R-Pro Insulation

R-Pro was great from start to finish! Communication was perfect. Very professional. The employee who came to do the install for sound reduction in our basement was very courteous and respectful and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them if I need them in the future.

just built a 30x65' metal building, part has 16' walls. Contacted r-pro to so 3" of closed cell foam insulation. They responded quickly, got it all done in three work days (spread out a bit so I could move everything from one part of building to another so they could work). Did a great job. Much smoother finish than I expected. They protected everything and cleaned up each day. Will use them again. Price was reasonable and they asked extra questions to ensure they were quoting correctly (complex building with two different heights).

Communication with the team was wonderful, John was kind, clear, knowledgeable, and provided multiple options over a couple rounds of inquiry. His pricing was easy to understand and better than other estimates I got. (In fact, RPRo was recommended by a friend that works for a competitor!) Trusted contractors that do great work and charge fairly like this team are GOLD.

R-pro did a great job, start to finish. John gave a thorough and competitive quote, and the technicians took pictures of work before and after, and took time to explain to us the state of our attic. Also, going from R-30 to R-60 made an immediate difference. Highly recommend

R-Pro Insulation cam into my home to add insulation to the attic, add insulation to an overhang and spray foam into basement joists. The crew was friendly, professional, explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. I was amazed how they went into the small attic space above the cathedral ceiling above the living room, dining room and kitchen to add insulation. I highly recommend R-Pro Insulation to take care of your insulation needs.

R-pro came out and completly re did my insulation pulled all the old out air sealed and installed new r60 level insulation, the crew was very professional and polite and were very diligent in their labor and I couldn't be happier with the end product.

John came out quick, got me scheduled quick, and his guys were kind, courteous, efficient, and respectful. I had one question during the actual process and John took care of it almost IMMEDIATELY. Highly recommend and would question why you would use ANYONE OTHER than RPRO. These guys are the best of the best.

I reached out to R-Pro because I did a home energy audit with Columbia Gas and R-Pro was on their list of recommended insulation companies in the area. I got quotes from several other companies, and R-Pro was the clear winner because John actually spent time investigating our situation and recommended a very reasonable (not just the easiest/most profitable) solution. The price was comparable, if not cheaper than other companies. I should also mention that everyone I interacted with was professional and respectful to both me and my wife - unfortunately, that hasn't been true of all contractors we've hired in the past. Lee and Cole showed up 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment, and they were great! They did the job efficiently and didn't leave behind a mess. I loved that they knew exactly what to do even though it was not a straightforward job with several major tasks. I didn't have to re-explain everything to them! The work they did aligned with the detailed contract written by John. Lee and Cole were more than happy to allow me to inspect their work at various checkpoints of the project, so I'm confident that they did a good job. We now have fantastic insulation in our attic and garage ceiling of our split-level home. They also installed a solar-powered attic fan and soffit baffles that I'm super excited about. Our attic used to get extremely hot due to poor ventilation, but now that should be fixed! I will definitely be recommending R-Pro to friends in the Columbus area.

We had these guys come in and spray foam the walls of our crawl space. We were trying to insulate an old modular home that we knew had terrible insulation. We were just trying to make this house livable to start off. They were professional and kept the process simple. I think what they did made a HUGE difference in the winter. Which is what we were most concerned with. I wish I had been able to have them check our exterior walls for insulation, but they said they usually did that sort of inspection in the winter. Now a couple years later we still have yet to get it done. Our heating bill is double our previous house with about the same square footage. The exterior walls have to be some of the problem. Just had a baby so haven't gotten to this yet.

John, the owner gave us a very comprehensive quote. It included correcting a serious problem in the original construction of our house 20 years ago: there was NO insulation in the attic of 1/3 of the home! The installation guys were great! Job done on 4 hours, quietly and safely. Very happy! The entire attic of our ranch home is now R49!

We are building a massive gym in our backyard, I got quotes from about 11-13 companies, R-pro wasn’t only the best priced they got our building sprayed in a very unreasonable amount of time to help us continue our buildout with everything else that needs done still. John is very responsive and the installers are very knowledgeable and professional I would recommend them to anyone

The guy's were great and the customer service was also fantastic. The close cell foam is the way to go because at the end you will save so much on energy cost it will definitely pay for itself.

Initial consult with John went well. The guys that came out to do the work were not professional: they did not ventilate properly during nor after installation and insulation was sloppy looking. It took several more appointments to discuss and try to remedy concerns. I cannot recommend.

I felt our in-home consultation went well, addressing plumbing line work needed before insulation installation. However, after two email attempts for a quote yielded no response, I'm compelled to find another company for insulation installation due to the lack of communication. Improvement in professional communication is needed for future customers.

I called R-Pro to insulate our new home because we were so satisfied with their work and professionalism on our old house. Our second experience was as good as the first. Fair, upfront pricing and transparency (they use top rated materials). Crew were punctual, hard-working, and respectful of our home. If I have future needs, I will call R-Pro again without hesitation!

Highly recommend! Very thorough inspection to identify issues that were corrected as part of the project (baffles around fan and soffet, broken ventilation screen) that other vendors didn'teven bother to mention. Installers were on time, worked quickly, but didn't rush and cleaned up afterwards. Very highly satisfied with the entire project.

Very knowledgeable with insulation needs. I trust them completely, and they don’t try to oversell me things I don’t need. They were super nice when doing insulations, and I trusted them in my home. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves!

Our experience with R-Pro Insulation was really great right from the start. John was awesome when he came to inspect and give us a price quote for the job. I had a condensation issue in my finished attic and used R-Pro to insulate the roof slope with closed cell spray foam to rectify the issue. John the owner spent a lot of time explaining the root cause and the remedy when he came over to give me an estimate. He was kind enough to stop in a second time as the scope of the project expanded to include more of the attic. The scheduled project was a three day job. The technicians were on time every day and finished ahead of schedule. They cleaned up after they were done. I was able to go inside 24 hours after the spraying was completing and there was no smell at all from the insulation. The difference in the attic is drastic; the attic felt cool even on a sunny 76 degree day with the windows open and the air conditioner turned off which is a very big change from before. I'm very happy with the closed cell spray foam and the service from R-Pro.

R-Pro did a wonderful job both evaluating the current insulation in our home and providing reasonable options for making it more comfortable. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to see why their house has trouble maintaining a comfortable temperature!

John and his team were so great! We hired them to insulate the attic and the garage, and seal the lower level. They were so efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up once they were done. We noticed an immediate difference once they were finished.

I had R-Pro add insulation to my attic, air sealing, and route a bathroom fan out. The quality of the work was very good. I would have given this 5 stars except for a few issues with the workers. I asked the three guys to wear masks inside my house when they arrived. They laughed and said they did not have any. I offered them all a new surgical mask which they agreed to wear. They also did not wear boot covers while inside my house. It had snowed the night before so there were boot tracks throughout my house and I had to mop the floors after they left. Lastly, I asked how long the work would take and was told 5-6 hours. The job was done in less than 2. I understand not wanting to underestimate but at least give me a reasonable expectation.

We had R-Pro remove some blown in insulation and add new insulation to raise the attic R value. The process was smooth from the time John gave us an estimate through installation. They communicated well along the way and I especially liked the electronic approval of the proposal - it was clear what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. The installation was very professional - they arrived on time, put down tarps to protect our floors, worked efficiently and cleaned up after they were finished. We are very pleased with the outcome and we can already tell our upstairs is warmer than it was before.

We had an unusual insulation job and some issues were discovered after the R-Pro team finished up the job. We contacted John and he immediately responded and a solution was worked through. Integrity of the company is outstanding!

Highly recommend! I had extra insulation added to several areas and roof vents. The guys showed up on time, the work was thorough and they explained as they went along (I ask a lot of questions). They cleaned up after themselves. A pleasure to work with.

R-Pro really came through for me! I was having siding done by another company and they were ready for my project a month early, but I wanted to have a quick insulation job done first. I was having estimates done the same week the siding wanted to get started and R-Pro was the only company able to squeeze me in, plus they were the best price. (I also had another company tell me they had a $1500 minimum and my job was too small for them!). They did the estimate Tuesday and insulated on Thursday (a 2 hour job). It didn’t hold up my siding at all! Thank you so much! Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Their prices are great and they were very honest about the best product to use for my job (foam would have been more expensive, but could have possibly caused damage, and they were honest about that and we went with blown in fiberglass). I highly recommend them!

I am a first time homebuyer and my home inspector highly recommended I find a qualified insulation installer to insulate my attic as it only had an R-4 to R-12 value. R-pro was the first company I called to come do an estimate on my house. The estimator was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. With this being my first house they were very understanding of my limited funds and they worked with me to find an affordable solution. I ended up getting three more estimates and R-Pro had the most affordable insulation plan. When it came time to do the installation, the crew called to say they were on their way ahead of the scheduled time, they arrived when they said they would, and they went over the job with me and answered my concerns and questions. After the job they did a good job cleaning up and did the job well. When my budget allows, I will be giving them a call to add additional insulation to my attic to increase my R-value because they did such a wonderful job. Overall, great quality work and very knowledgeable in their field.
