Nick did an amazing job humanly removing a 3-4 foot rattle snake from my back yard. He was there quickly and had the snake secured in no time. He then checked the rest of my yard for any further snakes. He sent me a video of the rattlers new home. Fast and friendly service!! Nothing could have been better!!

Hello, i'm John. I had a wild night last night, January 20th I walked outside and saw a huge lizard surrounded by feral cats. I shooed the cats away and shield him under a 5 gallon bucket. To keep him safe, I called snake guru. told him my situation, him and his small son came down and saved the day. And it only took him 35 minutes to get there. They also told me all about it. It was a bearded dragon, 24 inches long, full grown, male or female. I didn't ask they were so great in handling it, and they took it with them to give it some carrying that he probably needed water, maybe a worm. If you have any unfortunate incidents with snakes weasels, big lizards, owls, maybe a Hawk call snake guru. they are the best in the phoenix area you can tell they love to help and are great at what they do. Unsettling to have an on identified small snake in the garage just before Thanksgiving- called snake guru and Nick was incredible! Answered his phone, asked me to text him a photo as he would be on his way shortly, but could go ahead and identify the snake. He did and then came out and went above and beyond; searching for and securing Area snake had been in. Moved every item in the garage; including assisting with putting spare hardwood floor boxes up on the top garage cabinets.<br><br>Efficient and affordable and so knowledgeable, I am so grateful to have a forever snake and wildlife expert. Two weeks After laying down glue traps, the snake appeared. I texted Nick a picture and he was back within 15 minutes and so humanely saved the snake and took it away to give it a bath and release it. I had never even heard of a Desert night snake. No extra charge, which was so gracious and we will have Nick out to do a packrat project next!<br><br>Grateful for such a capable team member for our beautiful life in this incredible desert!

I called Nick after finding a rattlesnake in our garage and he arrived at our home within the hour. After successfully capturing the snake, he did a full check of our garage, in addition to inspecting the outside of the house, looking for possible points of entry. He found several places that need to be snake-proofed and we will be having him back to do just that.<br><br>He also identified the food source that probably attracted the snake in the first place—packrats. Unbeknownst to us, they made a burrow underneath an outdoor shed. I called Nick after noticing a rattlesnake in my garage on Friday night around 7 and he came out to help with removal immediately! He was incredibly calm (which I needed after the adrenaline dump of seeing that snake), professional, and knowledgeable. The snake guru is an absolute 10/10! He was called by a neighbor about an abandoned tortoise and he turned a rescue into a fabulous educational experience for my son! We were able to learn about interacting with wildlife and he even examined our yard and home for protection against snakes and other critters that can be trouble, especially because we have kids and dogs in our yard. Amazing experience. I was out of state traveling when my dog sitter let me know there was a rattlesnake just outside out backyard door. I called Nick and he said he was not too far away and could be there in about 15 mins. There was no one home at that moment and he was able to access my backyard and capture the snake that was partially tangled in bird netting within about 40 mins of the first I had ever talked to him. I was having work done at my house when the contractor saw a rattlesnake slither across and under my front door bottom threshold of my steel door. I called Nick and he was able to come in a but over a hour. He caught the rattlesnake and will release it into its natural habitat. He checked the rest of my property and able to seal the door area. I texted Snake Guru and Nick was at my house within 30 minutes this morning. I can't say enough good things about him. We have a little gopher snake hiding in our front door jamb. I couldn't get him out and didn't want to hurt him. Nick wasn't able to get him either so came back and set up a box with glue traps and will return when we see him stuck and safely relocate him. Nick also checked our property for any areas of concern with reptiles and rodents. He also really takes care of veterans and 1st responders.

My sick grandma was trapped inside her house because she had a western diamondback curled up under her front door and the fire department who we were instructed to call said "Thats not an emergency" then we found Snake Guru and his response was "Well I do care" and he was there within half an hour. Was doing my routine sticky pad check around my garage for scorpions and spider when I saw a worm like shape, picked up my sticky pad and there is a baby snake .<br><br>I felt bad for it since it was a baby and hopped on Google and started looking for Snake disposal, found Snake Guru!<br><br>I called and explained what was going on , he said to send him pictures and within seconds he could be there in 15 Mins.<br><br>When he arrived he checked out the traps and saved not one but two snakes. He let me know they weren’t poison and they eat the bugs . Can’t speak enough of the experience with had with Nick! Obviously it’s never something you WANT to have a rattlesnake in your backyard, but it couldn’t have went any better. Nick was super responsive, quick to our house, and very professional. He has a background as a scientist, so for me and my five year old it was even a learning session. After the capture, he took the time to assess the property for an future exposure, and educate me on how to future proof against snakes, etc. I posted this video on my social media, and all my friends asked for his number! I just used Nick (Snake Guru) ; very punctual and keeps u abreast of when he is arriving. What I had was the possibility of a snake; i.e. skin; holes etc. so I wasn't sure if it was still there or not; Nick even suggested that it might be gone; but I needed peace of mind; so asked him to come anyway. Upon arrival he gathered his items and within a glance knew skin was old and what type of snake it was; inspected the holes found to be empty and inspected rest of backyard all was good. Very thorough and knows his business...definitely a great business has a great deal for veterans would definitely recommend......price was fair and reasonable in my case.

Snake guru came out to remove a desert night snake we found in our pool. He arrived quickly and removed the snake without any issue. My experience with snake guru could not have been better. I had a gila monster in my garage and googled what to do about it. It said stay away from it and call a professional. I called one place and they didn't do gila monsters and referred me to animal control who referred me to Nick, Snake<br>Guru. After I talked to him he said he would be at my house in 30 to 40 minutes, and he actually was there on time. I told him I had a gila monster in my garage right up against the door to access my house. He opened the door and it was right there he snagged it instantly and put it in his bucket. Spent about an hour calling every pest control I could, all of em were closed for the day. As I was about to give up, I got my call transfered to Snake Guru for a bird problem. NOT JUST SNAKES - I found animal feces on the top step of my pool. A few days later, and about a week later, it happened again. The consensus of people who saw my photos was that I had a racoon coming into my yard and using my pool as a toilet. People said it will continue to come back. Not a good thing. I was unsure what to do but I ran into the Snake Guru at a business meeting. When I asked if he knew of someone who dealt with other pests, he explained that he could address my issue. I hired him on the spot. He came over later that day, inspected my property, and set out a large live trap near the pool along with a trail of bait from the pool steps to the trap. He told me he would come back daily, set more traps if needed, and upon catching anything, he would release it in a safe area for both the racoon and other homes. When I woke the next day there was a very unhappy racoon in that trap. Sanke Guru picked up the trap about an hour later and took care of releasing it out in the desert but near water so it would be able to live. He offered to continue trapping in case there were others, but we declined that as I was certain we only had one. It's been weeks and no racoon evidence to be found anywhere. BTW. The Snake Guru is a longtime biologist. He consulted with others in his field and followed up with information about the potential of disease spread by contact with racoon feces. As a result, we are doing our best to mitigate any potential contamination.

The Snake Guru was fantastic! We had a rattlesnake hanging out in our barn and he made it to the north side of Cave Creek in under an hour to capture him and take him somewhere safer. Saw my first snake at in our yard in the mountains in North Central Phoenix and was absolutely TERRIFIED. Texted a picture to Nick with my name and address. He immediately called me and identified it as a speckled rattlesnake and said he was on his way. Not even 20 min later Nick had the snake humanely captured and relocated. Called Nick, the Snake Guru, in a panic as I saw a snake on my back wall. 15 min later, he arrived! Turned out to be fake and placed there by a neighbor(not funny by the way). While he was at my house, he offered to do a sweep around the exterior for any signs of critters or critter damage. Nick safely removed a rabbit from the backyard and at a later date, carefully removed a large uninhabited pigeons nest from under the roofline. He found several areas of woodpecker damage along the roofline and placed bird deterrents. He also closed up areas around the garage and side of house where critters could get in. He will return to repair and paint damage done by the woodpeckers. Nick is very knowledgeable and super friendly! Highly recommend!

I had was in for quite the surprise when I opened my washing machine to find a snake sitting inside! I had not idea how it got there, but with Nicks help, the snake was successfully relocated to a habitat that I’m sure was much more preferable than my laundry room. We had a snake inside our house and had Nick from Snake Guru perform an inspection and he found another small snake in our garage! There was a gap near the bottom of the garage door frame that allowed entry that he closed up. We had similar gaps from the door to the house from the garage that he closed as well. These gaps were apparently what allowed the snake into the house. Interestingly, he explained how our rattlesnake fence is inferior, so he will give me his quote on new fencing. As he pointed out, he square pattern in the fencing should be half the size of the current chicken wire, and it should be installed on the outside instead of the inside of the view fence to be as flat as possible. Also, it should be 36” tall vs. the current 24”. Finally, our exterior vent to the range hood is not a “critter proof” version, which could allow bats, so he will quote that as well. He did find prior pack rat activity near the grill, but it was not active. Nick is simply fantastic. I highly recommend him--a real professional. 5+ stars!

I opened my front door and there was a rattlesnake hanging out slithering around the entry way. I tried to use a shovel to get it to move but it just coiled up and got pissed off. I did a quick search on my phone and found the Snake Guru who does relocation. I called him and he was on his way and arrived in 20 minutes, there was a service charge but well worth it. The snake had slithered off into my neighbors yard so I called Snake Guru to update him and he said he would still come out, remove it and secure the area for public safety. When he arrived he asked if I was a veteran because he does free snake removal for veterans so, got a permanent place in my book. Thanks!

Was shocked to see what appeared to be a snake making itself very comfortable outside under my front door screen. Have no idea how long it was there and it didn't move as I went in and out the door. It didn't look that big so my son decided to try and encourage it to leave with a water hose. That didn't work and neither did pouring a bottle of vinegar (as recommended on-line) on the area. So we gave up and my son found Snake Guru's ad and gave them a call. Nick was out within 20 minutes and is the nicest fellow you'd ever want to meet, He is licensed, insured and a biologist by degree. He asked us to go inside as a precaution but we could watch the removal from the hall window. The snake turned out to be huge....at least six feet long. How it crawled into such a small space I don't know but Nick had him tied up and in what appeared to be a cooler in seconds. The snake will be released back into the wild (hopefully very far from here) and Nick told us it was a female so very glad to get rid of her before we had more snakes. Nick, the Snake Guru, is awesome and I can’t say enough great things about him and the excellent services he provides. If you need fast, professional, and empathetic, (to the humans and the invader), removal services, then look no further and call Nick.<br><br>Imagine my terror, when I turn around in my kitchen and see a snake up and hissing at me not two feet away from me! I am absolutely terrified of snakes … I screamed, threw a towel on the snake to get by it and grabbed my two dogs and barricaded myself in another room with a towel under the door until I could call for help in getting that terrifying thing out of my house!<br><br>I found the Snake Guru via a google search and called Nick who immediately answered. He calmly listened to my panicked call for assistance, and advised he was working with another customer and would be in route to our home asap. True to his word, he was at our home in less than an hour and texted me his ETA several times so that I would know help was on the way!<br><br>When he arrived, of course the invader was not to be found in the kitchen. Nick methodically and professionally searched every room, pulled appliances, etc. but could not find it. He advised he would have to place glue strips in strategic places to capture it and that he would return to retrieve when it was caught. And sure enough, later in the evening the snake was caught, and Nick promptly came to remove it at almost 10p in the evening. Truly 24/7 service!!<br><br>I am still super nervous walking around my house in case there is another invader, Nick has been great at following up and offering to come by any time to place more strips or whatever will make me feel comfortable again in my own home!<br><br>Nick is a gem and a true professional. I’m sure the delivery people are also very grateful for the fast and safe removal back to the desert. While at the house we also found a non venomous baby snake in the pool. 100 stars!!!! :) A pretty big rattlesnake peeked out at me this morning from a bush near our front door! I called Snake Guru, and Nick got to our house super quickly, within 10 mins, and removed the snake. Nick made it such a great and interesting experience!!! Nick ROCKS!!! Came home from a walk to find a 4 foot rattler in my courtyard. Thought I would take care of it with pellet gun but it hid and I was not going to explore. Nick got to my place in 25 minutes, spent time and effort looking for it under furniture, before finding it hiding under a chair. Next thing I knew it was in a bucket and on its way out. I cannot sing enough praise for Nick and Snake Guru. We have an acre property in the north valley and had too many interactions with snakes in our yard. I would give Nick 10/10 stars!!! I called him about a snake I found in my yard that didn't seem like a wild animal, but possibly a lost pet. I was able to contain it in the backyard under a box, per his instructions, and he showed up about an hour later (I live in San Tan Valley). Nick was able to determine quite quickly that the snake was not native and was definitely someone's pet. He really went above and beyond to help us out.<br>The snake is currently with him, and I hope we are able to find it's owners.
