Sometimes is can be weird to have someone come into your house and see every inch of it, but Alex made it a pleasant experience. We haven’t had any bug issues, since we switched over to urban desert pest control. Overall great company and great service

I had a great experience with Urban Desert. The service technician, Steve, was very prompt and professional. I was told the technician would arrive at 7:00 AM, and Steve arrived exactly at 7:00 AM on the dot.<br>Steve was easy to communicate with and took the time to address my concerns. I mentioned that I would like to see more focus on glue traps inside the home. Steve explained the reasoning behind the previous lack of emphasis on interior glue traps, and after our discussion, I felt much more comfortable with having them reinstalled. He ensured they were properly placed inside before completing the service.<br>Overall, Steve did a great job, and I always appreciate the consistent service I receive from Urban Desert. He’s personable and wants to do a good and thorough job.<br>One time a person with the company traced my ant problem in backyard all the way to the source which was in the front of the house. They treated it and I never had that problem while living there.

Jeff called ahead, was right on time and was professional, super thorough and provided great care and explanation of the entire service. Even wore booties over shoes while treating the inside of the house. Awesome service! Very pleased.

Robert Nelson has been servicing our house and yard for a few years now. He is fantastic! Always very personable and friendly but also very knowledgeable and thorough! When we first moved in we had scorpions everywhere in the yard (and a few in the house), fast forward to today and we haven't seen a scorpion anywhere in two years! (and I search for them with a black light regularly) Robert was here today and he also discovered and dealt with a fire ant colony in our front yard. We wouldn't use anyone else!

We have been using Urban Peat control for years now and I had to write a review because with all the amazing years of great customer service it is well deserved! They are so great at communicating before service and making sure everything was taken care of. I even found a snake in the garage and the owner came out the same day to get it off the sticky pad trap she had left. Wonderful service and prices! They are the BEST! The technicians arrived exactly on time and started my home treatment (inside & outside) plan. They were thorough and took time to explain what they were doing (Steve & Anthony). It matched exactly what I was told would happen during my home inspection (by Kyle). Professional service. Walked me through the work they completed. Steve asked if I had any questions or concerns before cleaning up the property and leaving (Steve left me some cards in case I had a question later on).

Sadly this company has gone downhill since I last reviewed them.<br><br>We have two houses set up with Urban Desert Pest Control one home is serviced by Tony. Tony completes service both interior and exterior we have no issues. He’s on time and does exactly what he says he will.<br><br>Alex services the other home and sadly the reoccurring treatments are terrible. For the first couple months he never contacted us to treat the interior. Turns out he was texting the wrong phone, when I called customer service to explain there are continuous pests inside they advised me that my contract is only for exterior service and that interior was a bonus. So you're telling me the other home is getting bonus treatments everytime and I shouldn't expect the same experience at both homes? They advised Alex would return to the property to treat the interior at no charge I let them know I was 20 minutes away and by the time I arrived Alex had left. He told his team he couldn't wait any longer and no one called to tell me he left. Fast forward to this month interior is still having issues and Alex sprays two baseboards inside. How is it that Tony sprays each room and Alex does not? Both of them work for the same company the service costs the same the contract is the same why is the experience different. Do not recommend using them.

We’ve been using Urban Desert Pest control for over a year now. Bobby always comes to our house and does a fantastic job. He goes above and beyond spraying the back/dusting cobwebs and will always ask if we have a specific problem we are dealing with like ants, etc. and do his best to control the situation. He even will prepare the ground around the house before rain! Not only is Bobby great at his job but he is so friendly and courteous of our kids and animals. 10/10 recommend!

He never rushes through the service and always asks if there are any areas of concerns. For example in the spring we were seeing more spiders than I’d like and he took the time to get all webs and stuff taken care. Hands down the best tech and best company to use.
