Skywells is an amazing company. Great experience.

We bought a house with an existing solar system that had stopped working, and the original installer was out of business. I found Skywells Energy online and spoke with Nik, who was very accommodating. He quickly scheduled a diagnostic, and thought it had to be rescheduled due to a technician's illness. He made sure we were taken care of right away and even gave us a great deal because of the rescheduling. The repair was fast, and now our system works perfectly. Amazing customer service. I highly recommend Skywellls Energy for solar repairs and service!

We had our solar system installed 2 years ago by Skywells Energy. The experience was amazing, very professional team and professional service. Erik explained, educated us and helped through the process.<br>Our monthly electricity bill used to be around $500 summer time, now we don’t pay anything This is the best company in the market. We highly recommend!!!

Hesitant at first. Took us a year to commit.. So glad ben came to our door and eric as made the entire project bearable i was in dread with previous contractors.. Soo happy to see the credit now showing up on our power bill.. Maxed out the panels for the limited space and it pays off

My neighbor had a Skywells Energy solar system installed at her house a couple years ago and has had nothing but praise about it. I was interested in having solar energy installed at my house too, but I live in a historic district and the thought of having large, dark solar panels plastered on the front-facing roof of my vintage house kept me from following through on this idea. I had considered having a covered patio added to the west side of my house because of the harsh sun exposure and the patio would provide shade for my backyard. I contacted Nik at Skywells Energy and we explored alternatives. After going over options, I decided to have the patio built with the solar panels installed on the roof. This project had to be coordinated with craftsmen from various trades and agencies, and he monitored the project each step along the way. Every time inspectors came to examine the work before proceeding, they commented favorably on the caliber of work done. Yesterday the solar energy transition on my house was completed. It turned out even better than I had imagined! I highly recommend Skywells Energy.

We got solar panels installed and we have gotten a check from the electricity production above what we use each year of about $1000. Initially more panels were installed than needed but good outcome.

System installed this week. Super professional company from the sales team to the installers. If you are thinking about solar, give these guys a call!

I had my main panel upgraded and my solar system installed last Friday. The experience was absolutely amazing dealing with everyone at Skywells. Ben explained the whole process, answered all my questions, and got me the exact deal I wanted. There was a small mistake during the main panel installation and Eric resolved and took care of it without fuss or question the very next day. You couldn’t ask for better customer service or professionalism. Highly recommend Skywells! I attached a pic of my main panel but my solar panels are too high to be seen (thanks to their great design)

Don't think this company is reputable. They appear to be sneaky and deceptive. Make sure you go into any dealings with them with both eyes wide open just to be safe.

We worked with Sean at Skywells Energy and he went above and beyond our expectations throughout the process. At all points of the project, he kept us informed and followed up with any questions we had. The installation went smoothly and permitting didn't take very long. Awesome experience going thru solar with these guys. Jack was super helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to get the panels installed, duct sealing for AC, and new insulation all to make my house more power efficient. The whole process wasn’t invasive at all. I have a clear no sales/soliciting sign on my door and a sales rep from this company not only decided to ignore it but proceeded to be pushy and continued his sales pitch after I pointed it out and told him multiple times I am not interested. Was very rude and condescending, straight up harassing! Just ridiculous!

The entire team was very helpful beginning with Eric. Everyone was on top of all our needs and the schedule went as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the process and our panels.

So I was unbelievably satisfied with the customer service that Nik Shehaj from Skywell. He helped us from stage one and answered all our questions. Whenever we needed him he was right there to get things done. Not to mention the people who came to do the work were professional and they got things done in a timely matter. In a world where it’s hard to find customer service, I was so pleased and impressed with how Nick handled all the process! If anybody is thinking about going solar or having work done on their house sky was the company to go through because you won’t be disappointed it will get done and you’ll have customer service the entire time. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to use this company and I would use them for any future needs.

We are beyond happy with Skywells. Just two days ago we noticed on the app the production was low and we let the company know. They scheduled us for today and replaced one of the panels with no hassle. We were pleasantly surprised! There is nothing better than a good local company who takes great care of their customers!

Skywells Energy is a GREAT Company and I was excited about the Pricing that they provided for me. My Advisor was Les and he was extremely competent and kept me in the loop. Im beyond happy with these guys. Savings have been great and I received most of the money today from the taxes. They will give me the rest next year which is fine. My house is way more efficient now with the insulation and the new pool pump. We very rarely get a bill from aps. Much better than paying aps 400 in the summer which was killing us.<br>Thank you guys!

Showed up at door saying they represent APS 2 minutes later trying to sell solar. Shady at best.

After signing my contract it only took about two months to get it approved by the city, APS, and installed just today. Erik was the point of contact with Sunny energy. He’s very easy to communicate with and got me a very good deal on the setup and installation. He also answered any questions that I had and very knowledgeable about the solar equipment. He set us up with a good solar company to go with and the company that works really fast. They also sent me email every steps that they had done. Definitely recommend him to anyone that wants solar system.

Why is it ok, for your employees to knock on my door with a no solicitation sign. Then turn my sign around?<br>These stellar employees didn't understand they were on a ring door bell, and they lied about it. Until I showed them the cameras. At which point. They claimed it was "just a joke"<br>Makes me wonder about the rest of your operations if you have people of this quality. I wonder what else they have done without being caught.<br>They wouldn't even give me a contact for a complaint. So here you go. Social media lesson 101!

Our sales rep Erik Shehai has been fantastic from the beginning of our first meeting. He’s went above an beyond in answering all of our questions, which we had several. He’s followed through with everything he’s said he would. The hole process from being financially approved to equipment installation has moved exceptionally fast. Our solar system looks top notch on top of our roof. We’re looking forward to many years of quality use. Erik Shehai, Skywells and Sunny Energy you’re to be commended for a first class system.

I was very skeptical at first about purchasing solar panels and even talked to a realtor about it. She advised against solar saying that there will be a lien against the house unless I paid it off soon. Nick Shehaj my rep answered all of my questions to my satisfaction . Now my panels are installed and I am just waiting for APS to come turn it on! I am very excited and grateful for the education that I received to make one of the best decisions in being a home owner. From the first cold call visit to our front door, to the day we flipped on our new Solar Panel array, everyone was very friendly, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Our specialist did a great job explaining the benefits and was easy to get a hold of, returned our calls promptly and everything turned out the way he described it. My wife was very skeptical at first, but everything made sense. We couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Our experience with Skywells energy has been excellent. We had wanted to go solar for over a year, and finally decided to give it a shot when our next door neighbor went solar. We walked up to them when they were doing the installation for our neighbor and they gave us the number of their representative. Their first meeting was very informative and it made financial sense. It took roughly 10 weeks to get the system installed for us and they even fixed a portion of our roof for free because it needed to get fixed before they could install the system. Our summer bills used to go up to $350/month and now our APS bill is just around $18/month. We went with all black panels which look really sharp on our roof. We couldn't have been happier with the service and have sent two referrals to them, which have also been very happy.
