So beyond pleased with the thorough job Pigeons R Us did!! I had gotten numerous quotes and these guys averaged with the rest, but their Google reviews stood out and now I know why. From getting a detailed quote quickly to Robbie being able to ease my mind as far as any questions or concerns I had, on top of that, the team was very knowledgeable and professional every single time they came out.<br><br>My home was absolutely infested because of so many places to roost and nest. We just kind of dealt with it because we had no clue that anything could be done and figured they'd always come back, plus we were worried about any deterrent being an eye sore. I have to say Pigeons R Us is the very best service I have ever had. From start to finish the promises made were delivered in such a professional manner. A gentleman by the name of “Wisdom” showed up at the exact time he said he would, at 6:30 am. He got right to work and sealed up every area that needed treatment. I had a different pigeon guy treat my home about 5 years ago, but I continued to have invasions. He left many vulnerable areas for more nesting. Now every possible part of my roof has been sealed off from future invaders.

Pigeons R Us did a great job. They were very competitive with their prices. They did not sell me on unnecessary products. The service techs were very good in answering all my questions.

It ended up being some persistent pigeons that got stuck in the netting trying to get back to their old roosting place ( just as I was initially told could happen).<br>Wisdom was our tech and he knows his stuff. I recently requested quotes from both Pigeons R Us and my existing pest control company. Pigeons R Us impressed me from the start — they were able to come out within couple of days, and the best part was that I didn’t even need to take time off work. They used a drone to inspect the property, which provided clear photos of both the problem and non-problem areas.<br><br>In contrast, it took nearly two weeks for my current pest control company to schedule a visit, even though I have a flexible schedule. Their quote included a recommendation to install solar panel protection at nearly $2,000 — just for the panels. When I brought this up with Pigeons R Us, they explained that because of the angle of my solar panels, pigeons were unlikely to nest there, and the protection wasn’t necessary.<br><br>That honesty really stood out to me. It showed that Pigeons R Us isn’t interested in upselling or using scare tactics, but in providing reliable and trustworthy service.<br><br>It took about three weeks to schedule the actual service, but since I didn’t need to be present, they were able to book it at their convenience. I can understand why they’re booked out — their pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. They did a great job, and I’m very pleased with their service from start to finish.

My experience was excellent however was for woodpeckers not pigeons. Your technician arrived and got right to work. Did a very prompt fast job of kind of surprise how fast he got it done but it wasn’t 100% complete because the stucco was still damp and he told me that he would come by once had a chance to dry and repaint it the correct house color, which we have the paint and he verified the color was a match. So always doing a pleasure doing business with a veteran as well as a good business man and thank you for a great job that you done patch of those holes. I don’t know if we’re gonna keep the woodpecker away, but we’re gonna try unfortunately can’t get rid of them like you can pigeons but Keep an eye out and let you know if they come back. Pigeons R Us installed a steel wire mesh on breathing holes under my roof line to keep birds from getting into the holes to nest. I am very impressed with the results. The service was excellent and setting up repair service was simple.

Pigeons R Us did a fantastic job cleaning up my horrendous pigeon problem. I was dumbfounded how quickly they nested underneath my new solar panels and the insane mess they were making. The technician cleanup all the 'crap' and nesting material then sanitized my roof. It was a pretty big job and they did it for a very fare price too.

Wisdom came out and did a very thorough job of cleaning up and installing the necessary tools to keep the pigeons from living under my eaves. He took a lot of care and went the extra measure (cleaning under existing roof tiles) to rid the area of the excrement's and the job site was left cleaner than when he arrived. Would definitely recommend.

Was worried about the installation of a bird guard on a new solar system possibly cracking or chipping many of our brand new concrete roof tiles (which are more fragile when they're new). Pigeons R Us offered reassurances, then quickly scheduled their crack installation technician Wisdom (his real first name) who arrived on time with a confident, very agreeable disposition. He took extra precautions to safeguard the tiles. For example, he could have used a short ladder to get up to the first roof level, then another short ladder placed on the tiles of the lower roof to go to the higher roof level. Instead, he used an extra long ladder placed on the ground to get to the higher roof. He finished with only two cracked tiles which he replaced then and there. An outstanding job in all respects. On time, caring customer care with a can-do attitude and successful outcome like this is a rare pleasure nowadays. Bravo Wisdom, and bravo Pigeons R Us.

Installer Wisdom Dzomeku was very helpful in pointing out some rotted wood behind a gutter. He could have nailed the screening to a solid back board; however Frank had pointed out to me when he came to give an estimate, that if I ever had to have work done on the roof or gutters or whatever where the screening would have to be removed, the warranty would be void. So I was very thankful that the rotted wood was called to my attention by your installer. That is giving me an opportunity to have the wood replaced before the screening is put on. They put up a pigeon fence around my solar panels 4 years ago and did a great job. I called them back this time to remove pounds of pigeon stuff from my roof (not where the fencing is.) Robbie (the owner) and John (our install tech) were both extremely easy to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional and patient (had to explain some of the process a couple of times to various people). Robbie and crew took care of my pegion/sparrow issues in my house attic very quickly. Good thing is they provide warranty. Second time they came over for a follow up it was covered by warranty. Very nice crew to work with. I recommend their service 100% for any bird issues you may have.

I called Pigeons R Us to obtain a competitive quote again some others I had received. Robbie was at the house within a couple days to provide the quote and explain my issues. After receiving the quote I was scheduled for a few weeks later, however, as luck would have it he had a cancellation and was able to get the work performed within two days. Great service, great response times, and a great company to do business with. Greatly appreciate the quality service and professionalism. His quote also came in 15% lower than any other quote!

The owner Robbie, was very nice to deal with. We like supporting small businesses owned by veterans. We got a good price with my husband's veterans discount too.<br>The installer Wisdom, did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the install, and cleanup. NO more pigeons. The Service Professional was very attentive to the solutions that were needed and was very complete in delivering the service provided. He communicated what he was doing and was complete in the work. I was impressed with his effort to do the pressure wash clean with great attention to coverage and he went above and beyond to leave us with a clean environment. His skills in enclosing the alcoves were obvious and looks great from the curb! Money well spent with Pigeons R Us.
