I am extremely happy with my pest control service, especially with Seth, who is my regular technician, and is always professional, on time, and an excellent communicator. Seth never hesitates to respond to my questions and concerns (as I’m an east coast transplant learning about the AZ pests and critters) and is always willing to explain to me what he’s doing, identify bugs I find, and gives me helpful tips to keep my house pest free. Once on a regular service visit, he found a bat wedged between one of my windows and screens—I was thankful that Seth went above and beyond freeing the bat before it got loose in my house!

Have used Terminix for 15 years now and have been extremely happy with them. The techs are always friendly and professional, make themselves available directly when there is any problem (like a massive influx of boxelder beetles from the neighbors yard), and take the time to answer questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Greg always texts to let us know when he will be coming. We have had scorpion issues in the past and he was willing to make extra service stops to eliminate the problem.

Courteous and professional technician. Always a thourough job. Always questions if there are any current issues and this time there was. Based on past performance of resolving a major insect issue I have every confidence this matter will also be favorably resolved.

Made an appointment online and they never showed up. I called this business at the corporate number after they hung up on me calling the local number. I was on hold for over 38 minutes.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS!. I requested a simple service in April 2025, for mosquito and ticks, this was supposed to be on a promotion for $69. Long behold they talk me into a whole house plan for $189. I then changed my mind and colancelled the service. They went back and forth trying to schedule me through text messages and never actually provided the service. And now 3 months later theyre trying to send me to collections without ever doing the work. Even the collections agency can see that I cancelled the service and that they did not complete the work. I then looked into reviews for this company and they have been sued and a class action was filed against them for unfair business practices. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS!

The level of service and the communication from my service guy is why I continue to do business with this company.<br><br>We had such a terrible Gooher problem living on irrigated property. The term water and they will come is a perfect statement. Since hiring Terminex and having Greg come out monthly we have almost gotten rid of the problem!<br><br>Thank you!!

I have been with this company through all it's changes from Arizona Exterminators to Western Exterminators and now Terminix. I pay my bill as soon as Seth leaves and yet you would think I have gone into default by the phone calls I get from them and yet in nearly 20 years of being a customer I have never missed a payment. Pretty crappy way to treat loyalty. If you ever lose Seth you will also lose me.
