Had the pleasure of working with Steven to protect the interior today. I appreciated his attention to detail and high level of professionalism.

This company I've never heard of charged my credit card $378.88 and their telephone is out of service! I submitted this as a fraudulent charge to my bank. Shame on them!

Kept me posted on his arrival time. Professional, helpful and thorough. We have recently had ants, he walked our yard looking for ant hills that he then treated.

Update: STAY AWAY!!! Horrible company to do business with. After 2-3 years of business and good standing, our family was experiencing an unexpected situation and needed to cancel services. They said we would need to keep paying through the end of the year because we didn't cancel before contract auto-renewal (a few weeks prior), or we could pay a $250 cancellation fee. I asked if we could discuss further, and they said they would have the branch manager call. He never called, and they auto-billed our card on file a couple weeks later. I had to take the card off our account to keep them from charging it. This was back in August, which is also when they stopped servicing us, yet they're still sending a new invoice every month (now December). I just called again, and their billing lady felt like talking to AI, but we're supposedly not going to be receiving more invoices. I see now they're changing their name. Shady business practices with this place, and I will definitely not be going with them when we start pest control again this season.<br><br>Former review:<br>Reggie Chapman did a great job today. I met Reggie Chapman about a year ago when he was my service technician at a prior pest control company that he was working at. I recently became a new homeowner and moved to Plano after living in a high rise apartment in the city for the last 10 years...bugs were and always have been enemy number #1. I hadn't really dealt with pests for my entire adult life, besides the homeless and drunk people if you count those, then there weren't any bugs in the city and certainly not on the 15th floor of a high rise building.<br><br>By default, Reggie played an important role in creating a "safe" space for me while I acclimate to the suburbia lifestyle, but it was his thoughtfulness, the level of care, and how personable that set him apart. After his 2nd visit, I immediately submit a request (at his prior company) to ensure that it was always Reggie that serviced my house. He is always respectful/professional, very considerate (i.e., notifies me when he's on the way, putting shoe covers on, and letting me know what he spotted and that he went ahead and treated problem areas), he is great with animals, always has a friendly attitude, he's extremely thorough and spotted several wasp nests that I never noticed. It was the genuine look of concern on his face and the immediate glance over at my dog that told me this guy actually cares and enjoys helping people. When Reggie reluctantly told me that he was leaving the company to come work at Magna Pest Solutions, it was a no brainer to switch pest control companies because Reggie goes above and beyond making his level of customer service that he provides unmatched. 10/10 recommend!

COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! Original review was 5 stars but I made that judgement in haste I see now. I have caught them TWICE now marking my unit complete and it was not. Now I am in my leasing office because they were not there the day they were supposed to be but somehow gained access to my unit on a day they weren't. And then the icing on the cake is they entered my apartment at 10:04 am and locked it at 10:05am. CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW SERVICES WERE RENDERED IN ONE MINUTE?<br><br>Horrible company

I had a five star review, and I deleted it and am changing it to 1 star. First of all, over the last year, I have had approximately 7 ant hills. Every single one has been treated by Magna, and every time I tell the technician that my entire property needs to be treated for ants, because the problem is clearly not going away by spot treating it. Every technician says don't worry, they aren't coming back, and never treats the entire property. So I finally got my eighth ant hill and this time I called in and asked for a manager. First of all, every time you call in and use the phone system, no matter what you do, you get routed to new customers. You can never get routed to existing customers. Then when you do, you get transfered overseas, which instantly provides a worse customer service experience. I asked for a branch manager last Thursday. They said they'd schedule an appointment and text me. No text received. Monday came, I called again, asked for a branch manager again, and was told I'd get a text. No text. On Tuesday I called again, had to wait again, and asked for a manager again. No text again. Thursday morning I call, asking again for a manager. I demanded I stayed on the phone because they keep not texting me. They wouldn't schedule a branch manager and said they'd call me back. No phone call. 4pm yesterday I called again and again had to fight the phone system to get someone who said "a branch manager confirmed they will see you next Monday after 4pm." Great. Finally I walked away. Today I get a call from Magna, saying my visit Monday is with a standard technician and there's still no branch manager coming or scheduled. Dear GOD. I'm leaving my technician appointment for next Monday and promptly cancelling and will not recommend this company. You literally can't get a manager here and pay just as much if not more than other companies. This company used to be excellent, and I literally had a five star review for it. I don't know what's changed. If a manager wants to contact me, I will contemplate whether or not to keep this review up.

I was having issues with ants, spiders and roaches recently, so I called in an order for pest control with Magna. Steven asked if I had any questions in-regards to the spray and ensured me that it was non-toxic, so my babies and their toys would not be exposed to anything harmful. The service was quick and highly recommended using Magna for your pest control needs!

Steven took care of our home today did the full exterminator process asked what areas needed to get done before even getting started so he made sure everything was cleared and further along made sure once he was done with everything, he double check and made sure to see if we had any questions which he answered so helpful highly recommend great services .

He did the bare minimum he was nice and polite and friendly. But he didn’t even I was very disappointed. He did the bare minimum I had to ask him to get in a few closets. I expected a lot more. I feel like I got half of my house exterminated

Parker came to spray our unit today and by far he is the best we’ve ever encountered. He actually has a personality and helps you better understand what you’re dealing with. Robert was servicing our home. He was transparent with the chemicals used and the process. We only had a mild issue. Chemicals are safe indoors for pets and kids so long as the right dose is used. Robert discussed where it will be sprayed and how it will work so we felt comfortable with the solution. Will wait and see if it works and I’ll post the update here later.

Stephen is a great technician. Always takes his time to make sure everything gets done. He knows where I generally have big issues and takes care of it without reminding or prompting. Very friendly and goes above and beyond other techs I have had.

I got quotes from multiple companies in my area when I was looking for bug & mosquito spraying and Magna had the best offer and good reviews so I went with them. Working with Ariana on the sales side was great & super easy. And then John has been our pest control pro and he has been wonderful to work with! He listened to the issues I was having and took extra time to check possible infected areas. He confirmed my suspicions of our bug problem & ruled out some others and went to work. It’s been a few weeks since the first appointment and he’s been back twice to check on things. I’m happy to report that our mosquito issues appear to be solved and it makes me wish I’d hired them MONTHS sooner!! I’ve overall been really impressed with their customer service at every point. Fillype did a great job as usual. Today was a mosquito treatment service. He checked both bait traps, showed me how to maintain them if the need would arise, and sprayed the bushes. He was super friendly. Very much appreciate the work he did today.
