I selected Southwest InSealators for my attic - they removed the old insulation and replaced with spray foam. Tracy was excellent - explaining options and clear communication. The team showed up on schedule and completed the job on time. I was slightly skeptical about the 30-40% energy savings, but 7 months later I have reviewed my APS bills and the savings is 43% - and consistent every month. This was money well spent and I am very pleased. Thank you!

Fantastic company!<br>I obtained 2 quotes from companies for my project, one of which was from SWI. I decided to go with SWI based on cost, but more importantly a recommendation from the HVAC sub contractor who had his home spray foamed from SWI.<br>I had two jobs performed by SWI. First they removed the old insulation for the forthcoming attic work. After work was complete, they applied spray foam in the roof rafters and both the rafters of the garage and the floor joists.<br>There was up to 2 feet of insulation in some places of my 2800 ft2 home (not including the attic). Albert is a professional, friendly, personable guy who explains the whole process clearly. His crew was the same way. Ramiro did the spray foam insulation after the attic work was complete and did a fantastic job. He has >15 years experience doing so. When the crew had questions, they would stop and ask me which I really liked.<br>I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR INSULATION NEEDS.

Duct seal, duct replacement & insulate attic space. This could be the most unprofessional company I've<br>dealt with in my home. The quality of work was awful. Ducts not completely sealed & workmanship was extremely unprofessional. Registers were put back with no care. Had to completely replace three registers because they were destroyed. Also had to repaint several walls & registers. Poor choice on my part to hire this company. No one from management ever came to check workmanship of installers neither. BEWARE!

Spray Foam Insulation Installation. They removed all of the loose fill insulation from my attic and then spray foamed the entire attic. Great job and worth every penny!

Wow! Super impressed with this company and the injection foam insulation. My house is block construction with no insulation on the interior walls. I was looking for an affordable solution as the afternoon sun super heated my house. I had the injection foam done and this lowered my interior wall temperature about 8-10 degrees which makes a huge difference inside.<br><br>I’ll be using them for duct sealing in the future. So hard to find quality companies but Southwest is one of those companies. Tracey-my sales rep was excellent as well. Very professional and communicative.

Hired Southwest to insulate my drywalled/finished 4-car garage to be used as woodworking shop. I bid out from 5+ contractors and Southwest came out and Tracy did a thorough job of estimating and explaining the process. Tough job as the ceiling was only 30" high truss frames under a flat roof, making blown-in insulation very difficult, but doable with several access cutouts. Some contractors would not even bid, but Southwest guys were very good and worked in tight quarters but without tearing out the entire drywall ceiling, rather using relatively minimal access cutouts. Also did drill & fill on the exterior exposed walls. The workshop is up and running with a split ductless A/C system and the garage seems to maintain an even temperature even in 110+ temps. Finally Southwest was very reasonable in cost for all the labor that went into the job, and in fact lower than most other bidders. Great value and very satisfied - would definitely recommend to others.

Great all-around experience. Requested a quote to update the insulation in our attic as well as some foam insulation in a few walls. Tracy came out and provided the quote. She was attentive to what we wanted and what we were trying to accomplish and provided options at prices comparable to other quotes we received. The install was done in two stages - the first was the attic which was very thorough. The crew could have done a little better job cleaning up after themselves but blown-in insulation is messy, it gets everywhere, and you can miss cleaning some of it up... not a big deal. The second install was the foam in the walls. Crew was on-time, answered some additional questions we had, and cleaned up after themselves. A great experience from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Had spray foam done on a vaulted ceiling.<br>Sent request for a quote via Home Advisor and got a call the next day. Tracie came a couple of days later and gave us an unbelievable quote! We called back 2 months later to schedule an appointment for install. They came a week later (my choice) and spent the day preparing for the spraying, spraying, and cleaning up when done. The installers were very efficient! Would highly recommend this company!

We had Southwest Insealators do foam insulate our attic, and south facing outside wall. That made a big difference in the cooling of our home. So we had to have Southwest Insealators come back and finish the rest of our outside walls. Right off the bat, the home is quieter, which is easy to tell since our neighbors are redoing their backyard. Great service and product that we ended up using them twice!<br>1st Service May 2019: Southwest InSEALators removed the old blown-in insulation before spray foaming the underside of our roof with 3” thick open cell foam. We know we made the right choice and that it works because we noticed the A/C immediately blew out cold air instead of hot air for the 1st 10 seconds. After a few months, we have also noticed significantly less bugs and spiders in the home.<br>2nd Service December 2019: Southwest InSEALators spray foamed our recently purchased steel storage/shipping container with 1” of closed cell foamed. We want to minimize both the amount of condensation that can possibly develop inside the container and also to reduce the amount of interior heat buildup under the summer sunlight.

We are in the middle of a remodel and our general contractor planned to install traditional pink insulation. I called Southwest InSEALators to get a quote. Tracy was able to provide a free estimate the very next day. Better was that the quoted price was cheaper than what my GC was charging for traditional insulation. Tracy proved herself to be knowledgable, dependable, helpful and honest. They did a great job and our addition retains heat and cold while blocking sound. I plan to use them to insulate the other side of our house in the future.

The cellulose wasn't removed from my attic when the spray foam was installed. Due to the enclosure of all vents, the almost 40 year old insulation being dirty and possibly with roof rat droppings the attic began to smell especially during the hot summer months. After 2 years the cellulose was removed but the attic work that took place, created several nail pops on my newly refinished ceilings that had also been completed by a different party during the extensive remodel at the same time as the insulation installation. The nail pops are still there and so is the cracked attic hatch. I advised what happened and no one every called back to repair any of this. As a real estate agent it's impossible for me to refer a company that treats customers this way.
