11 1/2” of standing water. As I understand it, and to this day I am still not quite sure I know what happened…..they mistakenly hooked the sump pump up to a blocked drain, not to a new drain as indicated in the original plan. Communication between the estimator/salesperson and the guys actually doing the work seemed to be non-existent, leaving me skeptical about having chosen this company.

This company is great! The technician was nice, on time, and professional. Most importantly they didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need! I highly recommend doing business with Crawl Pros!

Excellent communication! Fast and efficient. They provided a very detailed estimate with before pictures included. Once the job was completed they sent after photos and the crawlspace looks great! They're a great selling tool to have the after photos when we put our house on the market in a few months.

Top notch experience with Crawl Pros. Had a water problem under the house and received a $42,000 estimate to encapsulate from a couple of dog-and-pony contractors. $99 online offer to clean my air ducts. Glad I called Crawl Pros and had Joseph estimate the job for just over $6,000. Their crew was so professional and hard working. Got it done in two days. Solved the problem!

This company is awesome and easy to do business with. Cade, our estimator showed up on time to inspect the crawl space. Before he left, he presented us a binder with pictures of his findings and a quote for the repairs (no pressure). Crawl Pros offered the best value over their competition for a complete crawl space restoration, so we signed up. The two-man crew that did the work, Jose and Robin, were amazing. Two of the hardest working guys I've met and very professional all while keeping entry area clean. I had a follow up inspection with Cade because I wanted to see the quality of the work for myself. I was so impressed with the workmanship. They did everything that was promised and more.

My estimator wasn’t very responsive, so there was a lot of back and forth to get my contract updated/accurate and insulation replacement scheduled. And there was difficulty communicating with the installers on site. But with the help of Google Translate we were finally able to get on the same page, and they did a great job in the end. The installers also sent me over 200 before & after pictures for my records. Great customer service from the office team!

They did a great job redoing my attic insulation project

Hired these guys to clean out the mess from rats which I would give them maybe three stars because they didn’t replace everything the first trip. The lack of communication is the problem. The second person just randomly showed up to finish when I wasn’t home. I saw them on my door camera. Part of the contract was to have pest pros come for three months. The first time they showed up he didn’t have any traps for under the house, so another month went by. Set traps and left. The next time they came they found evidence of rodents and didn’t look where they were getting in. I put my own traps and caught one, called them and had no communication from them. Called a week later they moved up my appointment but it’s still been a week. In the meantime I crawled in and got the rat carcass out. Still waiting for them to get their equipment off the property. No one has ever used the phones to talk to me. They sent a form releasing them from any liability to get them to stop charging me for the pest control. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Detailed proposal, on time, and friendly. I really like the before and after booklets they provide, it really helps ease the mind that they did the job they promised. And I can’t complain, the heat is staying consistent this winter, the chill is gone from the floors and air, and the hot water comes faster than it did before. I have an insulated house as they promised.

Crawl Pros exceeded our expectations in every way. The estimator and the technicians were highly professional. Because of the extremely thorough job they did, our home is now better protected from animals, better insulated, and the air quality is better and healthier. The complete photo record of "before and after" shows how they did not cut any corners in the extent of their work. The fresh white plastic covering and the newly insulated infrastructure give us a real peace of mind.

The guys got right on it and over 2 days they made our crawl space immaculate! Tons of before and after photos show the transformation. Very good feeling to have this done!

The insulation in the attic above our master bedroom was the wrong type. Crawl Pros was able to come in and add more insulation across the entire attic to maximize our insulation at a great price. The team did an excellent job covering everything in tarps to ensure our stuff in the attic and the garage didn't get covered in insulation dust. They documented everything they did with photos too. And, they processed the Tax Credit too! The whole process from quote to completion went smoothly and quickly.

I had a horrible rat problem in my crawlspace. For years they nested in my crawlspace, pooped everywhere, chewed into my flexduct, and would get into my garage from the crawlspace. They ate like kings and then would die fat under my house. The insulation was rancid. Holes big and small were all over my flex duct and one died in there. The smell was rancid. Crawlpros replaced everything for me. They took everything out and sprayed a disinfectant on the ground. I got a new vapor barrier, two new screens, all new flex duct, and brand new insulation. The price was competitive. I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they removed and installed everything. They built some kind of tunnel from my front door to the crawlspace so everything in my house was protected. It seeemed like a really big job, but it was done in two days. Cade did a great job in the post inspection. He is doing some final clean up and adding some more insulation in a couple spots. The rancid smell is gone. It no longer feels gross to go down there. I like that they use white for the vapor barrier because you can more easily see problems. They also have a service you can do to continue the warranty and keep the rats at bay.

I can't express how much I didn't want to do this project myself. It was a cramped, bio-hazardous space, and other contractors had refused because they didn't have the necessary equipment or crew. Crawl Pros did the job well and promptly, thoroughly sealed the space against rodents, installed insulation, and air-proofed the duct joints so no more basement air will be getting into the house. I'm pleased with their professionalism and grateful for their willingness to handle challenging working conditions.

They were a great company to work with. Joseph who came to do the estimate was knowledgeable and factual, no sales pitch. Good communications in scheduling my product, the crew was courteous, kept their work space well isolated and did outstanding cleanup each day. Very pleased with the end product and results. Though the price was fair for the size and complexity of the project (complete rehab of my home crawl space).

We had a great experience with Crawl Pros. The estimate was thorough and clear, and we quickly had all of our questions answered. Scheduling work was quick and easy. And the crew that came to perform the work were friendly, communicated well with us, worked fast, and did an excellent job. We’re relieved that our crawl space and ducting is in better shape ahead of the winter heating season.

Cade was a good salesman. Overpromised but under-delivered. Was told they would seal critter entry points and fix vent screens which didn’t happen. Was told they would put baffles around the vents to hold up insulation which only happened after I noticed it wasn’t done as the crew was leaving. Crew was clean and vapor barrier install was fine. Ultimately, I went with CrawlPros even though their quote was higher than other quotes because I was told more would happen. I did reach out after the fact to express my concerns and did not get any response.

The whole experience was great! Both the estimate and the crew that came to install the insulation were top-notch, polite, cleaned up any mess and did a really professional installation. I would highly recommend them for your project.

While I am giving a four star rating to the company for the work they did on my crawl space, our sales rep Cade actually deserves a five plus rating. When we reported the completed work did not quite meet our expectations and that we were concerned about a vent into our livingroom not being sealed off after the crew had removed a fresh air intake duct, Cade immediately came out to assess the situation. He personally took it upon himself to enter the crawl space and make the necessary corrections. He even addressed some issues that we had not raised. Cade went above and beyond for us. In today's climate of most companies ignoring customers' concerns, every business could use a "Cade" on their employee roster. He is a definite asset to both Crawl Pros and his customers.

Crawlpros was the best way to fix our rodent issue. We had rats getting into our crawlspace. We initially hired a pest company who would come quarterly and set and check traps. But that other company could not identify any entrance points, so they did not resolve the actual issue of making sure rats could not get in. We learned about Crawlpros from a friend. After Crawlpros did our crawlspace clean out, including hole plugging, we had no more issues with rats. Our only issue was a miscommunication on insulation, they were not able to replace our insulation due to knob and tube fire hazard, and there was quite a bit of back and forth, but they ultimately issued a price adjustment to compensate for this change in time/ materials.

I am dissapointed with the communication from this company, if you dont speak spanish their crew does not speak English. I am now 70 years old and can no longer crawl under my house, I wanted to ask them a few questions and have them notify me if they seen anything that needed attention. they told me they dont speak English. Nick Whited the Estimator said he would stop by when the job was finished, he never showed up and the Main office told me to talk to my Estimator. I recieved 3 bids and Crawl Pros was the most expensive. I would not choose them again. I hope they did a good Job!

Great job cleaning out our crawlspace. It took 3 guys 2 days and they took our mess of a crawlspace to a nice clean area. The follow up visit the technician found rodent activity so they came back out and cleaned it and found the areas they were getting in and sealed those up. It took a few months of phone calls to get the follow up appointment but they did it I am overall happy with our service.

My crawl space was invaded by rodents over this last winter and was completely torn apart and full of feces and urine. Crawl Space Pros was not the lowest bid I got (I got 3) but they offered the most thorough cleaning and disinfecting services in addition to removing and replaced the insulation and vapor barrier. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and went above and beyond to protect my home (access is interior). They filled all the burrows, made sure all the screens were secure and did everything they could to insure rodents were gone and wouldn't be returning any time soon. No complaints here!

Our attic insulation estimate was quick & friendly and the bid was very reasonable! The crew built plastic tunnels each time they came out to keep our house clean, which it did! They vacuumed out all of the musty old 1976 insulation and did a super thorough job of sealing all the openings into the attic to prevent air leaks and also installed the all-important soffit vent baffles. They pumped in the new cellulose to R49 and since then the house temp is far more stable/comfortable. The A/C used to run all day & evening in summer trying in vain to cool to 72F and now it runs maybe 4h per day to keep the temp at 70F. That should save us quite a bit!

Team at Crawl Pros were very thorough. Great job at changing out the insulation in my older home and blowing in new R38. They tightly sealed off a path between the Attic access, hallway and outside door. Kept things in the rest of the house looking very clean. Great work setting this job up by Sales Rep Cade Buer. I hired Crawl pro to do some insulation work at my house. I wasn’t happy with the communication that happened after the work was completed. There were some issues with the work that was corrected, but they charged me immediately after the work was finished without any notice or follow up and it felt like i was begging to get them to repair what they damaged. Additionally to get the information for the state and federal rebates was a huge hassle and required multiple phone calls and emails and took a ton of effort for what should’ve happened automatically. I would think twice about doing business with this company.

After being in our home for 23 years, we knew it was time to address the falling insulation under the house and water moisture buildup in our crawlspace. We had Crawl Pros come in to give us an estimate and they were the number one choice for us. The work they did was absolutely outstanding, removing all of the old insulation, crawlspace vapor barrier and debris. Because of drainage issues, they installed a complete French drain system underneath our house, reducing future moisture buildup. After the install of the new insulation and a complete vapor barrier in the crawlspace, we are set for years to come. We have already noticed a temperature difference on the floors in our home. We were absolutely amazed at the level of detail Jose and his crew put into the whole process. Jose and his mate performed an outstanding job on our crawl space. They removed all old insulation, rodent chewed flexible ducting and filthy ground barrier. Installed new insulation with closely spaced twine (?) to keep it in place, all new sheet metal ducting fully insulated and new clean ground barrier. In addition all vents were metal screened with a substance in place to destroy any rodents brave enough to bite it. I couldn’t be happier with our clean rodent free crawl space. Now the first floor is so much warmer! Those two men did all this in 8 and 1/2 hours!! Highly recommend this company and especially this crew.

This is one of the worst companies I have worked with. In 2018 I had them encapsulated my basement add a sump pump and dehumidifier. I was totally satisfied with their work and recommended them to many friends I decided to hire them to complete an inspection on their 2018 work. Try talking to someone you can’t understand and then make over 19 calls for a simple task. My first call was 2/6/2025 and my last call was 3/4/2025. Can’t guess how many emails I sent. I would ask them to reply, NO. If you want a company that provides good service, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I called Crawl Pros after experiencing some water in our crawl space. Cade came out promptly and did a thorough assessment. We also knew we needed some attic insulation work done and had him assess that as well. Cade was amazing start-to-finish in the process! He was very transparent throughout and guided us in his recommendations. The proposal we received was within 30 mins, was thorough, and was priced fairly. The team that performed the work was absolutely amazing and took great care to keep our place clean while doing a lot of messy work. At one point they even called me over to let me know they accidentally damaged the attic access cover and that they'd be out next business day with a replacement cover (I honestly wouldn't have even noticed the damage had they not pointed it out). I can't say enough great things about how awesome this team was and how great of quality the work performed was. There was good communication start-to-finish and I would highly recommend Crawl Pros to anyone needing work done.

These guys were and are great. Very well done and they were very efficient. The price is Mid-range, but for my job, I think it was fair. I have a true " crawl space", on your back and/ or stomach is only way to move down there. It was a mess, but they cleaned it up nice and sealed my vents at the joists with spray foam etc. I checked it out myself, with my mask and suit- looks nice. They also do before and after pictures. All good. Clean and professional. They went where I did not want to go, cleaned up a mess (rodent removal, mold, insulation, drain tile sump pump, bright white vapor barrier...the works) and made my crawlspace new.

The estimator, Nick, quoted $12,000 for attic mold remediation. We got a second opinion and learned that the alleged mold on the wood is “lumberyard”, a non viable stain that can be removed with a little bleach spray. We also learned that the mold he said was on the insulation was dirt, since mold cannot grow on insulation. Was he just inexperienced? Or incredibly dishonest? Either way, will never call this company again.

The staff of three was efficient, hard working, and understood what cleanup meant. Very comprehensively understood the nature of the project and hopped right to it. Their estimate of arrival time did not work out so well which precluded the home owner from getting their activities done before the CrawlPros showed up. Not catastrophic but worth opting.

They did a good job cleaning up our crawl space, filling holes and laying down a new vapor barrier. They gave a reasonable quote, no hard pressure and followed up with photos.

We hired Crawl Pros for a complete vapor barrier replacement and installment, regrade, and insulation replacement about a year ago. We loved the quality of the job and service! Everyone we dealt with was kind and efficient. We had gotten a couple bids but went with Crawl Pros because we felt like we got more for the price. It wasn’t the cheapest, but it really was worth the price. We would hire them again and recommend this company.

Crawl Pros were professional from day 1 of the estimate. I was given all the information needed after the inspection. My space was tore up by rats and unfortunately they recommended a total tear out and what that process entailed. We scheduled it about a week out. When the workers came to do the tear out they kept everything clean and used plastic tarp and exhaust fans to vent out all the toxins. First day was tear out 2nd day was installing new insulation and plastic covering over crawlspace floor. I actually went down in the crawl space and was impressed. Pest control came out a month later making sure vermin were staying out. Highly recommend!

The skilled tradesmen from Crawl Pros knocked out our attic insulation install in THREE HOURS. We left the house, and came home to find it exactly as we left it, except warmer and quieter. I assumed we would be dusting and vacuuming for hours, but everything was well taped-off and our home was spotless. We are already looking forward to having our floors/crawl space insulated next.

These guys do great work,. I had a very serious issue with rodents in my crawl space and some standing water and it had a very bad odor from the rodents living in my crawl space in my insulation. It was a mess under my house. They spent two days with 3 guys removed all vapor barrier and insulation installed new vapor barrier and insulation, put in a french drain to the low point and brought in rock. The replaced over 40ft of ducting that had holes chewed in it from the rodents. My crawl space is in my house and they put up a sealed barrier from the crawl space to outside. Kept the job very clean and and disposed of all product. I went down into my crawl space and it was amazing transition from what it was to what it is now. It is amazing and the pricing was very fair, the price was the lowest of my 3 bids and I do not normally go with the lowest bid, but from the time of estimate to signing the contract, it was a great experience with everyone I worked with. I would highly recommend this company right now. I hope that this is the case through entire life of the warranty. I will post pictures when I get them.

Highly recommend this company for crawl space needs. Got a printed quote the same day the rep came out and he explained the process very clearly. Pricing was the best compared to the three other quotes I got from other companies. Got on the schedule for about 6 weeks out and they called me two weeks earlier offering to move my job to the next day due to a cancellation. On the day of the job they brought a very courteous crew of three men and got the job done in a few hours. Very happy I went with this company.
