What a great group to work with. My kitchen was raining from the bathroom above and we were in a panic. The Servpro showed up to help us at 2am. Thank you to the Night crew who showed up in less than an hour and big thanks to Sonia for getting us back in the place so quick!

Servpro of Phoenix responded with incredible speed. In less than 20 hours after a fire broke out at my Arizona home, their team was already on location remediating the Fire and Water damage to my property!<br>A shout out to Austin, Joshua and Frances for making a bad situation so much better!

Servpro is TRASH! They came out on 11/24 to inspect and guaranteed my estimate would be to me that afternoon. I called back on Wednesday and they guaranteed my estimate would be back that afternoon. It’s now Saturday and I have no estimate but they were quick to charge me the $175 inspection fee. At my visit they also told me it could be remediated that week and I don’t yet even have my estimate. I demand my $175 is refunded, lip service and no follow through.

Servpro was great while the work was being done in my home due to storm damage and flooding. Everyone that they sent out was wonderful. They all took the time to explain everything to me each step of the way. The technicians always communicated well with me and we're really just great human beings to deal with overall. I would definitely say that Servpro is a great company for all of your flood clean up needs.

I saw that a neighbor had hired Servpro to come help them after a recent monsoon storm that was pretty brutal. I thought that I had gotten the large amount of water that was pushed through doors & windows of my two story home that had frames that had become bad with time, but I wanted to make sure that I had truly gotten my floors, ceiling & walls dry, so I called Servpro too.<br>They came & did a careful & complete inspection & come to find out, my two story condominium was still very wet where I couldn't see it! (Inside the walls, under the hardwood floors & inside the first floor ceiling.) Unbeknownst to me, mold was already present!! 🫨 Brandon took out what needed to be removed & set up fans to dry all of the areas that needed it & also fans to purify the air inside my home for my kitty, Poindexter, & myself. I am very grateful to both Brandon & Israel, who came later, who are with Servpro, that came to help me in this mess! They both were very understanding & kind to me about the fact that I needed to ask LOTS of questions about what was going on & what needed to be done. I am extremely grateful that I called, got the help I needed & that the work done was very professional & both Brandon & Israel shared their knowledge with me so I could understand every bit of work they were doing in my home!!!!

Brandon and Sean arrived promptly and got to work drying up and tearing out a second floor ceiling from a third floor toilet leak. They took great care in covering my belongings so they weren’t affected, sealing off the door, and isolating the mess from insulation, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward. Service pro had them out within an hour of my call. It put my mind at ease during a very stressful moment for a homeowner. Thanks, Guys!

Logan, Justin, and David were fantastic! They were super nice, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They walked me through the next steps, answered all my questions, and did an excellent job from start to finish. Very professional and I highly recommend their service!

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and I am always grateful to find great businesses that provide great service. There was a fire next-door to our apartment and the smoke damage caused us to have to move and we decided that Servpro would be the best option for Restoration. I had rental insurance, but my roommates did not. Very grateful to Servpro to work with myself and my roommates to provide great service, understanding, patience, and the fairness when it came to my roommates billing. They were very caring and worked with us to make a fair payment option considering my roommate did not have rental insurance. They did a great job during the whole process and their employees were absolutely fantastic. Thank you to all the employees that were part of the whole Restoration pack in and pack out process. Thank you so much to Frances and Staff and the restoration team, Lee, Damien, Rachel, Jasmine, Sandra, and Carisa.<br>Understanding the process now when it comes to restoration of property, I would definitely use Servpro again in the future if an unfortunate situation came up where we needed a restoration company, because their professionalism, empathy, patience, and fairness was extremely appreciated. I used serve pro for a water leak i had, and went through insurance.<br><br>Serve pro was prompt at calling for emergency services — Frances and Logan were great at communicating the process and getting everything scheduled for demo.<br><br>Derek and Alex had been coming by to check the fans and dehumidifier, they were very professional and kind. They both did the demo in my house and were great. They were thorough and cleaned up everything before they left.<br><br>would recommend serve pro to anyone.

Lee Sandra Ortega crystal norma did an emergency move out for us in one day. They were fast and efficient and took away our water damaged furniture.

Sandra and her pack in/pack out team were absolutely incredible, amazing, and helped us get our house back!!<br>They were organized, efficient, and very pleasant to be around as well as helpful with anything we needed from washing windows to putting away more than 250 boxes of personal possessions<br>Because of them our house is becoming our home once again!!<br>The team consisted of Sandra, Carisa, Ashley, Lee, Jazmin, Ortega, and three gentlemen on the first and second day.<br>Not to be negative, Unfortunately, we can not make the same reccomendation for the build out and reconstruction team.<br>Also, the communications with this team were in inconsistent!!

Israel and Cam did a fantastic job drying out our apartment after a flood. They were prompt, friendly, answered all my annoying questions, and we're fantastic to work with. My roommate and I highly recommend Servpro for any restoration or water mitigation!

My family experienced a series of very unfortunate events recently. SERVPRO was our last option, but it was the greatest decision I have ever made in my life. They sent someone out immediately. My family was graced with the presence if Dylan. He was a blessing sent from heaven let me tell you. He was extremely friendly , and willing to help us out. He was understanding and very hardworking. Jeff and Chris did a marvelous job of reconstructing a closet for drywall, texture, paint and re-situating a tall shelving/drawer against the wall. They were pleasant gentleman to work with and took care of a few more items for brackets as I requested. My closet looks great after a severe leak ruined half of it, ceiling and wall together from a leak in the attic pipes. I'd recommend ServPro for water mitigation and reconstruction. Great overall Experience. The coordination was awesome dealing with entire group @ServPro -TeamLuzzi from management, field team. We received calls ahead from field techs 30 min prior, which made it easier trying to have someone home . ServPro Team Luzzi resolved our water issue with ease. Took a really bad situation and made a better time dealing with this unfortunate situation . Now aside from Serv pro -dealing with insurance<br>Is a whole Other issue . Homeowners doesn’t cover ground water . We had a situation where neighbors had a drainage issue and tried to have a contractor fix with French drains<br>Etc piping to the road and contractor made their situation worse. The job is uncompleted and will continue to occur with what they tried to resolve .I took pictures and videos while<br>This was occurring and still the insurance was like we’re sorry we can’t cover . I gave all evidence to<br>Show it was neighboring homes fault and still @libertymutual made NO<br>Attempt to help, quite disappointed. Meanwhile we had so much damage to our home and contents in our basement that now needs to Be thrown away. Definitely check your home insurance before a disaster like this occurs .

Never thought I’d have to call them for services but glad I did they came in ready and prepared to assist my situation , crystal assessed and started the process right away , Cece was very friendly and efficient while working , and when I called to the office I spoke to 2 very awesome staff Gloria and Nina , very quick to answer any questions and how I was to proceed ,made the process a lot easier thanks .

SERVPRO cleaned our HVAC ducts and vents and did a total cleaning following a major home remodeling. The staff worked hard and did a fantastic job removing dust from the construction that had covered everything in the house. We were very pleased with the results and the great customer service by the staff.

Chris, Christopher, Superman, and the rest of the team at ServPro were punctual, professional, and compassionate. The team was always accessible and responded to our needs promptly. They always left the property tidy and secure. I have already and will continue to recommend ServPro to all.

I feel they did a very good job and 2 gentlemen in particular went above and beyond. My washer and dryer had to be disconnected during the work. Because of medical issues this made things difficult for me. Superman and David Ortega put them back and hooked all up. They are definitely super guys in my book.

Make sure your construction manager doesn’t tell his tile subcontractors they’re going to get paid asap then ignore them for days once the job is done. After not hearing back from him I ended up going into their office, he was up in a meeting, he told them to cut me a check.<br>You have no problem getting back to me while the job is in progress but can’t send a simple text back or a call back to discuss payment once the job is done ?

I really don't know if there are enough words in the English language to even come close to describing the service we received from Chris and his team! When our belongings arrived in Arizona everything we owned was covered in mold and mildew. We were beyond devastated and especially worried because my husband was only one year post-transplant. Obviously mold to a transplant patient is not a good thing. Our belongings arrived late on a Saturday and on Sunday morning I began calling every restoration place I could find. Of course I left messages everywhere but Chris was the ONLY one who called me back on the Sunday. Once I explained the situation, as well as the concern for my husband's health, Chris came out the very next day to assess the situation. He and his team immediately jumped into action, removed everything from our home, and took it to their warehouse. Chris and his team treated all of our belongings as if they were their own, even comforting me as I cried over things of sentimental value that had been damaged. With that said, Chris and his team were able to salvage everything they possibly could and many items of my late mother's that were so very precious to me. Not only are they skilled and knowledgeable at their own business, but they made several recommendations for air quality testing for our home and furniture refinishing and repair. This team's customer service was beyond anything we could have asked or imagined! We will never be able to express our appreciation to Chris and his team for all they did to give us back some sense of normalcy in our lives. They deserve 10 stars!!!
