Safe Pro Pest Control

Safepro has been servicing my home for over 10 years. They have always given us great service. Just recently Justin identified holes in my roof made by squirrels. He later helped set up traps and repaired the roof. I really appreciate his prompt and professional service.

Javier was great! He gave me a heads up for when he expected to arrive. He was professional yet very friendly when he got here.

Marcus was fantastic! This brave soul removed a monstrously large dead rat from out attic. He was kind, courteous, and impressively agile at climbing into our attic to check things out and see what it was. He did a thorough check around the house to see where it may have gotten in from, and will schedule a follow up with their rodent team for further examination. I was extremely thankful to him for his help!

Ryan was wonderful. He called when he was on the way and arrived earlier than expected. He was thorough and honest and very professional. They initially helped me with rodent extermination, and I have been so pleased that I've since expanded their care to include insect control as well. Omar with Safe Pro did a fabulous job today walking around with me and explaining to me and showing me exactly what is put in the bait boxes, how it affects the rodents and how it is safe for my own dogs. He was thorough, kind, and professional! I highly recommend Safe Pro.

I called 5 companies and this was the only one that offered one-time service calls (vs an annual membership). Excellent communication from first contact to service day and the service tech, Marcus, was great. He explained everything he planned to do in detail and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns.

Christian at Safepest has been conscientious, customer focused and timely. He has been a pleasure to work with. Still working to find the right amount of product to eliminate in all frequently used parts of the yard. But pesky Texas mosquitos are hard to eliminate.

Ryan was thorough and professional when inspecting our home for rodents and termites. Our current pest control company told us we had rodent activity and so I called Safe Pest Pro to come by and inspect after seeing they had great reviews. Ryan inspected and determined he did not see activity, saving us $$$. I’ll now be moving over to Safe Pro as my pest control company because I now trust them.

Troy was more thorough than most techs, opening the shutters and closet doors to spray. He was friendly and answered any questions I had.

Justin has always been prompt for our appointments. He clearly communicates our status’ in person if I’m home and by text. Appreciate having someone who truly understands his job and can relay any needs in such a professional manner.

We have used SafePro since we purchased our home and they have been great. The ladies in the office are friendly and professional taking care of us all these years (I think since 2001).<br><br>Their tech Omar, called me to let me know he was on the way. He was very polite and professional explaining what he was going to do. He closed up access panel for house so my husband didn’t have to for the termite inspection. He also did our quarterly pest control as well.<br><br>I am not sure about pricing because Omar did two different services. The pricing has always been reasonable any of the services they have provided.

Javier did amazing work! Cleaned all webs and dead bugs from those tough to reach places around the outside lights. Fast and professional service!

We switched our reoccurring pest treatment to SafePro a few years ago and we couldn’t be happier. Our technician, Marcus, is so friendly and helpful. Terrible customer service. I called at 2pm to schedule a simple pest control appointment for the next day and assumed everything was set. Instead, I was bombarded with texts and emails requiring paperwork and payment—something I didn’t realize was time-sensitive. Without warning, I received a text around 4pm saying my appointment was removed and asking me to call back.<br><br>When I called back immediately, I was told that the next day’s slots were now full. It honestly felt like a punishment. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a mess of emails, automated messages, and multiple phone calls.<br><br>To their credit, a team lead did reach out later and apologized, offering to get me back on the schedule if I uploaded paperwork and payment. I appreciated the gesture, but no one followed up. It’s clear they won’t move forward unless everything is completed on my end—even after all the confusion on theirs.<br><br>I understand the need for having a process—it’s smart for the business. But what’s missing here is a little care for the customer. A good process shouldn’t make your customers feel blindsided or punished. It should support both sides, not just protect the company.<br><br>For a company spending money on Google Ads to attract new business, it’s surprising how little care they show once a customer actually tries to book. I’m not questioning their pest control skills—I never got that far. But based on my experience, I wouldn’t risk trying again.

Continuing to use Safe-Pro after moving to a new location. Today was Darrin’s first time and he had a lot of fire ant mounds to treat. He was thorough in the rest of the check for other pests.

I am so impressed with Safe Pro! We discovered several holes around our roof and thought we might have rodents. Mark came out and said that everything looked good, he went up in the attic and didn’t see any evidence of rodents. However, he suggested that we have those holes sealed up, so we won’t have rodents in the future. He did not charge for the visit or inspection. Amazing!

The service with Safe Pro Pest Control was excellent. They were timely and they explained everything that they were doing and why. We called because we were having problems with carpenter ants coming in the front windows. They found the source and treated around the outside of the house and inside the house. They solved the problem and I highly recommend this company. Their service technician was also very polite and knowledgeable.

He walked the entire perimeter of my home and yard to assess what challenges I’m truly having. Don was awesome, as were the ladies handling all incoming phone calls. I'm from San Antonio and recently moved up to Plano. Our home backs up to a creek, which rats run free in. Out of a handful of phone calls to see who we were going to choose to give an estimate for the rats inside the home, the Safe Pro-Pest company was by far the most cordial, helpful and on point. Our situation is unique having aluminum box shingles on the roof, which are too easily damaged. Don let us know we wouldn't be able to do anything without a specialized roofer. However, he still educated us on everything and was very friendly. Moreover, he still walked the property with me and we walked the attics to find things we could do personally. He was incredible and taught me all he could since there wasn't anything they could do for us having the type of shingles we have. He didn't want to cause any damage to the home.<br>The customer service from the scheduling to the in-person appointment with Don was all above and beyond. We HIGHLY recommend using this company for any and all pest, rodent or mosquito/bug control needs. They are straight shooters and not trying to take advantage of anyone. 🤘
