Pristine Restoration did a great job getting our water damage repaired

The crew that came out to restore my ceiling from a tub over flow was amazing. They were punctual and they completed the job in a timely manner. They also did a great job at cleaning up once the job was finished.

Chad is fantastic! Crews are very good. Attention to detail and pride in their work is apparent. We had an exterior door, jam and sill replaced and painted. Great work!

Our experience with this company started as a 5-star. After USAA recommended them, they quickly assessed the job, and within a week, repairs were done and ready for restoration. However, two months passed with no progress on the restoration, leaving us without a bathroom. We eventually had to cash them out and move on to a different option.<br><br>Update:<br>After my initial review, the owner reached out personally to apologize and tried to make amends. His response showed a commitment to customer satisfaction, and if we had contacted him sooner, our experience might have been different.

Pristine restoration was called out by our insurance company State Farm- Their rep grossly undervalued the amount it would take to put our house back together after a pipe burst. because of their extreme error, it's going to cost us almost $100K out of pocket to fix our house because insurance is sticking to Pristine's calculations. We have had several other contractors come out and bid on the project- every single one of them are in line with one another and all have said that there is NO WAY the job can get done for what Pristine quoted to our insurance company. Something is seriously wrong here- either they have no idea what they are doing- or I can't imagine what kind of quality job they would have done if we would have hired them.... be careful when considering this company.

Shane was a true joy to work with! He was my main point of contact for a home repair project and the experience was a very positive one. Tricon hired Pristine Restoration to repace a damaged door. They missed 2 appointments. The door was measured then installed. A few days later a tech came to paint. He only painted one side of the door<br>A few days later the door started dragging and getting stuck. I called and waited a few days for a tech to come back. They sent the guy who painted the one side of the door<br>They sent an inexperienced tech. He was very polite and friendly but the work wasnt adequate. The door was cut too short and you could see through the door. I called several times no answer. I finally reached someone and was told they would call back by endo of day. I didnt get a call. I called and no answer. Finally I called and got a supervisor. An experienced tech was ae t and the door is finally correct. My other issue is this vendor lied to Tricon homes and said the frame was damaged. It wasnt damaged. They said they had to cut the door short because of the frame damage but the cutting didn't happen til I called about the dragging. I had to call from a Google voice# to get Pristine to answer. 3 weeks later the door is finally replaced. Tricon says they charged me $977 for alleged extra labor that Pristine reported that didn't actually happen.

I was very impressed with the professional ethics and work that was accomplished redoing our bathroom after we had an accidental fire ! What the Project Manager Richard said was always done after it had been discussed with Linda my wife and myself ! They were honest and we didn't worry about someone stealing from us as we rarely had anyone even in the same area for hours doing the work that they were scheduled to do.... after attempting to get honest bids from contractors for several weeks ...it was not an easy task to accomplish ! The other bidders tried up selling us and we were not comfortable with the companies ! This is a very professional company ...and after being a contractor myself in a different line of work ...the company and myself were on the same page of quality workmanship ... being on time...and available to discuss any issues ...I personally highly recommend them ... We worked with Pristine Restoration to replace our floors due to water damage. They were incredibly professional and helpful as we thought we knew what had caused the damage (and were wrong), but they helped us uncover the real issues after a lot of time and exploration. If it hadn't been for their insights, we might have repaired our entire flooring, and the issue would have persisted. They were easy to communicate with throughout the process and always followed up on questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Pristine owns up to any mishaps that may have happened in the construction.<br><br>Despite that avoidable mishaps still happened, but the did rectify them quickly and had good communication.<br><br>Update: we will have to get with a small claims lawyer as Pristine refused to repay the deductible we were forced to pay with our insurance.

Pristine Restoration did a great job cleaning water damage due to a roof leak. I called in the morning by afternoon they were there. Everything was taken care of in record time and very nice to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had my water heater break and leak into the wall in my garage, which shares a wall with my master bedroom closet. I hired Pristine Restoration since they came through a recommendation with my insurance company, USAA. They did a fantastic job! The thing that impressed me the most was how Shane communicated with me. He gave me details on when things were happening and they met all those dates. I'm going to piggyback off Randy Crawfords review, this is one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Same person (Rich) Going on two months now and were still waiting on them to complete work in our bathroom. We had a new sewer line installed in our house and out to alley. Plumbers were in and out within a week and a half, finished up right after Superbowl weekend. I used a Plumbing company not associated with Pristine. Pristine was recommended by our insurance company We also have USSA and from what I understand is after they do finish up, they will end up being dropped off of USSA's list of contractors. They talk a good game but once they get their money you become just another number to them. Please do not use this company especially if you have others to choose from.

We recently had the unfortunate occasion to choose this company when we had some damage in our house. USAA gave us a choice of contractors to have come in and make repairs and we chose this one. What a huge mistake that was. I honestly can’t tell you who’s been more dissappointing to work with, Alin or Rich. Alin was absolutely useless and Rich didnt do his job very well either. He’ll even tell you he didn’t. It was so easy for him to make excuses. This company has failed on so many levels. The communication has been literally non-existent for several weeks and very little has been done as of today (we began this process over a month ago). Flooring isn’t done, cabinets aren’t done, painting isn’t done, baseboards are stacked up. I read the reviews they have here on google and it’s shocking. I didnt think I could possibly be the only customer that’s had this type of experience and then I saw their reviews on another website and found out that I wasn’t. If the reviews I see here were truly a reflection of this company and how much they valued their customers I wouldn’t be writing this right now. Luckily, we were able to contact USAA and tell them how bad this was going and that we no longer wanted to use Pristine. I guess I could be wrong but sooner or later with outcomes like this I’d like to think USAA would do the same.

My neighbors were having work done by Pristine. When I came home, I saw that a can of paint was spilled in front of my driveway on the street. I called the company (didn't expect to get an answer from a real person at 4pm on a Friday but I did) and the gal on the phone was so polite and so funny. I called in hot and mad and she had me laughing out loud by the time I hung up. She said they would take care of it and sure enough, on Monday some gentleman came out and power washed the paint completely off. Accidents happen but it's how a company responds that makes them great. Customer service is alive and well at Pristine and I know this is a company we will be using if we need services in the future.
