Restore Master

On January 30, 2026 had a flood in my house. I called Restore Master and they sent Al and Arbnor to our home. It is shocking to see water running down the hallway. They pulled the majority of our floors out, vacuumed up the water and put fans in place within two hours! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I highly recommend Restore Master or any water problems in your home! Thank you, gentlemen you did a great job!!!

Very professional. On time and friendly. Bob was the mitigator and oversaw the 1st phase of the floor restoration. He singlehandedly place the air movers strategically to quickly dry up all the moisture. He also came back to remove all equipment on his own.

Joe arrived and demonstrated extensive knowledge, conducting a thorough inspection with a thermal scanner. After evaluating the scene, he presented several options without attempting to oversell services, instead clearly explaining his recommended approach. I recently had some water damage in my house and I called Restore Master because I wanted the best of the best and man did they deliver. They sent one of the best workers I have ever had the chance of meeting. They sent me Nasur Curi the owner and he was very friendly and super nice I was glad I choose Restore Master they did absolutely the best for us.

**Read in it's entirety trust me you'll want to!**<br>We had a lobby leak and hired Restore Masters for the repair. The estimate was approved and everything after that was a nightmare of delays and zero communication.<br>The first week they came out and set up and did a asbestos test. They told me it would take 24 hours to get the results back, after not hearing from them for three days I final called into the front office. They told me to wait 24 hours, and when I told them that we had gotten it done on Friday, the women said that she had seen that the results came back on Monday as negative (mind you it was a Wednesday).<br>I asked them when work would start and she told me she would have someone reach out to me. After a week (finally after continually rescheduling me) they came by and did the remediation. When he said it was all done, I had asked if the leak had been repaired to which the project manager told me it had. We had about two monsoons and had no leak, so we thought we were good.<br>Two weeks went by, no one called me, their scaffolding still up in our lobby, I called to follow up with them on the drywall repair, they told me that they thought I was contracting someone out for the repair. To which I told them that I had asked for their company to do the entire repair. She told me she apologized and would get someone to reach back out to me. Four day's go by when no reached out I called again. The lady on the phone apologized again and said that with the monsoons that came through they had been incredibly busy.<br>I told her I was growing frustrated because they started this project with us, and what was supposed to take a week had now been four.<br>She said she would get someone out as soon as possible.<br>Someone did stop by to tell me that, he was sending someone else out to come look at the drywall repair to bid me out. Which I was once again confused by because I thought it was already bid out in the first estimate.<br>He then offered to purchase my staff lunch which I declined and just asked him to please finish the window project.<br>He came back a week later to check up on the project, and asked me how everything was going. I told him that still no one had come back out. He said he would call someone. A guy did come out to bid the drywall repair the next day, and apologized for being behind, they were having a lot of business from the monsoons that they had been having. (Which now hearing this from three people, I started to feel like I wasn't a priority customer anymore.)<br>4 days later I ended up with his bid of $17k for the whole project, which said would fix the leak. When I told him that the other project manager said the leak was fixed, and that we hadn't had an issues, I was just looking for a dry wall repair and paint. He said that he would reevaluate the bid. I waited exactly a five days, before moving on. Then it took me two weeks begging them to come back and get their scaffolding out of our lobby. Every time they told me someone was coming no one would show up. I finally had someone call me and tell me there would be here by 1-2pm. Then call me at 3pm asking if they could come the next day (this was the second time the did this to me). They were at another project and didn't think they were going to make it. I told them that they come get it today, or I was going to have someone else come take it down and keep it. It had been two weeks, of the project being done, and a 2 months now of the project started. I ended up having to let them into the building at 6pm to come and grab it. The next day I received the revised bid from the other project manager (two and half week later for those who are keeping track from when I had my last conversation with him).<br><br>Now our leak is back in the lobby, and they are stating that they only did remediation. All that money spent to them for nothing, I am so beyond frustrated by this company, this was a nightmare to deal with. 1000/10 would not recommend.

The technician, Bashkim Maloku and his crew were fantastic. They were on time, respectful, friendly and professional. They removed the sheet rock from two areas that caused water damage from a rain storm. Also, had to remove upper and lower cabinets carefully so they can be installed back in its place. Bashkim & crew cleaned up after the job. We are very happy with the outcome and was impressed with their work. We would recommend Bashkim and his crew at Restore Master.

Had a great experience with Restore Master for our water restoration project. Nasur was over within the hour of my initial call and was reassuring that everything can be fixed. Bob and agron were out the next morning and helped with the mitigation process and were not only hard working but very professional. It was a pleasure working with Nasur with repairs. He was always helpful with answering all of our questions and concerns with dealing with our insurance. Special shout out to Dan and Joe for all of their amazing work making our home feel like a home again with the repairs. They worked on our home for almost two weeks and they were always early to arrive in the morning before starting to work. They did a great job and were very respectful. Nasur went above and beyond when my clock fell unexpectedly off the wall; he helped clean the mess and even drilled a new screw in the wall to help secure the clock. We were very pleased with Restore Master and would recommend to anyone.

The owner Nasur Curi literally had the balls to stand in our kitchen and imply that WE had something to do with the damage from their people damaging our counter when they reinstalled our dishwasher after assessing a water damage leak. The dishwasher was installed crooked and his people cracked the frame of our counter. Why? Because we didn't call for a week after it was installed. Wow. That's so long after the install. Because normal people bend over in their dishwasher and notice discrepancies right away all the time. He told my wife "I drove all the way out here from central Phoenix." Nobody cares how far you drove. We are the customer. You run the business. That's what you're supposed to do. He told my wife his guys took pictures of the screws being back in. We demanded to see them. And did we get to see them? No. What's the matter Nasur? Never tried to BS a woman with a brain? I took the picture attached. This is the left side of the dishwasher. Then he admitted the screw on the right side was loose but according to him, loose screws don't fall out and apparently dogs don't eat screws also according to him. I have $100 that says the pics HE took while he stood in our kitchen and insulted us in our own home will have the time stamp changed to cover his ass. This guy is a crook. I don't care how many years of experience you have. If you accuse a customer of basically fraud, you need to work on your people skills. If you get referred to this company. Ask for someone else. Absolutely disgusting. Also reporting to the BBB.

Why this company on a scale of 1 to 10 is an 11. They were on time, went right to work and did the necessary to get everything dry with the fans and mitigated our attic water leak. Our insurance company said they recommended this company and they always did high quality work. Bob, (Bashkim), Agron, and AB were a great team, covering surfaces to prevent dust and kept us informed as the cabinets were taken out and drywall removed. They vacuumed all surfaces and floors perfectly when done. They came today and tested the walls again. We thanked them for providing such great professional and friendly service. MB

We own a vacation home in Surprise, AZ. After being away for several days, we returned for a golf retreat only to discover that the house was completely flooded. The water was so severe that I had trouble opening the front door, and when I finally did, water rushed out like a wave of shock and disappointment.<br><br>We called Restore Masters at 2 a.m., and their team arrived by 4 a.m. to begin work immediately. They brought in so many blowers I lost count. She’s truly been a shining star through this devastation. After the circumstances of this damage proceeded, I am going to revise the original review below. In the following week, they came back out to remove the fans ( an excessive number of fans that was necessary). They removed an expensive oriental rug to clean, now they have no knowledge of where it’s at. They billed our insurance for 10K and we are not going to hire them for the poor response we have received after the initial incident. I wouldn’t hire them again for any future losses.<br><br>June 10, 2025<br>Bob Bashkim Maloku and crew had a very fast response to a flooding from upstairs toilet. The crew was out within 2 hours, determined the extent of water damage to the flooring upstairs and downstairs ceiling and carpet. The crew did an awesome job removing the damaged flooring and cleaning up afterwards. Bob was very communicative with what needed to happen to restore the damage. The crew was very polite and respectful also. For the most part, a good experience under the stressful circumstances of the day. Would (NOT NOW) recommend this company to everyone needing this service!

After a call to our insurance company about the water damage from the dish washer we received a call a half hour later from Nasur with Restore Master saying he can meet with us in a one hour , Nasur explained what they were going to do and he would have Bashkim and Agron technicians from Restore Master stop by within hr and get started on the clean up, I couldn't belive how fast this was happening and how professional they all were! Good work guys and thanks again!

Bashkim was professional and punctual, he is every knowledgeable of water restoration, he answer all of my questions I asked him about the restoration..I would like to recommend to anyone who want to get a job done.

UPDATE- just so potential customers are aware…the owner contacted me after my review posted and offered to take care of my total balance in exchange for taking down my review. I declined the offer. Just felt I should make people aware of the integrity of the company. Makes you wonder how many reviews have been removed or changed with that offer.<br><br>First off- Restore Master was SO prompt in responding to our call for a busted pipe/subsequent flooding behind our vanity and under our tile. They came and evaluated and came back right away with equipment to get everything drying. Also the gentlemen were SO nice and professional.<br><br>UNFORTUNATELY- this company did not handle our mold correctly. Black mold (later confirmed Stachybotrys via testing from a mold inspector) was found when they removed a baseboard. They disposed of the debris, sprayed the remaining mold on the wall with a thyme oil, and then PUT A FAN ON IT without the room being contained in any way- doorway wide open. Anyone who has done any research on mold knows that the area must be contained, as mold spores go AIRBORNE. Per the IICRC- proper containment to prevent cross-contamination is best practice for toxic molds. Unfortunately this company blew a fan onto our black mold and I'm sure contaminated our bedroom and likely the whole house.<br><br>The proper remediation company that came in after was not surprised, as many companies don’t handle mold properly. Again, they were very nice people. But they also ghosted me after questions regarding my bill, so theres that to consider as well.<br><br>All I can say- is do your research. The IICRC has checklists of questions to ask remediation companies to ensure they are managing your project properly.

Restore Master was referred to me by my insurance company. This was not an insurance claim, but I had no idea where to turn. For the mold removal they were very prompt, and courteous, however when it came time for the construction estimate I dealt with Dan. He was rude, and nasty. He missed items on the estimate and there were mistakes. When I questioned him about them he had the audacity to call me petty and picky. He said it I didn't like what he was telling me I could go somewhere else. So I did!

Restore Masters has been repairing water damage in the primary bedroom of my elderly parents condo. They have been easy to work with and professional. Amber in the office is a sweetheart who follows through and always gets back to me. Bob came to my parents place late yesterday and there was a bit of confusion as to the job that we wanted done. Normally he would have come with a crew but by himself he ripped out carpet and moved heavy furniture in order to get the job done. My parents, sister and I were very grateful and appreciative. I'm terrible with internet communication and she was even patient with my delayed responses and confusion. Bless her. She sent us Nasir who came out and assessed the damage and was patient and informative with my many detailed questions. Before we knew it, we had a team of plumbers and carpenters all of whom were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. This house is an old matchbox trailer and when things inevitably broke like the stained yellow pvc piping and barely functioning water main, it was fixed in the same day without any worry to me. Shelby who sent us the previews of the flooring, was able to upgrade our choice to a pricier one at no extra charge so shoutout to her. I can't sing praises enough to Bob, Argon, Christian, Angel and Allen who were the hands-on dudes who spent all day doing this dirty work. My bathroom looks brand new and shiny now and it was done quickly and stress-free. Seriously big thanks to all mentioned, I 11/10 recommend these guys.

Nasur, Bob, Agron and Francisco came to my home last minute during the rush before Thanksgiving to assess damage caused by a leaking drain pipe. After the initial assessment they removed the damaged area and started the process to renew the area. The gentlemen were professional and respectful of my home. Restore Master was the company referred to us following a homeowner's insurance claim, and the water damage mitigation was just completed today. Bob, the project manager was outstanding. He was responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. He and his assistant Agron were polite, communicative, and even comforting during this chaotic time. We used this company for our downstairs bedroom that unfortunately experienced a leak in the drywall. This company did an amazing job restoring the room to an even better state! Each subcontractor that was referred to us by Restore Master (Nasur) - drywall repair, painting, baseboards/door trim, carpet - were all 5 stars. Recently we experienced an issue with our HVAC system resulting in water damage to hallway, walls and flooring. I have nothing but wonderful feedback for this company. The day we called they came out there and started drying out the walls from the flooding that took place. They have been working on the repairs on my parents house for the past few months. Even though it’s been a journey, they have been helpful, professional, transparent, and responsive along the way. We had a water leak in the kitchen and our plumber referred us to Dan at Restore Masters. After looking at what needed to be done we opted to reconfigure the kitchen and get new cabinets, counters, etc. Dan was very responsive and helped with all our decisions. His sub contractors are very skilled and professional and we love the way our kitchen turned out. Dan was very helpful in working with our insurance company as well. Additionally, during the remediation phase they hooked up a temporary sink so we could use our kitchen while waiting on cabinets, insurance approval etc. I was a little scattered in the beginning about what I wanted to do but Dan rolled with my thoughts and ideas and the final project looks amazing.

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves.
