Edited review!!! It started off great, I added a good review for the guys that were on the job everyday for 15+ days, because they truly gave it their all! Now, I’m having to go back and edit the review, because it was highly misleading and added prematurely. The truth is I should have waited to do it to begin with. Had an AC condensation pipe leak and discovered I had mold in the house. The team Cameron, Derek, and Steven showed up to do the mold remediation and they were absolutely wonderful in the beginning. It’s been 7 months and I am finally better health wise to start the clean up process of destruction that was left behind. My office is absolutely destroyed-they didn’t cover anything and there’s pieces of drywall everywhere, dust and damages. Not to mention the damage done to my tub and bathroom fixtures. And plenty of things that are missing and/or misplaced.<br>The guys on the job gave it their best effort and it’s not their fault. The issue was mainly with the PM and his inability to communicate between the owner of ServPro, the insurance company and myself and who also entered my home on multiple occasions without proper containment attire. Extremely disappointed with the entire interaction & service I received. Wish I would have known better and went with a different company! Nothing was cleaned afterwards and my home was left looking like a war zone.<br>Furthermore, ServPro wanted their hands wiped from this job and they sent in another contractor to air test for mold, who only ran the test for 3 minutes inside (and it should have been for 5 minutes). I have a recording on my blink camera and how I found out. In addition, they had to strategize on how they will get paid for the work done from the insurance company after the fact and why everything went sideways. Had they properly communicated with the insurance along the way, none of this would have happened. All of this was the biggest mess and I highly discourage anyone from using them!!!!<br>The Project manager to watch out for is Logan Applewhite.<br>In case you’re dealing with a similar nightmare, please do your research and ask for another company or project manager. Know your rights and be an advocate for yourself!!!

The device was amazing! They were respectful and on time. Mr Ricardo Chavez the tech was very professional and cordial and he answered all the questions we had.

Brandon and Sean were outstanding. Kept me informed about what they were doing, what was next and what to expect. Very professional and very courteous. Can’t say enough good about them.

Brandon and Ortega are the Best! I had a major water leak in my house and even though it was 6:30 in the evening they came out and assessed where the water was at and set up fans to dry up all wet areas to prevent mold and to start repairs. They were amazing, very nice and thorough.I appreciate them and how they made a tough situation for me that much better! Thank you guys! I highly recommend them and their work! A+<br>😀❤️

Brandon and Marcelo were fantastic. Very detailed-oriented. They worked well as a team to get the job done right. Very happy.

Cam had come out when I had my ceiling leak and fell. Cam was very kind and patient ,he was very detailed and explained each step. He and gave me such a peace of mind. I would definitely recommend their services.

We had a significant water leak from a neighbor that affected our apartment. The staff and technicians at ServPro were not only fast acting to help take care of the damage, but with every step have been on point with communication as well as keeping me informed along way. The techs and everyone have been super mindful of the apartment while working which I appreciate. Nina, Logan, Alex C., and Nick/Nik M. have been wonderful to say the least and I 100% would recommend this company to anyone.

Having to call SERVPRO and meet Chris at 4:30am on a Saturday after finding out a 3" coupling failed on my construction project is never a positive experience.... BUT, Chris was extremely professional and helpful and his team took care of the incident with outstanding follow-up and documentation... which is so important in these situations. Seventh time we have used ServPro in the last 20 years. Never a disappointment. Extremely helpful and mindful of what needs to be done.<br>Extremely reasonable, and worked directly with our insurance .<br><br>I will use them again and again.<br><br>Logan was our contact, and helped us get through all of the issues that we had to get fixed and repaired. & Reconstruction<br>The service provided by Tony and crew for water mediation was excellent response and services provided were excellent as well. The reconstruction crew lead by Matt & Lydia provided all services for the reconstruction in a timely and professional manner. Serafin Antonio & Horacio performed outstanding service and professionalism.

thanks to Servpro i can finally say i am stress free .Both melissa and gloria provided me with updates and stayed very professional throughout the time they had their workers at my home . Crystal, Cecilia and nina kept a steady pace and were very professional and gentle with all of my belongings they even showed some love to my house cat Thomas. Both Nicole and tony were amazing the way they directed their workers as well as the amazing demolition work that was completed by Ricardo, dylan and chris. I will be using Servpro for any future damage to my home.

Servpro came to my rescue thanks to my insurance company when I had a flood in my bathroom and a bedroom. They brought in equipment to evaporate the water and prevent mold and it sure prevented the damage<br>from becoming worse than it already was. Great Job!

My toilet tank busted in my bathroom and water was everywhere. Servpro was called and they immediately responded to the situation and took care of the problem and restored my home back to its normal condition.
