Our home is well protected by Saela and we have been using their services since we moved in. Andy is our usual tech and he knows how to take care of any situation we have. Thank you Andy!

Chance is always very thorough. He obviously takes pride in his work and is knowledgeable about the service, the company, and the products used.

I was contracted with another company when I realized their service, both pest and customer, were unimpressive and ineffective. I was still having spiders and other insects making a home in and around my home. So I switched. After the first treatment, I noticed an immediate difference. There were almost no insects but most definitely fewer spiders. As well, their technicians were very professional and extremely thorough. Each technician had performed the same technique and they all were appropriately dressed. Saela not only has a good product, but they also have great representation. My tech, Kay'La is the best. Ask for her!

Andrew treated the outside for wasps, removed the new nests and also treated for spiders. Brian treated the house for spiders. They also checked my attic to make sure there was no rodent activity. These guys are great!<br>3/15/23<br>Just had Kevin come out and he did a stellar job! Treated my home inside and out, with particular attention to wasps, ants, roaches and spiders. I can’t recommend this company and their staff enough!!<br>Today, April 3, 2024, Chance came and serviced the outside of my home for mosquitoes, wasps, ants & spiders. He came to the door and visited with me. I mentioned I didn’t want any spray on my vegetable garden. He was very nice and professional. When he’d finished, he let me know he was done and would see me near the end of April, per my request, to treat the inside. Great job!!<br>Today 12/6/2024, Victor came out and did both inside and out, including checking for rodents. Thank you!

Andy and all the servicing i’ve received from Saela has been incredible. I showed Andy some ant piles in my front yard and he found even more and treated them. He treated spiders in my garage and insects in my backyard. I am scared my dog steps in an ant pile so I appreciate the thoroughness. He was also so kind.

I am so happy I found Saela and even more happy that Wendal was the technician who came to help me. He was patient and kind when I was aggravated at having this pest issue. Saela (and previously Edge) have taken care of my home for a few years now. They are professional and do a great job. I have dogs and cats and I have not had any problems with fleas or ticks for years because the treatment of the yard. I have a bird as well so I do not generally have anyone treat inside the house, but I do not have pest issues inside the house because the treatment outside is done right.

They make it so hard to cancel when the service is no longer needed. One person will say the services are done and we can cancel at anytime without a fee while another employee will say we need to pay an early termination fee. There was always something new they wanted to treat our home for at an additional cost that was never there before. I eventually just paid the $193 early termination fee just to be done with them.

Kaleb always communicates when he will be arriving, addresses my concerns and does great work!

Quamaine has been really helpful! We are happy with the first service and appreciate the professionalism.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied! Was lied to from the beginning and when I wanted to cancel found this out. You will be under a contract even if you ask and are told that you are not under contract. Service gets less and less every visit even though you still see bugs everytime. The visits are continually rescheduled and the technician is always different. This service is way too expensive for the lack of service and communication that you receive. Customer service will politely give you the run around.

Kaleb has always been friendly and helpful. When he arrives he checks in with me and let's me know what he will be doing, and checks in when done.

Need to train your drivers better. Their driving is ridiculous and dangerous especially as a company car and as someone you have representing your company. Im lucky to have not gotten into an accident with your truck number AS 336 as they thought forcing their way into a merge and almost crashing into me on purpose was the most safe thing to do. Im not sure if that’s the image your company wants to portray but I will definitely not be using your services.

Terrible and insane harassment! They will call you alll day even you told them you want to cancel. Contract was already over but they want you stay on a call for 30 mins to explain what went wrong otherwise they won’t cancel the service. Post the call, they will still have you scheduled and expect a payment from you because they have your credit card. Terrible company.

Saela is thorough and checks in before and after your service. I usually have the same technician each time and they remember personal details of our last conversation.

Great pest control service. They do the job quickly, efficiently and their reps (Kaleb is awesome!!) are kind and professional. They also deliver results. Have seen no pests since their service and they even took care of a wasp infestation immediately. I will continue to use Saela for my pest control needs and highly recommend them.<br><br>Update 7/24/25: I continue to use Saela Pest Control, as they offered a new service to control mosquitoes in my front and back yard. My new Rep Brian does a great job at updating me and continuing regular applications throughout this summer. So far I have seen a drastic decrease in mosquitoes this year thanks to Saela

I used the Better Business Bureau to select companies near me and came across Saela. Made the call, they sent a technician (Rodrick and Q ) out the same day and took care of my issue. Theses two were professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. Thanks Saela.

I am using this service over Three year. The customer service is very responsive most of the time. Aaron came to our unit and did a fantastic job. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He has shown great level of professionalism.

I signed up for Saela when I moved into my new house in August of 2023. signed an 18 month service contract and canceled it as soon as I could. I signed up for mosquito treatment the summer before. They cam back in April a year later asking to do the mosquito treatment is a text message which I replied no.<br>All customers with Saela, please read the fine print. In order to cancel, you have to notify them after your last contracted service.<br><br>And the only way to do this is to call them. When you do call them, you speak with a sales rep that will eat up 20 minutes of your time on the phone trying to convince you not to cancel. then they transfer you to a "sales manager" who ore the only people who have the authority to cancel your service.<br><br>I clearly told the sales rep to not do the mosquito service. Then the rep did it anyway and charged me for it. I spent several calls disputing the charge and they were unwilling to do anything about it. So I waited. Forced them to mail 3 invoices that delayed the payment. spoke with several representatives just use up there time they way they did mine (the call center is overseas). You will never get through to their local office.<br><br>And the effectiveness of their treatments were miserable. If you have a home camera for security, I recommend you watch the video if you work like I do. Several times the technician would drive to the house, sit in their car for 30-45 minutes, then walk around the house for 15 min., take a picture and drive off.<br><br>Definitely a ripoff company. I'm impressed by their google reviews but anyone can pay to boost or suppress negative reviews. Do your due diligence. Go with a local company that doesn't screw you with long term contracts. And they are usually less expensive and have to earn your business on every visit.

Caleb showed up on time, he was very polite and professional. He asked if there were any special concerns and he took care of the yard and perimeter of the house quickly and efficiently.

UPDATE 05/30/2025: TL;DR - Saela is still doing a great job for us. We just moved to a new house and they made transferring our service a breeze. They even offer to do a full service on new homes for existing customers, which is a nice touch for sure.<br><br>But what I'd really like to talk about in this updated review is how outstanding our tech Aaron was....<br><br>PLEASE LET AARON BE OUR REGULAR TECH!! He is AMAZING!<br><br>Aaron is about as professional as they come. He is extremely knowledgeable about pest control (including eco-conscious and alternative treatments, which I really appreciate). Aaron was such a pleasure to speak with and he patiently listened to my concerns/questions and then provided concise and informative answers. Aaron clearly operates with a "customer-centric" mentality. I don't really know how to put it into words but I'll say this, I wish all of my interactions with professional technicians were as enjoyable as the ones I had with Aaron.<br><br>Anyway, thank you so much for everything Aaron! We have been using Saela since we moved into our home in 2021. We are very pleased with the servicing, especially when we get super stars like Kay’La as our technician. Kay’La was very attentive to all of our requests and questions. And it was very clear that she took pride in doing a good job with our property. Very knowledgeable and communicative technician!<br><br>Our home is on a ~half acre lot directly connected to a 500 acre nature preserve…Needless to say, we really needed help with pests. When we first moved in, the property was covered in wasp and mud dauber nests. We also had confusing troubles with ants getting into one upstairs bedroom. Saela was able to get all of these issues under control very quickly and we have not had any pest issues since. Again, the technicians are always very knowledgeable and willing to take on any pest task you may need.

Brian was very nice, punctual, and professional. He thoroughly sprayed for insects and mentioned how bad the mosquito season has been so far and recommended an extra treatment, but was not pushy about it. I called to get service for fire ants in my back yard. Wasn't expecting such fast service. Called in the morning, they came out that afternoon. Service was quick and fully explained what would be done. Tech, Kaleb was friendly, nice and efficient.

Saela has been a provider for about 2 years now. When we first signed up we had a huge problem with squirrels in our roof and they promised to take care of it. We noticed after a few months that they hadn't taken care of the problem so we called them and they stated that they didn't provide this service. I paid $500 upfront for this supposed service. They had me on a "membership" so I gave in. For the holiday, I called promptly to tell them I wouldn't be needing anyone at my house as we would be out of town. They refused to reschedule and said that they could work on the exterior which is not something I was willing to bargain. They even said, give the neighbor a key and have them be there. I didn't accept that option so the only other option was to cancel and lose 50% of my "membership fee". I took it. They do not work with customers, stay away. Look into a more reputable name. So many in the area.

Great job and follow through. Kaleb made sure to let me know my service was completed via photo. I work from home and oftentimes can't open the door for face to face interactions.

They do a great job and Darrin is my guy. He has taken the time to learn our needs and the pests that bothers us the most. Valuable and he needs to be acknowledged because most folk these days don’t even smile, he does! We appreciate him and this organization because of the great job that is done.

5 stars based on first technician experience. He was thorough and took time to do each task on the outside and inside. Overall great service. Let’s hope it continues to be that way. Downgrading one star because the sales guy told me that I would get 2 rodent traps worth $70 each and that wasn’t true, as it comes included as part of the service. They did give me a 3rd rodent trap.

Kaleb was great. I always receive a timely text message letting me know that are on their way. Once he arrived we talked about any concerns I have or current bug activity. He treated everything throughly and even send me a recap through text after he was done. Great job!!

Isaiah did an outstanding job !!!!! He made sure to treat all areas of our home, including the garage where he found Black widow. He also treated our railing around our Balcony. Saela has provided us with great service since we’ve been using them (it’s been about 2 years now) but Blake Dye’s service today was exceptional! Blake communicated with me about the different plants in our yard and what types of treatments can be used on each, and was very prompt to respond to any questions. He was incredibly informative today and detailed all of the services performed, which I truly appreciated!

Jerold was the nicest tech we’ve had so far, but we had 1 complaint that I noticed after he left. I’m not sure he noticed but his sprayer went everywhere inside our house. Where he sprayed was absolutely saturated. I kept stepping in it and then noticed it was all over our cabinets as well. I had to take a towel and go around and wipe off the excess that got on our wood cabinet doors. We have dogs and I tried to wait as long as possible before letting them back inside so it could dry, but it was still sopping wet in areas. He was super friendly!

Jax was helpful, knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for and performed his job as such. He asked questions to make sure he understood my issues with these crane flies and went over plans that could assist worth getting rid of them. Very pleasant experience, I'd recommend them to my friends.

The tech Kaleb was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what he was going to do. I am a long time customer who has used Saela(formerly Edge) in 3 different states and their customer service/tech service is very good consistently.

First time we have received excellent service with Saela. Our tech, Isaiah, notified us of our visit prior to his arrival, provided a detailed report after completing the service, and he was very nice and courteous as well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Their service used to be great - always on time, always communicative, always professional. They have gone completely downhill. Was charged for a service I never received (I was home and they didn't know it and no technician ever came but they sure charged me!). Took two hours away from work this morning to have some work done at 8am, have the text from when I scheduled it, it's 8:38am and they aren't here, called and their receptionist says it's a four hour window. Their customer service is HORRENDOUS. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Avoid Saela! Not worth your time or sanity!<br>The Saela technicians themselves and the services they provide are solid, but that's where the good news ends. Saela forces you to sign an agreement to pay for a minimum of 15 months worth of services (5 general pest prevention services, each costing $140.71 every 3 months, not even including the initial flea treatment that was about $200 per room that needed treatment). When trying to cancel my agreement (which has to be done over the phone like a cable company) after fulfilling my 15-month obligation (which has an early termination fee otherwise), I was able to get through to someone within 2 minutes. Once the rep found out I wanted to cancel, they put me on hold so they could "find a manager", then left me on hold for over half an hour. I called back, explained my situation, and I was left on hold again for more than 15 minutes. I called a third time, asked for a different department, and finally got ahold of a manager so I could cancel. I will be on the lookout for an erroneous charge on my credit card, because frankly I have lost what little faith I had in this company.<br><br>P.S. If you need mosquito treatment, just get mosquito dunks off of Amazon. They're cheap, and all you do is put them in the standing water locations around your home or property. I bought some plastic buckets, filled them with water, and tossed in the mosquito dunks. All I have to do is replace the dunk chunks once a month.

Blake did an very thorough and amazing job on my property today. I am a new chicken owner and was concerned about the company spraying, but he assured me all was safe after an hour. Great service!

We used to be really happy with this company, but they have gone downhill. They have stopped telling us when they were coming, so we stopped getting service inside because we were not home when they would arrive. The last time we asked them to come back & do the inside. They left powder through the entire house and then sprayed it with a chemical that adhered to our floors. After hours of calls on the phone, they sent someone out with CLOROX WIPES to clean the floors. After cleaning about 2 feet, he left to say he was going to get a mop & never returned. We later found out the items used were toxic to our puppy & infant. We spent the next few days on the phone with them for hours trying to cancel our service & get a refund. It was an absolute nightmare.

He made me aware of the wasp and fire ant problem we had and pointed out how they would take care of it. He was very thorough as he did a complete walk-around in inspecting our home. They were offering discounts in our areas, so I couldn't believe the price he told me. Since they were offering quarterly services, I signed up for two years. Another guy came by later that night and did a very thorough job inside and out.
