Don’t trust them they first told me 110$ for service and 30$ a month but they came 2nd time without my permission they deduct 98$ from my account so don’t believe them what they say..!And noting resolve same problem had roaches after a week.!!

I needed help with a termite problem because my apartment complex is dragging their feet, the owner doesn't care, and I want to get this problem resolved!!! I called Orkin to see if they could assist me. I spoke with Michael Martinez who was SUPER DUPER helpful!!! He, first, calmed my nerves about several concerns I had. Then, he walked me through a couple of things I could do to possibly help me get this problem resolved dealing this uncaring property owner. Michael spent time on the phone with me and he wasn't even getting any business from me!!! He even offered for me to call them back if I needed any additional help. He was AMAZING!!! He has 30 years experience and it showed. If you need an exterminator, the name to remember is Orkin!!! Too bad my awful owner won't use them. Great personal well spoken exterminators . Even tho had a small issue with my first exterminator but my every month exterminator made up for it . . They really explain what they are doing and how it will work .

Always on time, they do a good job and fast. They check in everytime to make sure there are no new concerns.

I wouldn’t seek for any other company for bug & insect extermination. Top tier service from the telephone line, to the service personal. They text you days in advance of the day and approximate time of service which is awesome.

Orkin does a great job keeping the scorpions away. When we moved in a few years ago we frequently found scorpions inside the house. Orkin was quick to come when we found them. Not a problem anymore. We love that they come on schedule and notify us before hand so we can put the dogs up.

Jess was wonderful. Polite, prompt, and very sweet when my dog tried to play.

The tech didn’t move the dogs water bowl instead he sprayed in the bowl and around it. So when the dogs drank the water they became sick with the runs. We had to go back and watch the cameras to see what made them sick. Very unprofessional. We are canceling our policy

I saw one roach in my house about 7-8 years ago and since then I’ve been using Orkin. The only time I see a roach is when one of them is in the process of dying in my front or back yard. Orkin is awesome!

Easy online experience. Professional attitude in person. However, the tech didn’t offer any advice to help combat our issue ourselves, he treated the interior spaces then went outside to test the yard and left through our side gate, never explained what he did or verified satisfaction, just left without notice.

They came out and did their monthly spraying and since they're original spray we haven't seen any rodents or bugs around the house would recommend them

Kenneth is the best tech! I had another tech come out and our pest issue was untouched Kenneth came out and a couple days after the pest issues was practically resolved. He has come out a couple times and is always very professional and gets the job done. He is the only tech I trust with our home.

Miguel is the absolute best. He's so efficient and on top of his profession. After my husband passed I had to call the office to get things switched to my name and the office folks were exceptional and understanding as well. Jason is WONDERFUL! He is down to earth and knowledgeable. He was able to rid of a roach infestation in our rental home. He is very transparent while very flexible with the solutions available to our family. He did a great job not only walking me through the process and explaining how the infestation happens and progress, but he took care to find the best route for treatment respecting the interior of the home. On installation he came out to very everything was being done as we discussed as this was an extensive whole home treatment of interior and exterior. The techs were outstanding and the Orkin management team even came out to ensure I was satisfied and understood the benefit of my service. We’ve been using Orkin for pest control since we moved into our home a few years ago. When we moved in we had scorpion problems and after the initial treatment and with maintenance a few months in between, we’ve been able to keep the scorpions out. My service provider was Miguel. He was prompt and he thoroughly communicated what was involved in the procedure that he was here to perform. He did an excellent job.

When the appointment was set they over promised and under delivered yet charged an outrageous price for the work done. They do not hold to the service they say you’re getting. The windows were never sprayed or sealed as explained they would’ve been. They didn’t fill the holes as they said they would. They are access points for unwanted pests. They also set up basically a contract without knowledge and forced us to have it done the very next month and automatically charged my account forcing me into a negative balance. They said we had to give them a 30 day notice on basically a contract I never agreed to. I never gave them permission to save my card and just charge me when they wanted. All around terrible experience and will not use them again nor recommend them.

Well I call to have them come for estimate and I was disappointed and was a joke had appointment on sat the 9th at 12 pm was late when I called he said it changed to to 12 to 2 pm and didn't tell me and ask me what kinda termites do I have and only looked outside and not in the attic like on TV and when I made appointment I asked about and the yes but measure outside only and gave me price kinda seems like bigger the company the worst service and more the charge this was third company I called Kevin was the tech I believe

Terrible exterminator, couldnt even find the nest. He should retire, hes scamming people. Really bad job, used a weeks worth of poison and didnt exterminate anything. Dollar store ant traps would have done a better job than this guy. The ants were playing chess while the "exterminator" was playing tic tac toe. This man seriously got out smarted by ants. I do not recommend the orkin services to anyone dealing with ants. I believe Dan was his name don't take his service if possible.

Tech only spent 10min at the house. Advised him of any issue In particular. 85.00 later ants are worse. Received call from corporate and was told a branch manager would be getting ahold of me. That was 7-15. Now 9-3 and still no call from Orkin.

Most of the workers are very lazy. They only take 5 minutes and say they do 30 minutes. The time they sit in there truck and just play on phone does not count as service time. I have not had a great service with them but I did get stuck with a contract so for now I have to keep!!!! Don't use them

Been with them for a while now and it’s like I never even been with them it is horrible! I call them they say they are gonna fix the problem but nope but they are on collecting your money as soon as they fix this I will give a better review

called to get a quote for our office and got no response after 5 days, called to get quote again and had to hang up after being tossed around from rep to rep after 25 minutes. they didnt even have our company info correct from the first reach out for quote.
