sundance insulation and drywall

Sundance just completed drywalling my new home theater and I could not have picked a better contractor to complete the job.<br><br>I've spent several years building the theater to very high standards and last thing I wanted was for a crew to come in and not care about their work, so was very happy to see that the crew got the effort I'd put into it and matched my effort. As a theater the room required that all soffits and walls be stuffed with insulation for sound control before closing it up with drywall, so it was right up their alley.<br><br>With a coffered ceiling, soffit, and display areas, the room had a lot of edges and corners to deal with, so the job lasted nearly two weeks, but they sure made my dream come true.<br><br>The theater looks amazing or will once painted. ;)

A little late on the review, but I used Sundance to insulate my home and attached garage in 2018, as did my neighbor. We were recently touting to another neighbor what a great job Sundance did insulating our homes. The comfort level, noise reduction, and savings on cost of air conditioning were enormous. Great Job!

Sundance installed drywall (80 sheets) taped-and textured my 1200 sf workshop. They did it in just 7 days. They were fantastic. The crews were great. I would highly recommend sundance.

Delivered insulation to them. Had to back in off the street, but they have great spotters to help guide you.

If you are considering hiring a drywall or insulation company- LOOK NO FURTHER!<br><br>I own a remodeling company and have had Sundance do many projects for me. I have always been impressed with the process from the bid to the finished product. The crew members are professional and work areas are kept clean, final clean up is great and customer interaction between their crew and my clients is always professional.<br><br>I have referred Sundance to many other contractors I know for Drywall and Insulation work. I do not give out referrals unless I truly trust them since the work they do will be a direct reflection on my company from the referral. I have had Sundance Insulation and drywall work on a house, a garage and my business over the last 30 years. Each time they got the job done on time and on budget.<br>I had 2 bids on the last job. Even though Sundance was 15% more than the other bid. The other bid was for 3.5" of insulation. Sundance's bid was for 6" of foam insulation. Looking at the depth of foam that Sundance applied it is well over 6". I knew the work would be done correctly if I used Sundance!<br>Everyone I have dealt with there have been very professional.<br>oh yeah, I will use them again.<br>Thanks, Dale

On time very professional

They do good work but when the sanders left so did my brand new 18 volt drill, manager said “they’re sanders they would have no use for a drill” big joke.

As a high end custom home builder, I have not used any other source for my drywall and insulation jobs since my first experience with them. They are on time, priced right and their work is perfect.

A professional 1st rate drywall contractor.<br>My elderly, solo Mother had rain damage due to a roof leak in her Az room. Jr. at Sundance appraised the damages reasonably, the two man crew showed up as said, they worked until 8:45 PM the same day so as to not come back the next day. These two guys moved around furniture, removed & replaced the ceiling fans repaired fallen insulation, drywall, re screwed the entire ceiling and replastered better than it ever was.<br>Five star job.
