I specifically asked that our back wall be sprayed because we’re getting scorpions crawling up the back wall into my pool. That was not done. I watched the entire service through my camera and this person did not go down on my property on the back wall towards the Golf Course and spray anything. I cannot pay for this service.

I have struggled to find a pest control company that was as good and as affordable as they were. This was my first service with Proof Pest and Nathaniel was on time, extremely thorough, and took the time to address all of the specific needs of our household. We live on the water so spider webbing is always a retuning nuisance. He got rid of all of the webbing, even in the high eves of the house and inside of the garage. We don’t ever invest in contracts but Proofs pricing is fair, affordable, and if anything surfaces in between my quarterly services, they will come anytime requiring no additional payment. Thank you! Nathaniel has done an amazing job the last couple of times he has been at my house. I am always nervous when someone has access to my home and I am not there. I hope he continues to service my home and never leaves especially because my dog can be intimidating and many techs won't even enter my house. Proof Pest Cotrol is BY FAR one of THE BEST pest control companies here in Phoenix!…BY FAR! I’ve tried a couple that were a little cheaper but all I saw was bugs for days! I HAD to come back to Proof and I’d rather see a few bugs for a couple of days versus ongoing months! And my initial “welcome back” service was done by Nathaniel. Proof pest control and their technician Geran have been servicing our home now for the last year+ and his professional demeanor is amazing. Geron has been a tech that's come to our house a few times for routine treatments every 3 months. He's always very nice, and answers any questions I have very well and never rushes anything. He's here for longer than I had other pest control techs come, so I know he's doing it 100 percent. Today he came, and I had some concerns about a potential pest problem. He answered all my questions and concerns, and told me he'll have someone call me to do a free inspection just in case. I got a call 5 minutes after he left! He's on it. Good luck cancelling. I’ve sent emails, called, was told everything was taken care of and yet I still keep getting billed and now they’ve stopped responding. 0/10 don’t recommend. Things went downhill after the company was bought out. The original owner would have never allowed this. It’s really sad.

Proof has done an excellent job taking care of our property . All of the technicians are very courteous and thorough. My regular tech Connor always calls ahead to let me know he is on his way. The office sends out notifications in advance as well. Connor always checks with me when he arrives to find out if I have any concerns. Their other techs Shane and Carson are excellent as well. I would highly recommend all of them for your pest control needs. Also, their mosquito treatments worked extremely well. I have to admit I was skeptical at first but I'm a believer now and will sign up this summer again for that service.

I had an infestation of flies - all centered on my L/R window. 3 days of killing them only to have more eggs hatch. I called Proof because I wanted same-day service and they were incredibly helpful. Connor showed up earlier than expected, immediately identified the issue (fruit flies) and explained how they probably came into the house. He was so polite and professional. Even my dog liked him! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Janelle came to do the service this time and she was amazing. You can see she took her time to inspect everything before and during the service. In the end, she gave me the full rundown and tips on the service and maintenance. She is polite and I will be requesting her for all future services.

Garrett showed up at my house this morning to treat for spiders etc. He was very professional and explained how different pests get inside homes, thrive, die, etc. He took the time to spray thoroughly inside and out. He is very knowledgeable in this area. I requested that he treat my parents house near me as he was wonderful.

I just recently signed up with Joseph and he went over in detail about what kind of pests to expect in this area, their lifecycle, and what their services include. Shane and one other employee dropped by the following day to spray inside my home and outdoors. They showed up perfectly on time and Shane was the one I interacted with about the service and he was so friendly, and they send you a nice little invoice after the service to go more in detail about everything they did during their visit! I actually found a dead scorpion a few days after they sprayed and I am shocked, I didn’t expect to find any scorpions in the neighborhood. I’m just glad I decided to start getting sprayed before one of my dogs had an encounter with one!

Joseph was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the industry. He answered all my questions I had throughly and explained their services in great detail for me to understand (as I’m not very knowledgeable about Arizona pests due to being from the Midwest!) He was super friendly and relatable. I think their services can’t be matched from a price standpoint and the “all inclusiveness” of their services! Have had issues with pest control companies in the past so I was hesitant to try another one. A friend of mine recommended I try Proof. So I did and man did they deliver. Never used a pest control company before so I had to try out Proof when they asked me if I was interested. The organic spray in the house smells good and is safe for pets and children which is a win win all around. Canen was the tech that came out and sprayed and was knowledgeable and did a thorough job. We have seen mice nearby with our home being new construction and the area still under construction so keeping those pests away is going to be good.

First visit: I found Alex to be personable, knowledgable about his profession and techniques, & properly equipped for the initial visit with his tools of the trade. He examined the outside and inside of our house, took a few photos, conferred with an associate about our problem and responded that indeed it is carpenter ants. He explained his company's process and the timed visits. He also made some suggestions about things that I, the homeowner, can do to help in preventing this problem once it is cured. I implemented some of these after he left. Overall, a very good start. The proof will be in stopping the infestation and preventing it from reoccurring. Time will tell. I might add that the contract cost may be a bit higher than other firms, but there are 5 visits in the contract, and more if necessary. Other firms I contacted offer only 4 visits. They also give an initial visit discount and a senior discount.
