This company was thorough, the rep educative, respectful and their service package not one to break the bank but keep us happy customers for a long time.

Do NOT recommend!! from the start everything as been bad but 1 time. That 1 person i think his name was Jorge was great

Toro did a great job in our backyard for a very good price and Juan was a great rep to work with.

We’ve used All Safe in the past. I love that they use the safest products possible and list everything that they use with detail. I don’t like that the only option is a yearly subscription. I do not like that at all. But whatever—they’re just doing what everyone else does (not a great move in my opinion, but I don’t think that deserves the docking of a star (it does, but they’re great at everything else, so…fine I guess)). End of the day…12 months at a much cheaper cost per month is fair. Especially when you factor in all the other issues that could arise and follow up treatments. It will save in the long run. But options are good.<br><br>And I will say that they are THOROUGH. Cody Jones came out to our house. He was awesome. He did a great job. He let us know everything that was included and made sure we knew all that he could do for us that was above and beyond what we called for (carpenter ants). And he was happy to do it. Cody is 6 stars. At least.<br><br>All in all, All Safe is great. I recommend them fully. If you don’t like subscriptions (like me), maybe it’s not for you, but do consider the value. It’s there. Especially if this is not going to be your only call for the year and if you’ll need potential follow up treatments.<br><br>They also knock down wasp nests, take care of all ant beds, put down rodent traps, spray and dust the perimeter. All included. So if you’re spending money and doing any beds yourself…that’s all included. And they come out monthly.<br><br>Compared to everyone else (also doing the monthly), All Safe is your best bet. They’ve always been great. (Just please give us other options, guys! Quarterly even!)

They have always been very accommodating if you need them to come out within the three month rotation more than willing to come out check things over for you. Usually all the technicians are very friendly and nice. Explain everything to you. I think it’s a great company.

Mr. Isaac arrived on a bit earlier than expected motivated and in great spirits he took the time to do his job with great enthusiasm, professionalism. We struck up a conversation that made my day as well. So Isaac not only did a great job for me but he planted some spiritual blessings upon me. I will look forward to seeing my technical Mr. Isaac return on his next visit and I say Thank you Mr. Isaac for being obedient to GOD and spreading the gospel of JESUS CHRIST to others who definitely need it in this day and time. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the good news with me today. I appreciate everything you shared, again thank you very much.

All safe has been amazing. I highly recommend them. They came out same day to deal with a dead rat. I have been so impressed with their customer service.

Mr. Payton did an extremely thorough job. It's backbreaking work, but hopefully when we need another service he will be available again. Please make sure he knows he's a asset to your company.

Still ongoing - my card has been charged for a year past a cancelation with the Orkin office. Have called for two weeks straight and leadership has been neglectful and unresponsive. We have proof of cancellation and this should be something that is resolved in a few days not two weeks and still ongoing.

We are long term All Safe Customers & couldn’t be happier with their service for over 20 years between 2 homes. When we moved to our new house we had All Safe come out & treat the house before we moved in including attics & garages. They have taken care of chicada killers, wasps etc. We have never had an issue with any bugs in our home & we owe it all to them. When we had a mouse sneak in after a door was left ajar All Safe came out w sticky traps to help us out. Yes, they have that quality of service. I don’t know how fake five star reviews they have here but my experience was just awful. The techs show up late, one showed up and left then lied and claimed he rang the doorbell which never happened I have a Ring doorbell which has the video of him sitting in the van! Incessant rescheduling them when they did show up, they had nothing to put the pests in! I had to give the tech a bag, for almost $3000 worth of work? Unacceptable and disrespectful of customers and property. But they are extremely timely with billing and with pushing warranty work. Would never use them again.

All Safe has reliably and professionally taken care of our home over the years. Routine service keeps most every creepy crawly in check, but once in a while something sneaks through. They are quick to come out and take care of the indoors whenever needed (thankfully, not frequently). We have had them deal with termites, rats, and even a snake. I appreciate their services!

I observed Brian as a very efficient and direct service technician who was focused on getting the job done in an expedient manner and was very conscientious of our home environment and concern for any pets in the area. We appreciate his cadence of work and the manner in which he did his due diligence. If given the option, my wife and I would be glad to have Brian service our property in future scheduled work. A very good first impression and we look forward to having more work done in the future. Almost immediately noticed a sharp drop off of insects in the house and seeing actionable results.

All Safe Pest & Termite has been an excellent service provider. The technicians assigned to our property have been courteous, competent and meticulous in the application of services, and well-informed on the species of insects and rodents they protect our property against. I had a pest control company for years that I felt did a good job. Come to find out they were not. After an inspection there were termites found in our ground cover and they wanted to charge us an astronomical amount to treat them.<br><br>I reached out to All-Safe and spoke to Dorthy. She was very informative and responsive to my needs. She set up a treatment schedule and explained everything in detail.<br><br>Today the technicians came and treated for the first time. I was amazed at the detail and the time spent to address my problem areas. The two technicians were very professional and took time to explain what they were doing. Compared to the company I replaced it was night and day.<br><br>After they finished I received a report on what was done and how to follow up for any additional needs outside of the scheduled treatments. Over all I was very pleased with what I saw and the two gentlemen that came to my home. I feel like I’m in great hands and I would highly recommend All-Safe if you need pest or termite control.

My wife and I have had their services for several years. We've had rodent issues which we've addressed several times. Initially we were asked to resolve by doing our part in preventing the issue that persist in which we did right away. We continued to have the same rodent issue. Once again we'd contacted All-Safe and were prompt/responsive to come and thoroughly check around the house. The techs Joel and Rhys were very helpful in doing everything possible to eliminate the problem. They were informative in explaining ways to prevent further issues. We really appreciate your help!

They came over on the same day we found the termite issue, explained the solution, answered all my questions, and then applied liquid pesticides inside, outside and underground as well as many solid bait stations. It is a one year warranty so we can request services any time without further charge.

Do not trust this company with your debit card information. I called to advise we moved, and they literally accused me of lying. I submitted a utility bill to prove change of address. They came out one time, and I have paid over $200 so far. Look elsewhere!!!

The tech. was informative and very thorough. They came the same day I called and I am very happy they will continue to come very 3 months as I will be making payments.

I have tried many pest control companies over the years, but was amazed by the service Sean Wacker provided. He went over and beyond, and understands what a stellar customer service means. It was something I have not experienced before.

Trevor came by to see what was digging a hole near my foundation. He concluded it ( whatever it is) isn’t making a tunnel but we both suspect it’s the armadillo that has been visiting my lawn! Trevor helped to push dirt back in hole and helped me put temp wire barrier up ( I happened to have) until HOA can implement permanent solution. Appreciate his timely assistance and reassurances. I have been using allsafe pest and termite company now for years with 100% success. I think in a total of seven or eight years I’ve only noticed an Ant or two here and there, and when I do, Kyle, my Bug guy, comes out and handles it immediately. I have been bug free and Pest free for years with this company. The reason I signed up with them to begin with was for the nontoxic nature of how they treat your home. I have been a customer of All Safe Pest and Termite for almost 2 years, paying for their regular pest program ($43.29/month) and their mosquito program ($117.99/month), totaling $161.28/month. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with their service.<br><br>Even after repeated treatments, I continued to see a lot of mosquitoes and bugs, which makes me question the effectiveness of their program. When I called customer care to cancel my subscription, I was shocked at how careless they were — they didn’t ask for any explanation, feedback, or even attempt to retain a long-time customer. They simply canceled it without any concern for customer satisfaction.<br><br>For the amount they charge, I expected professionalism, effective service, and at least basic courtesy from their support team. Sadly, they failed in all aspects.<br><br>I strongly recommend avoiding All Safe Pest and Termite. Their service is ineffective, overpriced, and their customer care is one of the worst I’ve experienced.

The company has communicated well and answered all our questions. The cost is reasonable and comparable with other companies in our area.

Just moved here from Florida. If you dont know Florida has bugs and pests. So you have to be proactive, which is why I did a search for locally ,family owned pest control. Doing research I went with All-Safe. Very happy from phone call to having the Technician come out and do his thing. Logan was the tech very informative, curtious, and knowledgeable. All Safe pest control has the best customer service hands down. The ladies that answer the phones are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular Dorothy and Rebecca helped me above and beyond when I was having issues with my portal and with transferring my service. They did not give up until my situation was resolved and I appreciate their patience and willingness to help. I’ve used this pest service with termite control maintenance now for about 5 years and recently transferred service to my new property and just to name a few techs that have come out to treat my home Gary, Byron and Holden are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed for asking too many. They take their time making sure all my pest control needs have been addressed and seem to take pride in their work. That’s rare these days. Holden and the techs were kind enough to even wait for me to let my dogs out before I unlocked the gates allowing him access to my backyard. I highly recommend this company for all your pest control management and needs. They even come out to remove a found dead rat and an even wasp nest that formed in between my service months. Top notch A+ good old fashioned customer service! Side note: please don’t forget to extend a kind offer of a cold bottle water to your technician especially working outside in the Texas heat can be brutal. My tech was very appreciative.

I’m only worried as the weather starts to get cooler or colder pests look for warm lodgings. I was not home for this inspection but I expect that rats, mice, cockroaches, and other critters will continue to be nonexistent in this house. I do think we still have our outside exterminations in play. Thanks. If for any reason I encounter the unwanted I will be on the phone immediately. I also haven’t gotten a bill yet.

After a bad experience with a different pest control company (HomeTeam) I found All-Safe and I genuinely believe God sent Brian Morrison to my home to take care of this infestation I’ve been having. It’s going to take a couple weeks for results to appear but he was very kind, listened to all my concerns, knew where to spray the insecticide, knew what was the best treatment to use. I have full faith in Brian and All-Safe to keep my family safe from bugs and could not be happier with the service

These folks have given great service from the day we joined them. We had some concerns with some rodents from a nearby golf course under construction was being done in between our normal service time. They sent out someone without charge to double check the traps and give us further service in addressing any issue which we greatly appreciated. These folks are very professional.

We have a huge family and we all enjoy being by the pool and deck all evening without bites! For less than dinner costs at a casual, local, restaurant we gain such peace of mind! My service tech, Andreas took his time to be thorough in and outside our home, and answered all my questions.<br><br>Our little visitor was eventually snapped up in our pantry with me adding some freeze dried chicken cat treats near the traps - yummm!😉

So far so good! My friend recommend them, saying they end up being cheaper because they will come out again at no charge once you pay your monthly fee. Jez has come 2 times, one time to set up the traps for the rats in our attics and second time to come to collect their dead bodies. He has also walked around the house to see if there are holes that they can get in. He also went around and pull these in the water cracks in the wall. He got rid of 2 wasp nests that I didn’t even know existed. Very through!

Alex was very knowledgeable and experienced in doing his job. All my questions were answered confidently. He arrived on time and got the job done in a timely manner.
