I have used Terminix Pest Control services for at least 36 years. They have always provided excellent service to me. For the past several years, Jason has been my regular service technician, but routes have recently been adjusted and he no longer covers my area. Today, I had a new service technician, Brad, that will now be my regular technician for my area. He paid close attention to all my previous and current pest issues, and took the time to let me show him all my specific problem areas that we have been spraying regularly for positive effects. He then sprayed all my areas of concern. Brad is very friendly and helpful and offers great suggestions on ways to continue minimizing pest infestations, just like all my previous regular technicians. I look forward to his return on future visits.

Western extermination is my favorite servicer in Tempe! Since we’ve had them service our home we haven’t had any problems with bugs (roaches are notorious in the Tempe area). They are good about communicating when services will be done and answer any questions I have. Their techs are super friendly and reliable.

I've had service with Terminix for 7 years. However, this year they never sent me an invoice for termite service. I called them and though they have my name and address, they claim to have no record of service at my house. I asked someone from Terminix to come out to talk to me about spraying for bugs. He proceeds to sell me on rodent service, a problem I don't have. I mention the termite service and he claims the traps around the house aren't Terminix's and that if I want service they'd have to dig everything up around the house and put new traps in. He then claims he's worked for the company for 15 years and has never seen black traps like I have.<br><br>The company is a mess. I did learn they were acquired by Western and that's probably how they lost my service information. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

We’ve had Terminex for around 6 years. Manuel Rubio sprays our property every three months. Since he started coming and spraying for bugs, we’ve had zero problems with insects. Plus Manuel treats us like family. He always shows concern if something is going on in the family, greets our dogs, makes sure we don’t have additional insect issues, etc. I would recommend Terminex to all my friends and family and would hope they had some as great as Manuel spray their home.

Brad Hart did an excellent job of communicating with me when I was out of town and again when I returned and he visited my house to spray for scorpions. He explained the process and we discussed the details behind the scorpion being discovered in my daughter’s room.
